It would be really nice to have a option in Enterprise server that automaticly adds newly added computers to a associated account. If you use unnatented installation through GPO to install your computers automaticly, then you have to add this computers manualy to the associated accounts.. mabye a checkbox in the account settings window? I just ran a report for disk space and found that only the OS partition space is provided. A report on all local dives would be fabulous! I thought I wouldn't have to log into all our servers to find this information, sadly mistaken :-(

Currently when I have the PC Monitor client installed onto a new system, I need to give the installing party the credentials to my account. This of course gives them access to the web-based management interface, which I would like to restrict to authorized administrators only. I would like to see some sort of installer or manufacturing credentials feature that would allow a user to configure the client locally without having the ability to use the management interface.

I am planning on rolling out the enterprise version of pc monitor to all PCs. I know it can notify me of when usb devices are but used but I was wondering if it could also record what files are being transmitted to and from the device in the syslog server? This would be an extremely sell-able feature.

Something that other apps have on you at this point is a central storage cache. MS Intune comes with 20gb storage for software you may need. Like for printer drivers or apps commonly used by users. Don't worry not going over to MS Intune. Maybe build your file management feature with this in mind. Just another idea and something I'm struggling with at the moment, currently using scripts and stuff. You could even sell it as an addon to your current saas.

Hi, when you shut down or reboot the server, you receive quite a lot of notifications about services going down. Is it possible to somehow detect that shutdown/reboot has been issued and suppress all notifications for monitored services until next start?

It would be incredibly helpful if MPM would provide for the option to display the machine serial number using the command found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/558124 Having this information display on the dashboard would be a HUGE help as service tags are used to contact manufactures for support and service as well as a better way to track inventory.

Hi, on Android PCM it would be quite nice if you would implement a click-on notofication (critical or elevated) and it would go to the monitored feature, which is related to this notification. For example, I get notofication that service named "Windows blah blah service" is stopped, then I go back, scroll down to services, find that service...huh, I must remember name of the service, right? So It would be nice to just click-on that notification and the particular service page would pop up. What do you say?

is there a feature (or could one be created) that creates a report to show the uptime of a server over a period of time?? so just showing times and dates the server went off/on. there is a performance graph on the web interface, but its not something that can be given to a client as a report.

Hi, We are provide IT support to small to medium size customers. Your system has helped us provide quicker support to our customer base. On a fri night we run maintnenace on our customers computers whilst they are shut, i.e Running Disk Defrag, Remove Temp Files, Run Windows Updates etc. Run Spybot Search and Destroy. Would it be possible to have an option to push these commands to all computers, not to group, but to every PC in our subscription. We have around 100+ groups of customers and would take ages to go to each group and run these tasks. It would be very helpful if the Operating System Report would tell whether each computer is running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.

We manage multiple servers I was just wondering is there a template that could be created for one server for notifications etc.. and that template then be applied to other servers. Also wondering if it is possible to set notifications from the web portal as opposed to logging onto each server individually to set the notifications

I'm referring to the android app here, but this may be applicable to the other apps as well. It would be very handy if "percentage based" indicators (cpu usage, memory usage, hard drive usage, to name a few) showed some form of horizontal bar graph in addition to the numeric values they currently show. This might seem minor, but it communicates the current state a lot better at a glance. Perhaps even alter the color of the bar based upon some fixed conditions? For example, "Hard Drive Usage" 0-50% - bar is green 50-80% - bar is yellow 80-100% - bar is red

Hi, I think a nice feature would be a option disable notification at specific times, only receiving notification at a specific time range. For example: My working day is all weekdays from 8:00 - 17:00 and only receive notification in that time range. My Collegues have other working times, so they will receive notification on their times. Kind regards, Maikel

When we use PC Monitor in Cirtrix XenApp environment, on our production servers value of ComputerName is being copied from master image on which we have PC Monitor installed and then the image was distributed between these production servers. Manual change is not a problem if to be done once, but due to the fact these production machines are being rebuild every night according to master image - using PC Monitor to monitor XenApp servers adds daily task to our busy jobs.
