Hi, I am just wondering what events or what critical events are worth monitoring from the event viewer. Keywords, Event IDs' etc..

I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I am unable to see my processor temperatures OR the Fan speed(Neither the case fan nor the CPU fan) on my iPhone My setup is AMD A10 5800K processor + ASUS F2A85 M LE Motherboard. Any solution? The only temperature it displays is the HDD temperature. Also; 1. Is there a way I can see the percentage marks while on the CPU utilization graph? Is this displaying the CPU usage of only one core or all of them? 2. Can I change the settings somehow to display the memory being used instead of FREE memory?

Hi My pc monitor agents are running an older version, even though the auto updater is checked. I have several agents running on different servers, is there a way to get the agents all updated at once? Is there a way to manually go into the agents and tell it to update? Thanks

My desktop has been running pc monitor for close to a year now. Suddenly it stopped working. My laptop is a clean build, never installed pc monitor. Both give me the same error on clicking Validate Account, or any other button inside the manager. "An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for system.serviceModel/client: Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6) (C:\Program Files\ PC Monitor\PCMonitorManager.exe.Config line 10)" Both machines running win 7 64 bit. One is enterprise, the other is ultimate. Any ideas?

Is it possible to receive a notification when one of my monitored network interfaces is not in the "Up" status? If not, is this something that could be added?

Hi - I'm running the PC Monitor on a Windows 7 x64 system, and everything is working perfectly, except that I can't see the fan speed when I go into "Hardware Details" on my iPhone. I only have one fan installed in the PC, and SpeedFan is able to see the fan speed. Any ideas?

Hi I had MPM installed on a Windows PC that had its harddrive wiped. I have a backup of the files that were on it. I never did export my settings while everything still worked. Which files do I need in order to get my previous settings back in a new installation of MPM on the same computer? Or how do I get my settings back?

Hi there I have used PC monitor for my other three systems however I dont seem to be able to connect the Dell 2900 server to the software. I have deleted the anti virus and taken off the fire walls... It just doesnt appear on the monitor and or can see it on the monitor even after install... Please help thanks Andrew

Hello, Still testing this great app, but I have a question: I can select te services I want to monitor, but how do I get a warning/notification when a service is down? When I do a test on (for example) DHCP service, I can start and stop is via webUI and iPhone, but when it is not running (as a test) we don't get a warning of notification. Is this possible to configure? Many thanks Kurt

Hey, I'm trying to do my first installation of Mobile PC Monitor agent on a Server 2012 Essentials box. (Latest agent downloaded from the website today) The installation goes through to the end and PC Monitor opens up to the main screen where you enter in your account details etc. (The Installation window is still open in the background) As soon as that screen is up I can't do anything, can't click on any tabs/buttons etc and can't switch to other windows or programs, nothing will respond except Alt+Ctrl+Del. From there I can open Task Manager and kill the PC Monitor window. However then the installation, that was waiting in the background, comes up with an error say…

Whats the best way to monitor the temperature of the server room? We don't monitor of the temperature and I'm worried that the equipment in our server room might overheat one day and we wont have enough time to make the correct action to cool the room and save the equipment. Thanks

I have a weird fluctuation of memory usage of PCMonitorsrv depending on the server. Nothing huge and I'm pretty sure it has to do with what all it is monitoring on said server. But right now my mem usage from PCmon ranges from 24MB on a server to 124MB on another. What is everyone reading mem usage wise? NOTE: Again, not an issue as the servers have tons of RAM...more curious

Hi, I have managed to install the general PC Monitor apps on my desktop computer, laptop computer and my mobile phone. All of these are running windows 8. However I believe I have to install the agent software also and when I try to install this on my desktop and laptop it just comes up with an error saying "There is a problem with this installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run". I have downloaded it a few times now to make sure it's not corrupted in any way but to no avail. I am trying to run the 64 bit version. Any idea's? Pete.

Hi I've been using PC monitor for a couple of weeks. But now, I don't receive any notifications, except one: "Your server modules has ended. You can get a subscription by pressing the subscription details button in the PC monitor manager [...]" I'm only using 1 PC to monitor, with 3 attached devices and it's for non commercial use. I thought it was free !??! When I go to the "subscription details", I can only set the number of computers. Minimum is 5, and the lowest price the soft asks me to pay is 45€ for one year ! Hi, I installed the Version 3.7.1 on my Windows 7 64bit computer. When I start the service ( when i press the button "start service") i get an error from windows: "this service can't be started". I already tried to restart and i disabled my antivir program. Does anyone know how to fix this ? mfG Apfel

Hey Ive found that since I installed pc monitor on my windows 7 pc, it keeps waking up from hibernation at round 1-1.30am every day. I don't know if this is due to pcmonitor or just a coincidence and something else is doing it. Is there any way I can get it to log every call/command which is run through pcmonitor, so I can see if it is something pcmonitor is executing, or something more intrinsic with my pc Thanks

The instalation was interupted and noew i cant re install, get an error 1001 specified server already exists. I have deleted files in program files and the kry from registry and still get the same, I am usimg windows 8 64 bit hope you can help

How should one upgrade to 3.7 in WinXP? I tried sending an upgrade command from my Android app and nothing happened. I also tried downloading the latest Windows Agent from the website and the install process would close on its own after executing. Afterwards, it still shows 3.6. What gives? Thanks in advance.

I seem to be only able to find the PC Monitor in the Windows Store however this does not allow me to see these computers from my PC running the Dashboard. Thanks in advance Cameron
