After a fresh install on Windows 10, the Pulseway Agent installs, but does not allow me to sign in. Hi all. We are deploying the preconfigured Pulseway v9.x agent with Intune (MSI file), and that works well. However, whenever we do an Intune "Fresh start" on a client that has the Pulseway agent installed and working, we get a duplicate entry for the client in the web app. I assume it's because technically the agent gets reinstalled by Intune and in the process gets a new value in HKLM\Software\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\ClientIdentifier. Now, because the new and the old install is indistinguishable from each other in the web app, it's almost impossible to know what entry should be removed and what entry should stay. Is there a way to identify these obsolete…

Ideally I would like to utilize Pulseway to prevent my users from upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Since there isn't an ideal way to do this (at least not that I've come across), I'd like to know if there is a way that I could setup a notification so that I am alerted if someone does this. Any suggestions appreciated. Right now I am doing manual spot-checks of the Systems under Configuration > Organizations.

Hello All, I am attempting to install puslway by using a powershell script. what i am trying to acomplish is being able to have a way to run a script against a windows machine either via intune or A provisioning package to install pulsway during New deivce provisioning. I have a way to do the install using an MSI file but im worried about the installer expiring, so i was trying to find a way to install pulsway using the installer link which does not expire. For the first time, we are trying to manage the Pulseway agent using policies rather than touching every agent manually. Where are current and accurate instructions for how to do this? We have an on-premise instance running v9.5.1. The tutorial video (under training center) feels like a nice marketing overview, but it reflects a previous version, so some details are inaccurate, and it is an overview. I am trying to install the Pulseway agent on a laptop that previously had it installed. I am getting a pop-up saying "The older version of Pulseway cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group". I removed the agent 2 months ago using the CMD command and deleted the folder as shown on the site.

I have used PC Monitor for a couple of days now and ran into two problems: The first is that if I restart the computer using PC Monitor the PC Monitor shell is being loaded but not the 'Service'. Instead it tells me that the Service is not running and asks me, if I want to start it. Now I have written some emails to Marius Mihalec from the Support-Team. I try to create a new account and when I hit the 'Create' button I get an error message saying: "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'ws12.pulseway.com'." I'm using the PC Dashboard with a direct internet connection (behind a firewall), but it throws a connection error (295). Is there a document defining the ports that need to be open for the dashboard application? I also tried to use our MS proxy server, but that also throws an error "(407) Proxy Authentication Required", despite having the correct details in there. Help!

We have two machines that we no longer have physical access to but do have MPM loaded onto it. We need to delete this machine from the MPM Dashboard but cannot find a delete option. I tried a net stop from command prompt via the console but it would not stop - I was hoping by stopping the service the machine would go offline and I would be able to right click and delete the machine. Any ideas on how to remove these two machines?

Ok so I downloaded the newest version and launched the installer. It got to the end and gave the following error: Product: PC Monitor -- Error 1001. Error 1001. The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: OAlerts. I only could select "OK" and did so which rolled back the install. I then attempted to reinstall and i get the following error: Error 1001. The specified service already exists. Again I can only click OK and then it rolls back. We just installed windows 8 on a couple of computers and so far mobilepcmonitor works almost as expected and with no difference from windows 7. I have an issue with WIndows Group Policy Unattended Installation. The initial package installed correctly, I created a transform file with Orca and successfully rolled out PC Monitor to the desktop PC's. I noted after a couple of weeks that not all of them seemed to be auto updating correctly,when a new release came out so I downloaded the up to date MSI and in Group Policy selected to redeploy the application (I tested this in a test envirumnet first and it redeployed Ok) however on this domain it appears to have partially uninstalled the application so the files have been removed from c:\program files etc but the PCMonitor still appears as a service although obvious…

Hey, I'm trying to do my first installation of Mobile PC Monitor agent on a Server 2012 Essentials box. (Latest agent downloaded from the website today) The installation goes through to the end and PC Monitor opens up to the main screen where you enter in your account details etc. (The Installation window is still open in the background) As soon as that screen is up I can't do anything, can't click on any tabs/buttons etc and can't switch to other windows or programs, nothing will respond except Alt+Ctrl+Del. From there I can open Task Manager and kill the PC Monitor window. However then the installation, that was waiting in the background, comes up with an error say…

I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I am unable to see my processor temperatures OR the Fan speed(Neither the case fan nor the CPU fan) on my iPhone My setup is AMD A10 5800K processor + ASUS F2A85 M LE Motherboard. Any solution? The only temperature it displays is the HDD temperature. Also; 1. Is there a way I can see the percentage marks while on the CPU utilization graph? Is this displaying the CPU usage of only one core or all of them? 2. Can I change the settings somehow to display the memory being used instead of FREE memory?

Tried to download the Windows Monitor x64 for my Windows Server 2008 R2. After downloading Windows claims that "The signature of PCMonitor_x64.msi is corrupt or invalid" and would not let me install the MSI file. Never had such a warning from another program that I have installed, so I hesitated to install that agent. Is it me or has the file a problem? BR Edmund

Hi, I have 2 PC's one with Intel and one with AMD. On the Intel PC, installation worked just fine, but on the AMD PC I got this message "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact yoru product vendor." It's an AMD Phenom II 1090T Black Edition running Win8 64bit AMD is not supported by PC monitor or what could be happening to solve it asap? Thanks in advance,

it seems to me that i can't even use a self signed cert for the trial to test out the software? i don't understand this logic? or am i doing something completely wrong?
