Hi all, I'm an administrator, I would like to know if there is a way to force users to receive notification or, at least, if there is a way to know if they have notification. Hello! I'm trying to monitor and display printer supply levels using SNMP. I have a Lexmark printer configured, but I can't see the supply levels as I can in another web tool I was using. I'd also like to know how to generate alerts for all my printer types for out-of-paper, paper jam, toner out, imaging unit out, etc.

Hi Everyone Update on Pulseway PSA. We experienced an outage yesterday that impacted our PSA customers, our dev team has investigated the issue and it was due to the infrastructure failure. There was a problem with the AWS host running our instance, and we have had to restore from and AMI backup. We now have fixed the issue and we are fully back up and running. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused and if anyone needs anything else please let me know. Stefan

Setup resending notifications until cleared. Like resend notification for storage usage every 10 min for example until its within limits. Or when something is down, resend the notification. We do this with other tools in Pushover. It will keep sending alerts that go trough the silent settings of your device. So you know when there is a serious issue you need to look at it. Since one gets many notifications in a day things can be missed. Full disks or stopped servers/services. Should be to set repeated messages for example.

I've noticed when reviewing some recent high memory alerts on a few machines that the Pulseway service seems to be using significantly more memory than it use to. Wondering if this is to be expected.

Hi there, we have few settings applied to our machines through policies but notifications for services in stopped state never arrive. We checked the settings and the policy is apparently correctly applied to machines; the settings are: Monitored services are defined at agent level and we see them through Pulseway section accordingly. What we are missing are the notifications in case of more then 5 mins those services are stopped. What are we missing? Thanks for help.

Hi I have updated my computer and are having problem that is strange to me. I can shut down my computer, i can send message. But i can't start it. Why is that? I've noticed that my computer has gotten a new internal address, the last number was 2 before and now it's 3. Can that couse any problems? I've gone through the BIOS to wake on lan and every settings that can be important here but still no go. PLEASE help me.

Hi there, This has been happening for a few months but been getting alerts for a Windows Update Pending file operation which requires a reboot to complete, that I don’t seem to be able to clear, as soon as I restart, clear notifications and it returns immediately. I do want to be getting reboot required notifications if windows updates needs it but even if I log onto the machine and manually check windows updates there is no need for a reboot.

Dear support, We are having some network devices (HP OfficeConnect switches) and a UniFi network with UAP-AC-PRO access points. How do we have to setup SNMP so that we can monitor the devices? We have added them manually in our site map, but all we can see is a ping round trip. When adding SNMP variables with OID settings from the devices, we receive no information. Is there a way so we can receive more information or are there some additional steps that need to be taken in order to make this work? After my move to another place and my computer crashed and now using an old backup i have restored the internal ip adresses but still i can't start my to attached computers from my mobile app. I've tried to register the system all over again without any progress at all. Why can i turn off but not on? ToddeSwe

Morning All, For some reason our Critical nottifications have stopped creating tickets in the PSA - Have checked mappings etc and all looks OK. Integrations of Accounts/Assets is working fine. Nothing in the logs. I can create a workflow to sync an alert but ideally need the notification to create a ticket autotmatically - Does anyone know where I can look or what I can do to get this working again? Hi, I am a new user and I can't find any info about this. Firstly, I need to get a report of all the installed apps on a single machine. Looks like I can only target a class of machines? Secondly, once I get that list, I need to be able to set a profile so only approved apps can launch, is this possible?

Our systems in Devices -> Device Management are showing the uptime e.g. "Online for 13 days, 17 hours, 23 minutes" while this is not true (device recently powered off/powered on). This causes quite a bit of frustration for the end users, as we have enabled a policy that indicates that a laptop should be restarted if it has not been restarted for more than 10 days (one of your standard workflows).
