Having problems getting WoL on my media server pc working. Before Windows 10 i was on windows 7 and all i had to do was turn on WoL Magic Packet and it works. Now, I enable it and cant get it to wake up. Plus, if I shut down remotely via the iOS app the PC shuts off and a couple seconds later powers itself back up. The PC stays off if I shutdown directly from the windows start menu. The only thing thats changed other than the OS is now im stuck with the generic drivers Windows 10 installs for my Intel LAN. I no longer have any drivers or configuration applications as they appear to have stopped releasing them for this adapter.

Hi All, I'm trying to configure Pulseway on a virtual Server 2008 R2 box however when trying to set hardware alerts for things like HDD useage the field just appears blank. When I then go to try and setup a hardware monitor that list also appears blank. Obviously the server itself picks up the hardware or it wouldn't work. I know that it works in a virtual environment as I'm using it to monitor another virtualised server with no issues, including disk space. Has anyone else experienced this or got any fixes to try? Is it possible to split-up alerting in such a way, that PulsewayUser1 receives alerts for Server Group A,C,D and PulsewayUser2 receives alerts for Server Group B,E,G and so on (until used the 5 Pulseway accounts) ? ie.: User2 should NOT receive the alerts comming from other but his/her own servergroups Regards, Martin

Hey, I'm having trouble getting my pc to wake up using my phone. Suspend/hibernate work just fine. I've disabled fast startup, opened the ports on the modem and in the firewall settings, went into bios and enabled wake on lan, in the network adapter settings, made it so that device can wake the pc and enabled magic packets. Not sure what else I need to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Where are these values set? I can see the System Manufacturer, but nothing i change in the registry will get the model to change from "To Be Filled by O.E.M" - I'd like to get my motherboard model in there.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I have set this up so that I can ping the Access Points in the building to confirm that they are on. But I'm getting the following error back from system. Im after creating a batch file which will automatically: - Remove any previous version of Pulseway / Mobile PC Monitor - Install Pulseway - Import our CFG file - Start the Pulseway service. We dont use GPO. I just need a batch file etc. This is how far i have got but doesn't seem to work. Hi there, I installed Pulseway Manager 64-bit on a Windows 2008 R2 64-bit server. I can open Pulseway Manager without any issues. But once I fill in my account details and press " Validate Account " I get the an error as shown in the added image. I've already installed Pulseway on about 20 servers ranging from 2012 R2, 2008 to 2003 32-bit without issues using the same credentials. Does anyone know what causes this error and a possible solution? Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

We host our own Pulseway server in our office. Everything was working fine up until yesterday when all the systems we monitor (Over 200) stopped responding. We checked the server (Windows Server 2012 R2 64Bit) and everything was fine, no errors. We checked the SSL Cert and it too seemed ok as it is not expiring until 2019. We restarted the server (Like that helps...) but still no joy. We keep getting the error: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'pulseway.micronetcomputers.net'. Not sure how to repair this.....any help would be great. I read through the blogs but so far nothing is helping. Thanks, …

Hi, I am trying to setup this ping monitor for like 30 ips, i already put it at 1000ms and 1 min, but it keeps on saying pinging error. When I do a continuous ping in command prompt the results are fine.

Hey Forum, We have a lot of notification pairs that are hardly relevant because they are pairs. E.g.: a ping doesn't respond for ten minutes and than it comes back again. Personally I don't mind these because it gives me a better understanding of what's going on in my networks, but my employer heard from the reseller that a simple script can delete the notifications when a pair forms. I do have to admit that it would be nice if rebooting a server wouldn't make such a mess of these notifications. I was told to look into implementing it, but I can't quite find it. Does anybody have any suggestions? Is this even a real thing? - Jaapyse

Hello, I have a problem with our Pulseway mail-notification. Currently, our administrators get no more mails from pulseway because our anti-spam-system blocks the mail traffic of pulseway. We are using the "InterScan Messaging Security" from TrendMicro. There I had tried to put the pulseway E-Mails to the whitelists but the notification-mails we get are from another Pulseway-e-mail adress any time.

Hi, I just added AV to my account but I'm having lots of problems with it. it installs fine but it wont update to latest def/version. I have left the pc's running over night updating and still no luck. I uninstalled all old av before I installed and lost count how many times I have rebooted the pc's now Anyone any ideas Martin

So I copied a VM hard drive from one server to the next (lets say it was HDDx1), I just need to make a redundant VM (lets say it is HDDx2). I have done this successfully many times but never on VMs that are monitored by Pulseway. After I set up HDDx2, I did a system prep and reinstalled windows on it, gave it a new IP and name (I also renamed the copied VM HDD as well). Everything seems fine, except for Pulseway. It continues to send notifications that HDDx1 public IP has switched to HDDx2's IP and vice versa... What information can you provide to help me with this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstall Pulseway but it continues. I am not sure if I am fully uninst…

I am experimenting with a trial account and trying to configure offline notifications, and I can't get them to work. I have checked "Send a notification when the computer is offline" under notifications->status. When I shut the machine down, it correctly shows as offline and greyed out under Monitored Devices, but no notification gets sent. Test notifications work fine, as do a few others in the list (e.g. removable disk insertion). Is this a limitation of a trial account or am I doing something wrong? I couldn't find much in the documentation to help troubleshoot.

Bottom line... can i change the computer identifier to something new? I am using a copy of a VM.vhdx to create a new secondary VM. However, the computer identifier is the same on both after setting them up. What do I need to do to create a new computer identifier? Deleting and reinstalling Pulseway is not enough, it still shows up with the same one. I assume somewhere deep in the registry I need to delete some things to stop this from happening. Thanks

Hello everyone im trying out Pulseway right now but i wanted to give you a nice idea how you can push software to clients in an easy way. You could use chocolatey and then just open a powershell session and type for example choco upgrade all -y to upgrade all applications installed to latest version. You can type choco install 7zip -y to install 7-zip. and so on. You can read more at chocolatey website. You can also set up your own repo for software and updates. Im using proget to host my internal choco server. Just my two cents

HI, Am upgrading from Pro version to team and am following the instructions provided however I started to install the new agent on a system i didnt check had had the old agent removed first and it error on the install and now i can;t uninstall the old version or install the new one. I get the "feature you are trying to use is on a Network resource that is unavailable" error and find the source and click ok. It always errors. When i try to uninstall via control panel i end up with the same issue saying it cannot find the source. Then an error saying"the older version of Pulseway cannot be uninstalled) Any ideas how to force remove the app? Not sure how …

iptime Broadband Route is in use. I'm trying to boot my computer from a cell phone to a cell phone. For example, the DDNS address provided in iptime Broad Bridge is referred to as ABC.iptime.org Is there any way to boot the computer from outside? Currently, it doesn't work well if you want to boot your computer and boot from the outside to the outside of your computer. However, it works well with other applications.
