I love the Active Directory service, but don't forget about the local user administration some servers have only the local database and we love to provide remote change of local users and passwords. In other words, we want to have the power to change local passwords and reseter users in windows servers without active directory

Hello, I have an 8 bay hard drive enclosure (Mediasonic H82-SU3S2 ProBox) connected via usb 3, in pc monitor when i view hardware temp it only shows the temperature for my single internal hard disk and none from the enclosure. Would it be possible to add this feature to monitor the temperatures and SMART status of these drives. I have tested other hard drive monitoring applications and they were able to get these readings so it should be possible. Really love your products. Thanks

You should add a "select all" button to pages on the manager such as services and performance counters. It gets really annoying to select all of them.

Could we please have a monitori of the Windows shadow copies. (Are the copies are successfully created? Do we have at least xx available restore points?)

Hello, i love your product. I am using a supermicro Board with lsi saß 2308 Controller ans an additional hba with an lsi 3008 Controller. Sadly pulseway is not able monitor the temperature, Heath ans smart Infos of this Controllers. Will this be a Future Feature? Thx Cuco

Hi, I like to SMS a user to let hem know that their account has been unlocked. For security and courtesy an SMS saying "Your account has been unlocked" is very nice. From a capable device it would be very nice to be prompted to send such an SMS to the Mobile Number (from AD). Thanks for a great product! Ross

not sure whether anyone uses ubiquiti wireless devices, but we now have a quite a few of them, and theyre managed centrally using a web interface. i was just wondering whether there is something that could be set up to monitor whether they go offline? i would set up a ping request, but most of the devices are on networks that dont have servers, and only have client laptops installed that dont have the pulseway software installed on, and arent there all the time anyway

If customers do have have 2 servers to run dirsync with active directory you can only perform password resets via web interface. Since most of my customers are in office365 now this has become a huge pain in the @ss!

Adobe has issued a security update for Flash Player 15 ActiveX. It updates from version 15.0.0.189 to version 15.0.0.223. It is immediately obvious for the apps, which version is installed. On the report, however, it only reports Adobe Flash Player 15 ActiveX. I do not know of any other applications where this is an issue, but it makes checking the Flash update a much longer process for me.

Exchange Management Shell would be a most useful feature.

I'd like to see in addition to Windows Updates being controlled by patch management, the ability to update and patch things like Adobe Reader, Silverlight, Flash etc. A lot of these items are attack vectors and it would be nice to be able to patch them as well.

Often times we will install a new application during production hours that will warrant a restart post-production. Right now, we place calendar reminders to restart. It would be much better / easier to schedule restarts from inside the application post-production.

It would be great if the capability to run and view results of remote network diagnostics from a host computer was added. Thing such as: - Ping - Traceroute - SpeedTest (via Ookla)

When chatting to customers over Pulseway it comes up with the computer name. It would be useful if this could be changed manually or automatically to the technician name.

Is it posible to make: scheduled patch update for a specific group and also make a notification for that to the computers in the group so the users do not turn off the computers and after the update an automatic shutdown of the computers. Many of our clients run on Workgroups and so we can't centrally manage updates with WSUS. Pulseway gives us a good way to install updates, but it can be laborious individually pushing the updates on each computer - it would be much better if updates could be checked/pushed for a whole group at once.

We currently use Pulseway to manage/monitor our clients' servers & critical infrastructure and would REALLY like to roll it out to all of our supported computers. The only thing holding us back is the current User Support Request functionality. Currently for user desktop management we're using Soluto (the future of which is extremely uncertain) which has the excellent feature of turning the F8 button into a hotkey that users can press to instantly send Support a message and a screenshot. An idea, i have a lot of clients that also gives mobile phone to there employees. Maybe posibile to also make an IOS and Andriod Agent, so we can manage the phone's so they don't download app's they there not allowed to. And also to delete all data of the phone when somebody lost theres. Maybe install app's remotely that are allowed bij management.

Not 100% sure if this has been suggested before, but I didn't see it when I was looking around. If it has, my apologies. Offline Changes (per workstation) I am currently monitoring quite a few workstations that are shutdown each night. For me, it would be really beneficial to be able to make changes to the Pulseway Manager (remotely via the Pulseway Dashboard) to a workstation even if that workstation were offline. Then, I would imagine, these changes could be added the next time the Pulseway agent were loaded/refreshed on that workstation. To support the need I have, where I want to delete some functions (manage rights) to an Associated account ie. Read Only rights are not enought and Full Access is to much, it would be needed to specify on a per system level, which general,services, Network, Scheduled task etc. the Associated account is granted manage access to. I may want to grant the manage rights to restart a specific service on a specific system to a specific account - currently not available. /Henrik
