  1. Hi @BobBrown

Sorry for the late reply I was on PTO

If you would like to make a new feature request you are more than welcome too. Here is the link to our request a feature page which means your request will be seen directly by the Pulseway devs. Link

  2. Hey @JChiz4761

    Thanks for reaching out.

So you could try firstly try

    1. Creating a Global Rule in Pulseway that says if Name or Description contains 21H2, don't install. 21H2 is used by Windows 11.

    2. Setting registry entries to tell Windows 10 not to update the Feature version past 21H1.

This can also be done via GPO in a domain environment.

BUT - I don't think this stops end users from clicking upgrade if they get a prompt or choose to be curious themselves.  You can also send out communications to your customers explaining that they should not be pressing update to any Windows 11 prompts if they happen to see any.

Similarly you can also create a rule for 22H2

  3. Our US hosting provider will be performing storage maintenance on Saturday June 3rd. During this time, you may experience intermittent, short-term service disruption.  This will only impact those SaaS customers hosted in the US data center.

We do apologize for this service disruption and any inconvenience this may cause. However, we have officially taken a decision to switch our hosting provider and are in the process of planning the migration which will take place in phases. If you would like to be included in the first tranche of migrations, please contact myself at stefan.mclaughlin@pulseway.com your account manager.

Have you considered sending out an email to let everyone know that your service is down?
I know you can do this, because I receive promotional emails every day. If your support department can’t do it, contact your marketing department because they’ve got it figured out.

    Hi

We always try to communicate all service disruption as in advance as possible. There was a forum, and email communication sent out earlier this week on Tuesday. But due to the Data Centre change of schedule which was communicated to us at the last minute we did not get a chance to send the new global announcement once the service disruption started.

As mentioned on our official post regarding this: we have officially taken a decision to switch the data providers and we are in the process of migrating to a new datacenter provider. We will be prioritizing the customers who are expressing their concerns and would like to be moved first. Please mention this to your account manager and will prioritize you once the move begins in the upcoming weeks.
  5. Hi all, we do apologise for the inconvenience and service disruption, our storage provider had to reschedule the data maintenance works last minute and some instances might get affected. Most of the functionality should be working as normal, while the online billing portal is expected to be down till the maintenance works are over.

  8. Our US hosting provider has announced planned storage maintenance for Thursday May 25th between 06:00am and 07:00am EST. This work will enhance our storage availability and will impact any Pulseway SaaS customers hosted in the US data center.

There may be intermittent disruption to service during this time, but in the unlikely event of this happening, it will only be for a few minutes.

Pulseway apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

  9. We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Webinar on May 24th where we will be previewing what's in store for Pulseway in the coming months as well as recapping on recent product innovations.

You can register for the webinar HERE and the webinar will be available for on demand 2 hours after it begins.

We hope to see you there!

  10. Hey @Mike Shevenell Thanks for your question.

Unfortunately if you have configured the settings on one agent it would not show up on the RMM Web portal. However you can configure the settings on the profile rather than the agent, as agent impacts one machine but the profile can be included in a  policy and can impact multiple machines.

If you have any other questions please ask away.
