After a reboot, the PC Monitor service will not start. If fails without error. When I open PC Monitor, it will not allow me to log on nor will it allow me to reset my password. It tells me my email/password is wrong. Help! Azreal

I can't seem to get this to work properly. Seems OK from over the LAN if the PC is in sleep mode. Does not WoL from hiberation or powered off....that would be nice to get that working to and get true WoL functionality. I've even got port forwarding on my ASUS RT-N66U router forwarding ports 7 and 9 on UDP to the static IP of my PC. But no WoL over the WAN. Has anybody got this to work properly?

I try to create a new account and when I hit the 'Create' button I get an error message saying: "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'ws12.pulseway.com'." I don't seem to have any internet problems on my end. I turned off windows firewall to make sure it's not blocking the connection by any chance. Nothing. Windows 7 x64

Hi I'm confused. I have the service listed in my services, it is set to automatic, yet does not automatically start after a reboot. If I open monitor pc it offers to start the service, which it does successfully and all is fine again.. until I restart my computer again! Please help xp sp3

Hi, I am trying to setup this ping monitor for like 30 ips, i already put it at 1000ms and 1 min, but it keeps on saying pinging error. When I do a continuous ping in command prompt the results are fine.

I am running Windows 7 x64, I recently used my iPad to remove two accounts from monitoring. I am trying to open the desktop monitoring program to make some changes to one computer and it fails to open. I have rebooted, removed, reinstalled and rebooted again to no avail. The service is running but the monitoring program won't open. The dashboard program opens fine though. Markos

We have two machines that we no longer have physical access to but do have MPM loaded onto it. We need to delete this machine from the MPM Dashboard but cannot find a delete option. I tried a net stop from command prompt via the console but it would not stop - I was hoping by stopping the service the machine would go offline and I would be able to right click and delete the machine. Any ideas on how to remove these two machines?

Hello team ! Hello community ! New to pulseway, but already loving it ! We do monitor a large bunch of windows laptops, and set up pulseway to alert when there are critical updates are available. The consequence of this setting is that whenever Microsoft releases a critical update, we have random critical alerts as soon as the laptop gets connected, which is not manageable. We could deactivate alerts, but it is not the point, as you may agree. Do you believe there is a way to get an alert when a computer has not been updated for, for example, one month ? Installed the service on 5 computers, then I got message that I exceeded my 3 registered PC limit, I tried to remove 2 PC so I can test your service but the option to remove is dimmed when I select any of PC listed within the Manage Registered Computers option.

Hi, Firstly I had a problem a few weeks back where the software wouldn't work on a PC running Windows 8.1, though I have used this now for 2 odd years, it installed flawlessly when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 (I have other machines with this on as well). Hi there, I installed Pulseway Manager 64-bit on a Windows 2008 R2 64-bit server. I can open Pulseway Manager without any issues. But once I fill in my account details and press " Validate Account " I get the an error as shown in the added image. I've already installed Pulseway on about 20 servers ranging from 2012 R2, 2008 to 2003 32-bit without issues using the same credentials. Does anyone know what causes this error and a possible solution? Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I am trying to a WR to one of my client pc's. I have purchased the licence from within the pulseway web app. Where do I find the licence key / number ? I all ready have one client installed so their is no option to select trial again...... Also their is no "Trial Site" in the WR console to correspond to my in app WR purchase?

is there a specific setup required for auto update to work? both on the dashboard and windows manager our products dont update themselves, so i have to manually do them each time you release an update! wouldnt mind if it was only a few, but we have 80 clients!

Hi, it seems that the Notifications -> Event Log -> Event Log Filter is one of the usefullst things for me. Now I need to know, if I can use wildcards. For example: I use Altaro VM Backup for my backups. I searched with EventLogSourcesView for all possible sources on my system. In the moment I use this list: "Altaro Offsite Server, Altaro VM Backup, Altaro VM Backup Controller, Altaro VM Backup Engine, Altaro VM Backup Hyper-V Host Agent, Altaro.HyperV.WAN.RemoteService". It would be easier, if I could just say "Altaro*", but I don't know if this would work. Thanks Christian.

Today i installed Pulseway on a new server, but noticed the checkbox/option for Remote Desktop was missing (on the System>General tab). I then logged onto a previous system Pulseway was installed on and noticed that the checkbox/option has dissapeared from that system too. Has the remote desktop option been moved, or is their a way to manually install it?

Is it possible to set notifications remotely after pulseway has been installed? I have been looking over the manual and forums and have not found anything.

OK, I've configured a server/workstation. I select Export settings. It saves the file. I go to a second server/workstation, and import the settings file. All check boxes checked on the import dialog. It reports all settings have been imported. But none appear to have been. No settings boxes are updated/changed/checked anywhere in any options. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm fresh to Pulseway, and I must say this stuff is an eye opener to our current remote access tool!! I do have a few questions that I would like to ask before converting our 100+ devices to Pulseway. We have a satelite PC's and laptops that we want to install Pulseway on (which we would do unattended for the majority of).. Without having to go into each and every config afterwards and password protect the config with 'click here to prevent changes' and lock it down - is there a global change option that we can do for this? - the issue I have is with leaving this open is that someone only has to make changes to the username, password and servernam…

Ok so I downloaded the newest version and launched the installer. It got to the end and gave the following error: Product: PC Monitor -- Error 1001. Error 1001. The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: OAlerts. I only could select "OK" and did so which rolled back the install. I then attempted to reinstall and i get the following error: Error 1001. The specified service already exists. Again I can only click OK and then it rolls back. I've just downloaded PC Monitor and really loving how it fits so much of our functions perfectly. Right now our company has a set of proprietary USB based devices that we keep plugged in our desktops. The problem is that this batch was poorly manufactured and has occasional failures. What we would like to do is able to be notified whenever one of the devices is no longer working in a USB port. I'm not sure if this is currently possible on the current version of PC Monitor or is there some other method to achieve this? Thanks!
