Hi, I can't log into my account via the website or PC agent as the emails containing my two-factor authentication codes are taking several hours to arrive, meaning that the codes are no longer valid when they do. Looking at the email headers, they seem to be being delayed before they get to my email provider (Gmail). Is there any way that you could disable two factor authentication on my account so that I can log in? Thanks, Andrew

Hello, I installed PC Monitor, and I wanted to know why with 13-day free trial I can not still to see these two buttons in the APP for IOS Thanks

The PC Monitor app will not show any hardware devices on the Hardware Monitor tab. This is an older server so I figured it would return status...it shows nothing. Does anyone have a fix or workaround? Joe

I signed up for a free trial a couple of hours ago, and the iOS app seems great (but for a couple of bugs), but the Windows browser based interface is just awful . The scroll bar is exactly 6 pixels wide which is so thin that I can't hit it accurately. The normal browser scrollbar is 20 inches wide (IE and Google chrome), so you made it 70% thinner for no good reason. Making things worse, the space bar and the down/up arrows can't be used to scroll the window either. After playing with it for about 10 minutes, I just gave up. This is just poor interface design. It seems that you concentrate on mobile apps, but the Windows interface could really use some work. …

Regarding Patching 3rd Party Application: 1st, can a rule be applied a single server in a group of other servers? Hi Guys, Apologies in advance for the long post. I've been playing around with Automation Tasks and wanted to know what will cause the task to be flagged as failed or successful. Basically I created a test task with a test machine in a test scope, added a bunch of random scripts to the task and ran it. All looked good and comes back as executed successfully. It wasn't until I actually go into the Execution History and look at the output that I find that some haven't actually completed successfully at all. Is there any way to create an automatic - daily or weekly - report listing a particular type of notification? In my case, I'd like to report the ping notifications which I use to check connectivity of remote equipment. I see how to save them as csv files, but that needs you to remember to do it regularly and assumes that no-one has deleted the notifications.

Maybe someone can shed some light on this. Using the PSA system, I have gone several times now into the Service Desk module, selected hardware assets and assigned them to their respective clients. Every 24 hours or so, as I am entering in tickets and trying to assign a hardware asset to those tickets, I am finding that a bulk of the hardware assets are reverting back to my company as the client asignee. I have have to repeatedly go back and re-assign those hardware assets back to the clients. Besides the colosal waste of time, it makes me wonder if any other information is not being retained in the databse. Any clue? Shawn

Hi all. A colleague of mine have created a patch management policy and assigned it to several groups of computers. This works as indented and have made everyone happy However, if I create a new patch management policy it's impossible for me to go to Patch management -> Agents status, search for a group and change the patch policy. When I hover on the "Change Policy" or "Remove Policy" buttons, the mouse pointer transforms into a "forbidden" sign and the tooltip says "Disabled by policy". What policy is that, and how can I assign a new patch management policy to a group? I have the admin role in the Pulsway portal, and I'm able to edit patch policies.

From the : Get Start" page , I was asked to fill " company email address" . even when I fill with " personal" in " business " section , the webpage will not let me go to next page . From another route, I managed to setup an email address ,user name and password , and have completed the email confirmation process However when I used the App in phone , I still got " Account error" with the user name and password. Is Pulseway now a pure business program?
