Hello, I've been trying to uninstall pulseway from Windows Server 2008 (not R2) from our fileserver since it is having issues with pulseway. I want to uninstall the agent and reinstall it but I cannot remove it. What are the steps to removing it? I cannot find it in program and features and I have tried by deleting the service and the folder but no luck.

Hello and TYIA~ I am trying to put together a work flow that will hold a ticket for 7-days once we believe it is complete. Once assigned to a particular status, I would like the ticket to stay open for 7-days, then if there are no further updates, close itself. Does anyone have anything like this they wouldn't mind sharing?

Hi all I'm new to Pulseway and I was wondering what the fastest way to do a quick install is, other than mass deployment (which requires a server). More and more clients are opting for Office 365 without an on-prem server. For these clients, is it possible for me to roll a custom agent install, or at least save a configuration file which can be loaded with a command line switch or something, so that installation on a bunch of serverless workstations can be accomplished without a lot of clicky clicky through the setup GUI?

Hey, I'm having trouble getting my pc to wake up using my phone. Suspend/hibernate work just fine. I've disabled fast startup, opened the ports on the modem and in the firewall settings, went into bios and enabled wake on lan, in the network adapter settings, made it so that device can wake the pc and enabled magic packets. Not sure what else I need to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I recently installed Pulseway, and for some reason it has or one of it's setting has corrupted my internet settings. I have Windows 7 x64 ultimate (with a VPN) on all my machines. What is happening is my adapters say I have Internet connection. I can see this activity via Glasswire (great ap also!) I can Torrent as well. However, when it comes to browser traffic it is intermittent at best or not available period. I have been reading through this forum and have discovered that Pulseway uses port 443, which is part of internet traffic, I think my question is.. is there any way to separate this traffic so Pulseway does not keep changing my Internet Options to using a proxy, …

Hi. I have been using a free version and it has been amazing. Unftortunately, after I have upgraded my Win10 laptop to Win11, it's not working. I can start the manager, but I get the message that the service is not installed. Uninstalled everything, downloaded Pulseway_x64.msi and I get this error when trying to install it. After that, the old version cannot be removed. Please help. I have Windows 11 Pro 21H2.

I try the hotfix I reboot it and the same issue I can login to any ssl site from the servers But pulse way is down since 5 days ago. I have the last version, please advice asap

Hello Community, I’m trying to configure the Pulseway Manager on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition. The Problem is that upon configuring the processes, that I’d like to add on the notifications-system, they are not being correctly displayed, meaning I am getting 3 processes displayed and they are not the ones, I want. Hi, I accedently deleted the main account this morning and neet to restore A.S.A.P. :-( I have a full server backup, but need to know how do I restore back to the last setting where the ID was with the Devices linked to it with all the Associated Accounts as well. Hello, I downloaded an agent to a Windows Server VMware guest hoping to be able to monitor the CPU temp. When I go to the Pulseway manager on the guest and go to Notifications > Hardware and to setup a new notification, the dropdown for "device" is empty. Will this work on VMware guests or is there another approach?

Hi all, We have SMTP working fine in PSA Pulseway. I believe the settings are correct in the Email Parser but when testing it can never connect to the server. Any suggestions? I have read through all the asks here that came up when searching IMAP. Using the same user from SMTP settings page. Error! Connection to server failed. Please check the given configurations and try again later.

My one month of the trial is over and now I can not use ther server function . But I dont know what is the serverfuntion? I can switch my PC on and off in my house and from my working place. Why or when do I need the server thing?

I think one of our administrators has deleted the Pulseway service...... I have removed the reg keys, uninstalled and re-installed Pulseway but it's not installing the service. Any ideas please?! Thanks

Hey Ive found that since I installed pc monitor on my windows 7 pc, it keeps waking up from hibernation at round 1-1.30am every day. I don't know if this is due to pcmonitor or just a coincidence and something else is doing it. Is there any way I can get it to log every call/command which is run through pcmonitor, so I can see if it is something pcmonitor is executing, or something more intrinsic with my pc Thanks

HI, Am upgrading from Pro version to team and am following the instructions provided however I started to install the new agent on a system i didnt check had had the old agent removed first and it error on the install and now i can;t uninstall the old version or install the new one. I get the "feature you are trying to use is on a Network resource that is unavailable" error and find the source and click ok. It always errors. When i try to uninstall via control panel i end up with the same issue saying it cannot find the source. Then an error saying"the older version of Pulseway cannot be uninstalled) Any ideas how to force remove the app? Not sure how …

Hi All, I'm trying to configure Pulseway on a virtual Server 2008 R2 box however when trying to set hardware alerts for things like HDD useage the field just appears blank. When I then go to try and setup a hardware monitor that list also appears blank. Obviously the server itself picks up the hardware or it wouldn't work. I know that it works in a virtual environment as I'm using it to monitor another virtualised server with no issues, including disk space. Has anyone else experienced this or got any fixes to try? Hi all, I recently did a clean upgrade to Windows 10 on 2 WKSTs previously running Windows 7 with Pulseway installed. I am now at a loss as to how to re-add these units to my Pulseway instance. I see they are still showing up in the “Deployment Successful” tab under “Discovery & Deployment”. Is there a way to re-add these units without manually installing the Pulseway app on these WKSTs?

I removed a system from our list of systems in the configuration tree. I reinstalled Pulseway on the pc (system) and registered it again but it does not appear as a system in the configuration list How can restore a system that has been deleted in configuration?

Hello, I have a problem with our Pulseway mail-notification. Currently, our administrators get no more mails from pulseway because our anti-spam-system blocks the mail traffic of pulseway. We are using the "InterScan Messaging Security" from TrendMicro. There I had tried to put the pulseway E-Mails to the whitelists but the notification-mails we get are from another Pulseway-e-mail adress any time.

When trying to install the Pulseway .msi on a Win10 OS I receive the following error message and the installer closes out. "This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe…change the installation user interface option of the package to basic" What can I do to correct this error? Thanks
