    Currently the interface allows us to run a script which is great, but it would be more useful to have an interactive interface that allowed us to operate as if we were on the system.

    I would like to see IPv6 address information for each system alongside their IPv4 information. IPv6 is the future of the Internet. Many end users are now only receiving IPv6 allocations, as the IPv4 address space is running out. pulsewayd already uses IPv6 for some of its connections. All of these reasons point to the importance of IPv6 support.

    Hi I have a feature request - the ability to save [selectable] alerts. Specifically, I would like to save alerts that warn of a removable disk being inserted or ejected, but the ability to choose which alerts you want to save would be good. Thanks!

    Hello. I think the Pulseway is really good. There is always some room for improvement... What I did not notice during the test, or was not aware of: The push system is really in need of revision. With the following one would also simplify many processes and solve problems! # Interest What is the interest of the technician and billing? When? Date + time - What? A SHORT text with keywords for copy & paste. Now there is too much text. Status # Push It would make sense to make ONE, BIG window with the messages. Sorted by date/time Critical, Important, Normal, Low --> defined with colors (or as text) Acknowledge …

  6. As part of our contracts, we often support users on their mobile phones\tablets. We have worked with a few remote solutions that offered support of these devices. Ideally we would have screen control, but even screen viewing would be useful.

  9. We use the Pulseway Dashboard to monitor notifications with the option 'Show only systems with elevated or critical alerts' enabled. This works really well for picking up almost every notification except for 'Send a notification when the public IP has changed' which turns out to be a really useful notification for when an internet services has failed over or failed back. Currently I'm unable to set a notification priority on Windows Pulseway Manager 8.0 or Pulseway for ARM 5.1.2 It seems unusual that this is the only notification in the Notifications tab that you're unable to set a Priority for, is this currently being worked on?

We have users who perfer to keep a clean desktop either for demo's for clients or for personal reasons. when we turned on third party patching it has kept placing shortcuts on the desktop for some applications when updating them. deleting the shortcuts does not prevent them from re-appearing when the application gets updated again. Would it possible to request an option for third party patching to not deploy shortcuts to the desktop?

    For the workstations, the ESET and the update status is already displayed (Up to Date... etc.). Unfortunately, this function is missing for the servers. And exactly here it would be extremely important to see. Possibly with a small alert if the update status is older than 10 days. (GER) Bei den Workstations wird das ESET und der Updatestand ja bereits angezeigt (Up to Date... usw.). Leider fehlt diese Funktion bei den Servern. Und genau hier wäre es extrem wichtig zu sehen. Evtl. noch mit einer kleinen Alarmierung wenn der Updatestand älter 10 Tage ist.

    We have a large org with lots of users (many who don't want to restart their computer). After seeing a user machine sitting at 212 DAYS AND 15 HOURS we scheduled a reboot through cmd. It would be awesome to have a feature that sorts by time awake.

  14. Some of the above do have "clone" available. But not everything. I am new to PW and looking in to monitoring I found it is not possible (have not found it) to clone a Configuration\Profile\Folder that holds a lot of needed profiles. That could save some time, time is money 😉 So, I'd like to ask for development to always have the "clone" option in the back of their mind with everything they develop.

    Many times I've made quotes that I forgot an Item. I want my quotes to be organized with like parts together. If I want to add another item I have to delete everything below and then reenter the rest. I wish I could reorganize the items more easily.

  16. speaking of opportunities, it would be good to be able to change the Account listed on an opportunity. We use QuoteWerks to create our quotes. We have had issues where someone creates a quote and it adds another Account instead of using one that already exists. Being able to change the Account on the opportunity and then delete the duplicate Account would be great.

  17. Dear Pulseway, Currently when a customer wants to send in their support request, they can only send a message but no attachments or such. Is this possible or is this feature in the making? Also if an employee of a customer does not have an email registered in the PSA system, does the ticket system still reply to this person if we reply on that ticket?

    Please add a way to manually run a speedtest on a remote computer. I see requests all over the place but nothing added.. been over 5 years guys. Not a regualr interval, but maybe just as script to check that DSL connection to see if it is having an issue.... MTR would be a nice add as well.     We would like to store some url's in a custom field and make these actionable from there so one does not have to copy/past the url into a new browser-tab. Therefore a <url> type is needed that makes the inside text actionable and will "goto" that url in a new browser-tab

  21. We need to add the feature to Disable or can be Disable for some people or for all or so, Accounts and Contacts as no one wants to export everything by some other salespeople or so.

  22. so if a user sends me an email and i send it on to the helpdesk the ticket should be in the name of the original user and not me only need this for emails sent in by agents we have this on our old ticket system and works well as we don't have to change the ticket contact

    New to PW and I would like to add the following as an example: One can whitelist IP addresses/ranges. When there is a list of 10-15 items, do you know by head which is what? So asking development to always have in mind if it is handy (or even needed) to add description fields to something. Going back to the IP-whitelisting: aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd Description: HQ bbb.ccc.ddd.eee Description: cbd kkk.lll.mmm.nnn Description: Owners Home fff.ggg.hhh.iii Description: etc I gues you experienced guys can think of other locations where this could give you more/instant overview

  24. PROBLEM In Pulseway, there is a place for tickets with PSA integration. This is clunky, and frankly cumbersome to use. In order to have any sort of mobile ticketing experience, I must download the Fusion app, and use it. Once in it, the interface is not user-friendly, in that I have to search around just to make a simple note on a ticket. That app logs me out after only minutes of inactivity. Compare that to "Fresh Desk" where I'm logged in all the time, and the interface is very friendly. In fact as a former user of that platform, I completed and notated tickets predominately on that mobile app than I did on a computer, because of the "on the go" type…
