I downloaded, and created an account to test your software. So far I think it is great but when I tried to test the remote connection potion of the software I was unable to connect. Is this only available to paying customers, or am I experiencing a problem? Also what are your payment options, do you charge monthly or for the whole year?

Hello, I am using hibernation a lot. I got a notification on my Samsung Galaxy S3 when my pc is going to Hibernation, but not when it returns from hibernation. Notifications for shutdown, startup (after shutdown), and offline are working like a charm. The option "Send a notification when the computer has resumed from a suspended state " is turned on. I am using windows 8 pro X64. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance!

Hi there, Please stop me if I am wrong, but does your licensing mean I have to buy 5 licenses for ~$50 if I want to go pro for my home 2008 R2 server? I'd love to monitor all my services on my server, but can't justify the money when I can't use the full license. Surely charging $15 for one license would be more sensible? Thanks.

we have a main account and an associated account. is there a way that when the associated account adds a new client as themselves it shows up in the master list of clients and not just there own??

the pin code option for mobile devices is good, but is there a way that the PIN code can be forced onto certain clients?? so say i have an associated account that i want to have limited access to a group of clients (which i have done no problems) and i wanted the account to insert a PIN code in before they get to see the clients, is this possible or could it be? thanks gary

Is there a way to block notifications from other monitored devices from being displayed on a specific device that has the PC Agent installed? RIght now a Win 8 system I am monitoring is displaying notification from other monitored systems. I do want to monitor the Win 8 system but I do not want it displaying notifications from other systems.

The PC Monitor app will not show any hardware devices on the Hardware Monitor tab. This is an older server so I figured it would return status...it shows nothing. Does anyone have a fix or workaround? Joe

Can I add notifications for monitored ports, as in when they don't respond? I can't see it (wondering if I'm going crazy).

I was just wondering how other people deal with the second Tuesday of the month. I am currently monitoring almost 200 Windows systems with "Send notification when critical or important updates are available" enabled. This means every second Tuesday I get about 200 notifications! Overall, I like receiving these notifications, but it can be a little overwhelming when Microsoft releases updates! Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Recently one of my monitored systems stopped showing any CPU stats? Its a Windows 8 machine which showed the CPU stats when it was first installed. Anything I can do to debug this problem?

I recently took one monitored machine down and although I still only see 6 in the Dashboard (what I am licensed for) I keep getting emails about having 7 and over my license. But where/how do I see all the ones registered so I can remove any no longer in use?

Hi all, Wonderful app. Can't believe I only discovered this a couple of weeks ago. I'm using it with a computer at home and it's been really cool to be able to monitor (and administer) the computer remotely so easily. Quick question: I'm monitoring a Windows Server 2012 computer and looking at CPU usage (using the iOS PC Monitor app). The CPU usage reported in the app seems consistently twice as high as what I see in the Task Manager and Resource Monitor inside of Windows itself. I have been using PC Monitor for a few months now to monitor my servers behind our corporate firewall and all has been well. Last night, all servers reported being offline which seemed unlikely. As of today, they are still not reporting but I confirmed they are working. I believe that my main office may have some ports offline or blocked but I can't find any documentation on which ports are used by PC Monitor so I can report this issue to my IT group. Where can I find port and communication methods that PC Monitor uses?

Hi, I just had 7 of my monitored servers go offline. Because they had no internet connection they couldn't alert me to the fact pinging had failed. Indeed the only notification I had (and a bit of luck really) was that I was running the Dashboard, which flashed a few of the machines (though nothing in red and no beeps to draw my attention). As such this seems a bit of a chink in PCMonitor's armour. A slight flaw in a brilliant system. If I'm missing something, please do let me know how I can be notified of servers that have gone offline (no net connection, perhaps even no power). If not, any chance of a fix/extra option? Hi I have a four computers on my account. I tried to log onto the PC Monitor website this morning, where I got this error message "access to this service is limited to active subscribers only". The client software is working (PC Monitor Manager) OK and I am receiving notifications on my phone. PC Monitor Dashboard has also stopped working. I do know my subscription has run out but I understand you can have up to 5 computers free for personal use. James

Hello In PC Monitor Manager, under; Notifications -> Event Log -> Add Is there a way to add an Event Log filter to fire all (*) Event IDs. For example, I am trying to set a filter to fire an alert on ALL DFS Replication Errors and Warnings generated. However the UI requests I enter a keyword, Event ID or Source filter. Can I add a wildcard to Event IDs, i.e. * OR Enter a generic list of event ID ranges, i.e. 0001-9999 or similar? Any assistance would be much appreciated! Kind Regards

Hi Technically can you tell me what you monitor in terms of Exchange Server 2010 Active Queues? Also is there a way or are there any plans to monitor an active Send Connector or Receive Connector? For example it would be great to be able to view a Send Connector queue that delivers to a smart host ie outbound internet mail or Internal relay. Mark

Is there a way to view networked drives (yes they are mapped for me in Win7) in the PC Monitor File Browser Utility? Local drives come up great - just not the networked ones.

Hello, I've reinstalled the software on a rebuilt PC and its been a while since I last used it. My account was recognized and validated but to make changes I need to log in. However, the password is not what I thought and I tried a reset but no emails have come through to my Gmail. Its not trapped in spam either. Should I just start a new account or is there something I am missing?
