I tried Both x86 and 64 bit versions and even ran troubleshooter to see what the issue was. i used to use this on my windows 7 os but tryed on windows 8 and get this error. the picture shows the error im getting and my hardware.

Hello! I'd like to install and evaluate enterprise version of pulseway, but am unable to do so, due to certificate error. I installed our test root CA to "Trusted root certificate authority" and ssl cert to user personal certificate store, but I am still getting "Certificate is not trusted by local machine error" as you can see from provided screenshot. Am I missing some additional step required or why am I getting this error?

I have a Intel i7 Dell laptop but the CPU monitor constantly shows 0%. I have restarted the laptop but still 0% Any suggestion welcome regards Condorman

I get the error by validating that there was no endpoint listening on "myservername"/server.svc. Maybe caused by incorrect addrees of Soap action. It says see innerexception ( what I cannot find) I did install the client as described in the manual, the same on my I-Pad. What is the reason and what do I have to do. Hi, I downloaded the App on my phone and agent on my node, but while trying to connect it with App on my phone I am receiving the following error message : "There was no end point listening at https://XX.X.XX.XXX/Server.svcthat could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present for more details." Please help me to resolve this problem as we need to run this app. Thanks a lot !

Good Day, I have installed Pulseway cleint on domain workstations using the local domain admin user. I can run the pulseway manager using the local admin account, but when I try running it from on domain user account the application cannot run, it gives an error when loading AD db, erroe states pulsway manager has stopped working. do i have to run the manager as with admin rights? if so how should I do that. I recently installed Pulseway, and for some reason it has or one of it's setting has corrupted my internet settings. I have Windows 7 x64 ultimate (with a VPN) on all my machines. What is happening is my adapters say I have Internet connection. I can see this activity via Glasswire (great ap also!) I can Torrent as well. However, when it comes to browser traffic it is intermittent at best or not available period. I have been reading through this forum and have discovered that Pulseway uses port 443, which is part of internet traffic, I think my question is.. is there any way to separate this traffic so Pulseway does not keep changing my Internet Options to using a proxy, …

enterprise installation is forcing me to delete the default website in IIS, why is this? i cannot, do not want to do this as there are windows services that use it. how can i get around this problem?

I have several computers with pulseway that have either stopped working or reporting. When trying to reinstall or uninstall it pops up an error: Error 1001: Exception occurred while initializing the installation: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly file:///C\Program Files\PCMonitor\PCMonitorSrv.exe' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Is there a way to manually remove the application and then install it back? Thank you for your help.

Hi, we have problem with CPU Usage of PCMonitorSrv.exe. On one server this process uses about 30% CPU. I tried to restart service and server, but it is still same. Do you have any idea, where is problem? Thank you very much.

Pulseway forums members, I have a problem trying to install (re-install) Pulseway on a clients' Windows 8.1 Pro machine. When I initially removed this computer from a AD Domain everything seemed smooth. I forgot to uninstall Pulseway from my domain admin account before removing the machine from the domain. Now no matter what I do I can't seem to get Pulseway installed. Initially I tried to uninstall it, which failed, so I scoured the forums and figured out how to stop the service and wipe the Registry of it's presence. There is nothing in the registry at all related to MMSOFT or PC Monitor. Now when I try to instal it fresh it stops with an error saying: "…

I try the hotfix I reboot it and the same issue I can login to any ssl site from the servers But pulse way is down since 5 days ago. I have the last version, please advice asap

In my server I have NICs, one of them is connecting via LAN to internet the second one is routing all traffic via VPN router (with VPN available only at specific time intervals) and should be used for specific apps only. Pulseway client seems to use the second one, so every time VPN goes down I get system off-line notification, which is clearly not the case. Is there any way to force client to use only specific NIC or IP?

Hi, recently my PC upgrade from Win8.1 Pro to Win10 Pro. ALL working fine execpt Pulseway service cannot start Automatic at start up. As per advise of support, i changed to Automic Delay and it works now. However, Remote Wake Up to my PC is NOT working at all. Anyone can help on this matter? I am trying to remove the service from a service that did not install properly. I tried using the sc.exe delete pulseway command and receive a message that the service does not exist. There is no Pulseway icon in the systray.

Installed the 64 bit version on windows 2008R2 never been installed before and I got http://puu.sh/k3r0P/7e0486f299.png Error 1001. The specified service already exists I also got it on another system had to remove a bunch of stuff in regedit rebooted and reinstalled but getting this again on another system. Is this a known issue and is there a easy work around? EDIT: I found the answer should have searched sorry first post. You can delete this.

Since upgrading to Windows 10 a local account that I did not create has been appearing on my laptop. I delete the account but it reappears after a couple of hours. Could this be a function of Pulseway monitoring?

I've been monitoring a few test systems during my evaluation. How can I remove these systems from being monitored? If I uninstall the Manager app, I can't manage my other systems anymore. Or in other words, how do I stop monitoring a machine?

First of all, I'm pretty sure I signed up for the trial of the enterprise version so that I had access to the fullest of features as that is what I would want to sign up for, but I see several options within the interface about an enterprise server. Does this apply to me, or is it just a matter of having access to all of the extra features Pulseway enterprise. Hello everyone, I have over 15 servers with Intel motherboards. I noticed that the servers with a super-micro board seem to report more information under hardware. The only thing I get for Intel is the CPU temps. The super-micro board reports the motherboard model, Fan speeds, hard drive temperatures ect. one board that wont work is: Intel S1200BTL and one that does work is: Mainboard - Supermicro X9SCL/X9SCM

Hello, On my new computer I can only see the temperatures of the hard-disks. I cannot find anything in the configuration to activate the rest of the sensors. Am I overlooking something? Hi, I'm having trouble configuring alerts for Windows Server Backup. I have enabled and configured PowerShell User Impersonation, but when I try to 'Validate Requirements and Settings' in the Windows Server Backup section under Server Modules, it returns with error 'ExecuteChecks timed out after 15 seconds'. The system is Windows Server 2012 R2 datacentre edition configured as a workgroup machine (not on a domain). Thanks in advance! :-)

Having problems getting WoL on my media server pc working. Before Windows 10 i was on windows 7 and all i had to do was turn on WoL Magic Packet and it works. Now, I enable it and cant get it to wake up. Plus, if I shut down remotely via the iOS app the PC shuts off and a couple seconds later powers itself back up. The PC stays off if I shutdown directly from the windows start menu. The only thing thats changed other than the OS is now im stuck with the generic drivers Windows 10 installs for my Intel LAN. I no longer have any drivers or configuration applications as they appear to have stopped releasing them for this adapter.

Hi All, I'm trying to configure Pulseway on a virtual Server 2008 R2 box however when trying to set hardware alerts for things like HDD useage the field just appears blank. When I then go to try and setup a hardware monitor that list also appears blank. Obviously the server itself picks up the hardware or it wouldn't work. I know that it works in a virtual environment as I'm using it to monitor another virtualised server with no issues, including disk space. Has anyone else experienced this or got any fixes to try? Is it possible to split-up alerting in such a way, that PulsewayUser1 receives alerts for Server Group A,C,D and PulsewayUser2 receives alerts for Server Group B,E,G and so on (until used the 5 Pulseway accounts) ? ie.: User2 should NOT receive the alerts comming from other but his/her own servergroups Regards, Martin
