Posted 15 hours ago15 hr Something I have submitted before is in the mobile app, the ability for a technician to enter a time entry for a ticket is not very intuitive. it requires that the technician remember when they started, how long they were there and then create the time entry after they are finished with the service. it would be better if they could go in to the ticket, and just start a time entry, enter the title and then it tracks the time for them and then they would just come in when they are done and just stop the time entry and enter some notes. this removes the need for the technician to have to remember things like time started, duration they were there. is there a possibility to get this modified.
