  1. Does anyone else have this problem? Despite doing the update in every possible way, pulseway keeps showing us the notification and sending us the alert. The problem occurs exclusively on servers with Windows 2019 installed. Thanks for your help in advance.

  2. Tickets sourced from the RMM show up in the PSA with their notes containing HTML tags, and also in reports. This makes the reports look very unprofessional.

    When creating a time entry on a ticket using the RMM, the reports in the PSA do not reflect the start time correctly. In fact, they report a date, which is clearly incorrect given that the column is supposed to show a time. We have found a workaround, which is to open the ticket in the PSA, open the time entry, and then click save without changing anything. Once this is done, the ticket shows up correctly in the PSA report.

    Currently, the notification and optional completion email states that it failed on X systems. It should state "The task XYZ has failed on X out of Y systems" so we have an idea of the task ahead.

  5. I am trying to create some scopes for my servers and it keeps coming up with a random error that I've attached a screenshot of to this topic. I've attached a screenshot of the error, and was just wondering what this error was and if there is something that I can edit to get this working: Invalid scope system type '8' Parameter Name: Id

  6. We have the Slack integration enabled but 2 days ago we stopped receiving notifications. When sending a test message from the integration settings the following message appears. The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element. I've also disabled and re-enabled the integration to no avail. The wording suggests that the problem is on the remote side of things. Any thoughts/ideas are appreciated. Cheers, Joker

  8. i have pulseway installed on many macs and since the latest release my end users are reporting a popup from pulseway requiring an update to be installed. Why is this not silently instealled like on windows pcs?

  9. I just ran an Assets Overview report using a defined scope. The scope is showing all pcs and macs but the report is only showing pcs. Is this a bug?

  10. If i enable 2fa on the PSA and use the new ticket integration in WebApp i get a 500 internal server error when we click on tickets. If we remove the 2fa from PSA it works fine. We use the PW hosted server and paid for subscription.

  11. Action: monitoring website from host configuration Expected result: website is reported as up in Pulseway panel. Actual result: website is always reported as down in Pulseway panel. I have a monitored website configured on one of my hosts. Pulseway reports it as down, yet I can confirm that it is accessible from several different computers and networks. If I delete the Pulseway notification about the website, the notification comes back immediately. This site is accessible via IPv6 only. There is only a AAAA record for the host in the DNS. I presume that might be the cause of the problem, as this problem did not occur until I removed the A record for the host. …

I have setup a Workflow for window services that have been stopped, to send pulseway notifications, email and to start the necessary service's again however I only receive a pulseway notification which states the service's that are stopped and the following statement of : The automation workflow could not be executed for this system as it's not up to date or it's not supported. (Please note all of the servers are currently up to date and patched) Servers : 2012 R2 , 2016(SQL Server)

    We have workflows set up User log in and systems back online set up. If we set it up with no conditions, just a script to run, the workflow never runs. It is enabled, but nothing seems to trigger it. We have tried adding conditions, removing and recreating them, all no luck. Anyone else having this issue.

If we install the agent manually (or via GPO) and go and do a discovery and deploy later, The probe will show ALL systems on the network as Discovered, including those that have the agent on them already and will allow me to push the agent again. If we deploy to those systems we get duplicate machines showing up and have to go clear them out. Is this by design? It would be good if the probe could detect if the machine has the agent on it already and not show it or at lest show it has the agent on it already.

    I forgot my password and I am trying to reset it but I keep getting the message "invalid password reset code". I'm sure that I'm using the correct code (I get the code via email after clicking "forgot my credentials" and entering my email). Don't know what else to do to recover my account.

I used the pulseway management system to push out Kaspersky to a few desktops for testing, some of the installationsfailed because of 'kaspersky endpoint security is not compatible with the network agent lower than 10.0' on some desktops. Pulseway only gives the option to 'reboot' when this occurs. If you then try installing Bitdefender (which I bought with our desktop licenses), it installs correctly, updates and then magically vanishes like it was never installed after a few minutes of running. An event in the log is then present with the same Kasperky not compatible with the network agent error message as if Pulseway was trying to re-install kaspersky again f…

  18. there is a permission issue in Patch Management I have granted a user defined group the ability to modify policies Checked the box Patch and View Policy and Edit Policy are checked. The user can go in and under actions can click on edit and modify the policies, they can also create new policies, but upon hitting save gets a popup message saying Error You do not have permission to edit global policies. The only users that can seem to save any policies have to be in the administrators group. I have to assume this is a bug. We are using the Pulseway hosted dedicated server product, not on site.

    So, I have a program running on my server that is windows 10 pro called node.exe some times it stops and i get the notification on my iPhone running the latest software and IOS version. I have noticed if i select the notification when it pops up it bypasses the Face ID and allows full access to all the remote management features the application supports.

    So, i downloaded the Pulseway_64 to windows, and installed and runned it, and was all ok. Then i turned of the pc and when i came back some time later, and the agent just vanished, was NOWHERE. Then i tried to reinstall it, but a messsage said "Error 1001. The specified service already exists". Then i tried to clean the pc from any pulseway file and reinstall, but ended in the same place. May someone help me?

  22. I'm currently running Pulseway OnPrem (7.0.0 build 120 release 283), and I'm using Pulseway Remote Control (6.6.3). The issue I have experienced is that the remote control notification doesn't always show up on the client when I attempt to remote control a session. We have 150+ computers in our environment and sometimes it works fine, and sometimes it doesn't, and the different behavior can even occur on the same machine from time to time. Pulseway is configured to automatically allow the remote session if no one accept (or deny) the request within a minute, and I have noticed that even if the notification doesn't show up, the connection will still be es…

    The windows update does not work with Windows feature updates. I have my systems set to notify me when a windows update is available. Normally whenever I see a notification I run the windows update through Pulseway and it works great. Recently there has been a Windows feature update available and Pulseway cannot seem to install it. I get the notification that an update is available, run the windows update through Pulseway and get confirmation that the command was sent. About an hour later I get a notification again about the same update, it was not installed. Installing the update from the system manually works fine. This is happening on all my systems …

  24. Is there a way to "remove" and "re-build" the asset information on an agent? I have an agent that's been live for months and I only realised now that the Asset Info reported by the Agent (while on Agent version 6 and 7) were only showing the Operating System Name, Product Key and Logged in User. Nothing else. Even with the computer being online I could not get this information I had to get the serial number of the computer for a warranty check and only realised this now. Luckily the computer was not stolen and I could still get the serial manually. This is quite a serious problem (for an MSP anyhow). Maybe an alert can be generated for agents with mis…

  25. Hi there, This is usability issue that leaves Pulseway's surveillance under high suspicion. We work exclusively in Windows servers. My colleague has installed last week a new Pulseway Agent over a server of a new client and he forgot to report this so that I could increase the number of licences resulting that since last week a Pulseway agent from another client's backup server stopped communicating and so we where not aware that backup needed troubleshooting.
