    So, I have a program running on my server that is windows 10 pro called node.exe some times it stops and i get the notification on my iPhone running the latest software and IOS version. I have noticed if i select the notification when it pops up it bypasses the Face ID and allows full access to all the remote management features the application supports.

I am trying to run an audit for the windows keys that are currently being used on my devices, and when I go into "Asset Info" and scroll down to the product key field, over 75% of my machines all come up with the same product key, and when I run "wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey" in the command prompt on those computers, it returns a different key than what was displayed. I would really appreciate if this was fixed or if someone could provide a script that would update said field.

    When creating a time entry on a ticket using the RMM, the reports in the PSA do not reflect the start time correctly. In fact, they report a date, which is clearly incorrect given that the column is supposed to show a time. We have found a workaround, which is to open the ticket in the PSA, open the time entry, and then click save without changing anything. Once this is done, the ticket shows up correctly in the PSA report.

  5. While inputting notes through the webapp I noticed that only 256 characters of notes are saved, allthough the interface itself accepts more input. The GUI should somehow show that there's a character limit. On the other hand, it would be nice if we could save more than 256 characters.

  6. Hi all! I have removed a decommissioned server from our inventory, but the alert streamer keeps being red and reports, that the computer is off-line. The computer isn't on any accounts systems lists. Regards, Morten

  7. If i enable 2fa on the PSA and use the new ticket integration in WebApp i get a 500 internal server error when we click on tickets. If we remove the 2fa from PSA it works fine. We use the PW hosted server and paid for subscription.

  8. This issue could be isolated to Lenovo xClarity IMM that only support SNMP v3. But it also shows Pulseway is sending credentials even if No Authentication is selected. SNMP v3 devices (eg Lenovo xClarity IMM) it will fail to authenticate with option “No Authentication, no privacy” unless you have selected an Authentication option added valid user credentials and revert back to “No Authentication”. So the bug is that No Authentication actually requires Authentication Eg Attempting to crawl, will fail with "Authentication failure" Add some credentials but revert back to No authentication.     I don't get any notifications . I have push notifications on, on my iphone. Push notifications are enabled , email notifications are enabled too. On my PC in account details i have marked the email and push notifications. I have tried a few notifications like harddisk, firewall and removal hard disk to test it out. Still no push notifications or any email notifications either. What is going wrong?! By the way: The test notification works fine.

    Good Day, We're getting a strange negative CPU readout on 2 of our Linux Machines. This is happening on the mobile application as well. Is their anything we can do to resolve this? Thank you

    Hi Pulseway Support, Since weeks I'm unable to use Remote Desktop for a specific customer through proxy. (Although, I can see that the systems are online etc.) In the settings of Pulseway Manager, I have set the correct proxy. Also, in the debugging logs on the client side the rd request appears to be received, but it still gives me the error (see attachment).   13. PCMonitorSrv.exe is cleaned up by AV because it detected as virus and the pulseway service cannot be started. So the server appears offline on the dashboard. Can advise how to reinstall the PCMonitorSrv.exe back? Help is much appreciated

I have setup a Workflow for window services that have been stopped, to send pulseway notifications, email and to start the necessary service's again however I only receive a pulseway notification which states the service's that are stopped and the following statement of : The automation workflow could not be executed for this system as it's not up to date or it's not supported. (Please note all of the servers are currently up to date and patched) Servers : 2012 R2 , 2016(SQL Server)

  16. This was promised to be fixed long time ago and is still isn't. Every time I switch users on Windows 10, I get the reconnecting screen and never reconnect back, I have to close the Remote Session and Reconnect again. If I log out the user, I get the Reconnecting screen and never reconnects back, I have to close the remote session and reconnect again. If I restart the computer it doesn't reconnect back either. When will this be fixed for good?

The Default Tickets Listing Click Behavior option under My Settings > Preferences does not seem to work, I currently have this set to 'Open In New Tab' rather than the default 'Open In Same Window / Open In New Window' however it still seem to open in the same window. If it helps, I have my Service Desk Experience set to 'New View'

  18. i have pulseway installed on many macs and since the latest release my end users are reporting a popup from pulseway requiring an update to be installed. Why is this not silently instealled like on windows pcs?

  19. Does anyone else have this problem? Despite doing the update in every possible way, pulseway keeps showing us the notification and sending us the alert. The problem occurs exclusively on servers with Windows 2019 installed. Thanks for your help in advance.

    Currently, the notification and optional completion email states that it failed on X systems. It should state "The task XYZ has failed on X out of Y systems" so we have an idea of the task ahead.

    Hello, I woke up today, to a sound of a Pulseway notification on my phone, it was around ~9.30-ish AM. The notification message says that my server is offline. I check emails, there is also a new email in my inbox from Pulseway at 9.40am on the dot, stating the same thing. Naturally I go ahead and try to log on to my server, which lets me log into it and is not offline. So I go into the mobile app notifications, and realize that today Feb 17th, both the app and the email decided to notify me of something that happened on Feb 9th, and was a planned restart.   22. Action: monitoring website from host configuration Expected result: website is reported as up in Pulseway panel. Actual result: website is always reported as down in Pulseway panel. I have a monitored website configured on one of my hosts. Pulseway reports it as down, yet I can confirm that it is accessible from several different computers and networks. If I delete the Pulseway notification about the website, the notification comes back immediately. This site is accessible via IPv6 only. There is only a AAAA record for the host in the DNS. I presume that might be the cause of the problem, as this problem did not occur until I removed the A record for the host. …

This was unexpected as I don't have any memory-intensive processes running on the machine currently.   25. Tickets sourced from the RMM show up in the PSA with their notes containing HTML tags, and also in reports. This makes the reports look very unprofessional.
