Now I have build one new Windows computer on which Wake up Command Failed, while sending a magic package in a differtent way the computer wakes up. Hi, we're running our Admin sessions for Pulseway on a Windows Server 2022 Remote Desktop Server with Microsoft Security Baseline installed, and the Servicedesk Admin Users are running as "normal" users in Windows without administrative privileges on the Windows Server / RDS Session Host. What is the functioning way to deploy the Pulseway Remote Control App (Version 9.7) in this scenario? Here's what we've tried: Install the RemoteDesktop.msi with a user with administrative privileges, "for all users" -> in this case on starting a Pulseway Remote Desktop Session an elevation prompt appears - but since our Servicedesk Admins do not have administrative rights on …

Dear all, remote WOL over internet has suddenly stopped working on two of my computers ('wake up command failed'). On the other registered computers, WOL works without any problems. Would anyone have an idea how to solve the problem? I would be grateful for any advice. Best regards fred

I use Bitdefender through Pulseway. To properly remove Bitdefender from a device, you have to change the device's policy and remove the AV agent, and free up a Bitdfender license. What would you do if the device is broken and can't turn on anymore to get the license back?

Hi I have updated my computer and are having problem that is strange to me. I can shut down my computer, i can send message. But i can't start it. Why is that? I've noticed that my computer has gotten a new internal address, the last number was 2 before and now it's 3. Can that couse any problems? Hello! I'm trying to monitor and display printer supply levels using SNMP. I have a Lexmark printer configured, but I can't see the supply levels as I can in another web tool I was using.
