In pulseway dahsboard (and other pulseway apps) The name of the computer that have a freshly installed pulseway agent will be shown in the pulseway apps. when i change the computername later on, how dows pulseway handle this? does it change in dahsboard? or does it keep the original name? thanks

Say i have made a group with computers i would like total survaillance on, ie a computer that is not function properly. when i am done using this this computer, i move this computer out of the group making the group empty. then i would like to move a new computer to this group, will this group remember its settings? that ive setup last time a computer have been in the group. When i create a user account, i like to create a temp password for the user to then be able to change it. I don't see any way of doing this in the enterprise solution. Am i missing it somewhere?

Been using pulseway for a a few years now and I like but But im trying to stream line a feature as my staff has grown ect We use repairshopr to manage tickets and work flow and they have a very nice leads system. Basically email comes into leads yours notified you convert it to a ticket ect. I am trying to find away to get ONLY the request support notification to email so that this will generate a lead. But i do not want disable all other notifications to do this. Any recommendations?

Hello, I see a restart option but I don't see restart PC option in safe mode when I'm in details of one of the monitored computers (using my.pulseway.com). Does this feature exist or if not will it be implemented soon? Thank you, Serge

One of the systems I monitor is a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, which has both a forward- and a rear-facing webcam. When I use the Webcam function in Pulseway, it accesses the rear camera only. Is it possible to switch it to the front camera?

Good morning from the Netherlands I'm sorry if this was discussed before or even implemented. Im rather new whit Pulseway but i have a question about scheduling Windows updates. So far if been monitoring our computers and manualy starting the updates, but for some of our costumers who work in the train or in other location where there isnt a steady internet connection. And i would like to have a option that i can start that if they connect to a internet connection the updates will automaticly start to download/install. once again if this is already discussed somewhere im sorry. Hello, What tools are available for me to monitor my 200+ Windows 7 clients to see if Windows 7 backup completed successfully and drive has remaining space? I'm assuming pulseway monitors drive space and alerts me if it's low but I wasn't sure about easy way to find out if backup has been done last night and possible notification. Thanks, Serge

I have been running the software in a hosted environment with a company called OVH out of canada. For $22 a month I get a Windows 2012 virtual 2 core, 4GB ram and 50GB HD, 100mbit and 5 TB of transfer. So far the solution has worked flawlessly. Much better than amazon. I have full IP KVM console access and actuall support people I can talk to. I now have moved all my hosted solutions to OVH.

Hi, I have an error message when try to connect the systems behind a Corporate firewall. (see message capture). But, any system that has public IP, it works perfect. Do I need to open specific port for this service at firewall? or allow traffic from specific network? Thanks

Hello everybody I'm currently evaluating Pulseway and it's remote desktop client. We want to monitor several devices and some of them are going to have portrait screen orientation. Unfortunately the remote desktop client seems like it can't handle portrait settings (see attached image). We're running on full HD resolution and it looks broken with both smart resizing switched on or off. Are you aware of this? Any fixes available? Thank you

Hello, I have been using the (PC Monitor) Pulseway Remote Desktop on my machine for quite awhile. I decided to uninstall the old pc monitor client to replace with the pulseway, after that I could use the remote desktop anymore. Getting this error; I noticed the file; pcmrdp-agent.dll is missing. I tried forcing the client to update but no luck. All the others pc I have runs Windows 7 they all have the file but not Windows 8.1. When trying adding a file in to the folder I get access denied even tho I'm the admin. So there a easy way to get this fixed?

Hello, I love this app and monitoring software. I am just confused about the "reports" section of the app. I would like to utilize this feature or at the very least understand how it works. I have been all over this forum and have not found much if any info on this. Can someone tell what reports are possible and how to set them up?

Hi, Not sure if I am raising this question on the right forum so please let me know if I'm in the wrong place. Basically we host systems and application for a number of clients but we would like to allow some of the 3rd party administrators to see the status of their hosted server, either via the web app, mobile app, or email. However at the moment it seems to be a fairly all or nothing thing. Is there any way the I can provide a client with a sub-account or something that would then receive/see information on a limited number of servers and not be able to reboot them, etc? Hello Guys, Today my adroid app and my Pulseway Manager show me this Message "Invalid username and/or password (202)." but the passwords are stored and not touched for month. when i try to order a new password i got the message "Invalid account details (1011)." and the best part if i try "recover your username" the website says " No account found for email address '.....'". but a few days ago i recieved at this mail address pulyseway notfications. whats wrong with my account ? my accoutname is nusspli Thanks

I don't see an option for remote desktop in my.pluseway. Is remote desktop available for windows 8.1?

First off compliments for such a great product that i'll be using for a long time. I understand the remote desktop is in beta however i have not seen any doucmentation on whether multiple screens will be supported. This will pretty much be my deciding factor whether i can go without getting teamviewer... everyone at my company has at least two screens so this makes the feature unusable if i cant see multiple screens. Hi all, Have to say, Pulseway is a fantastic product and it exactly the type of tool we need to monitor the health of PCs based nationally. I do have one small issue though. If a PC is on and a user logged in, I'm able to connect remotely. If a login is required, the remote session stalls then fails. Is this fixable in the client configuration?
