I have several computers with pulseway that have either stopped working or reporting. When trying to reinstall or uninstall it pops up an error: Error 1001: Exception occurred while initializing the installation: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly file:///C\Program Files\PCMonitor\PCMonitorSrv.exe' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Is there a way to manually remove the application and then install it back? Thank you for your help.

enterprise installation is forcing me to delete the default website in IIS, why is this? i cannot, do not want to do this as there are windows services that use it. how can i get around this problem?

I recently installed Pulseway, and for some reason it has or one of it's setting has corrupted my internet settings. I have Windows 7 x64 ultimate (with a VPN) on all my machines. What is happening is my adapters say I have Internet connection. I can see this activity via Glasswire (great ap also!) I can Torrent as well. However, when it comes to browser traffic it is intermittent at best or not available period. I have been reading through this forum and have discovered that Pulseway uses port 443, which is part of internet traffic, I think my question is.. is there any way to separate this traffic so Pulseway does not keep changing my Internet Options to using a proxy, …

Hi, Firstly I had a problem a few weeks back where the software wouldn't work on a PC running Windows 8.1, though I have used this now for 2 odd years, it installed flawlessly when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 (I have other machines with this on as well). Good Day, I have installed Pulseway cleint on domain workstations using the local domain admin user. I can run the pulseway manager using the local admin account, but when I try running it from on domain user account the application cannot run, it gives an error when loading AD db, erroe states pulsway manager has stopped working. do i have to run the manager as with admin rights? if so how should I do that. Hi, I downloaded the App on my phone and agent on my node, but while trying to connect it with App on my phone I am receiving the following error message : "There was no end point listening at https://XX.X.XX.XXX/Server.svcthat could accept the message. I get the error by validating that there was no endpoint listening on "myservername"/server.svc. Maybe caused by incorrect addrees of Soap action. I'm new to Pulseway and need to deploy it to a number of customer servers, hand-configuring each one is going to take quite a bit of time, and the group policies section does not provide configuration of server modules. Can I customize pulseway.pcmcfg and use it as a new installation template? Am I able to trim down the config file to only the items I need to change/configure?

Hello team ! Hello community ! New to pulseway, but already loving it ! We do monitor a large bunch of windows laptops, and set up pulseway to alert when there are critical updates are available. The consequence of this setting is that whenever Microsoft releases a critical update, we have random critical alerts as soon as the laptop gets connected, which is not manageable. We could deactivate alerts, but it is not the point, as you may agree. Do you believe there is a way to get an alert when a computer has not been updated for, for example, one month ? Hello! I'd like to install and evaluate enterprise version of pulseway, but am unable to do so, due to certificate error. I installed our test root CA to "Trusted root certificate authority" and ssl cert to user personal certificate store, but I am still getting "Certificate is not trusted by local machine error" as you can see from provided screenshot. Am I missing some additional step required or why am I getting this error?

Hello, We have noticed a possible issue on 2012 server Non R2. Firstly Asset info is not available, but more importantly The cpu can spike upto 50% on the server when making the request and then closing the app on my phone. Also a client was having performance issues with a database application and once pulseway was removed the performance issues have gone. We have 4 monitored 2012 standard servers that all seem to show similar oddities with pulseway. They are all HP Proliants All our 2012 R2 servers are fine. Anyone else seeing this?

I tried Both x86 and 64 bit versions and even ran troubleshooter to see what the issue was. i used to use this on my windows 7 os but tryed on windows 8 and get this error. the picture shows the error im getting and my hardware.

I have using Pulseway to monitor 40 servers, most of them are HP Proliant. One of my big issues for 3 years old server is the hard drive fails. Does Pulseway support monitoing Raid status so that I can net notice/warning when HDD failing. If so, how to set it up?

Hello, Using the iOS Pulseway app I can remotely wake my computer, lock, shut down, etc. As soon as I go off my home wifi however, the only function that doesn't work is the "wake" command. I can still lock and shut down though. I went through all the steps discussed in this thread (http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/630-help-with-wol-wake-up-didnt-works-for-me/) and none of it helped. Has anyone run into this similar problem? Thanks!

Hello Community, I’m trying to configure the Pulseway Manager on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition. The Problem is that upon configuring the processes, that I’d like to add on the notifications-system, they are not being correctly displayed, meaning I am getting 3 processes displayed and they are not the ones, I want. Hi, Today I get notification that server is offline. I connected to machine via remote desktop and everything looks ok, server has internet connection but i can't validate my account in Pulseway Manager. I get timeout error (screenshot in attachment). No changes were made in firewall. Pulseway is working properly on different server in same location/data center. Adam

hello everyone, i have a problem waking up my system from internet. i have a P8Z68 Deluxe (dual LAN, Intel 85279v and Realtek 8111E) and Win 8.1 (64bit). here is what i have done to let WOL work: - allow in BIOS APM for PCI (it says activate it to use Wake on Lan) - Forwarding inbound UDP Port 7 (Router DGN2200v3) - install obviously pulseway agent for windows 8.1 and enable WOL with port 7 - make inbound rule for UDP 7 in windows firewall - activate from control panel "TCP/IP Services - enable all Wake on Lan option from Intel's control panel after that i shut down my pc but with the iphone (with 3G connection obviously) app if i click wake up it says th…

Hi All of our monitored servers are showing as offline on the dashboards. In addition to that, when we try and validate our account details within the Pulseway Manager client, we get the following error message: "An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://ws15.pulseway.com/Server.svc. This could be due the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server." Our current client version is 4.4.1 (build 5275) running on a variety of Windows servers. Stadler

is there a specific setup required for auto update to work? both on the dashboard and windows manager our products dont update themselves, so i have to manually do them each time you release an update! wouldnt mind if it was only a few, but we have 80 clients!
