Remote Control not working after internal network IP changed.

After changing the internal IP on a client's network, I can no longer connect to the workstations using the Remote Control. I still can connect through the command prompt and PowerShell. All those machines are Windows 10/11. However, I can still Remote Control the Windows Server 2019 server. Always getting this error: Any ideas?

Hey Guys, So we need to automate patching and reporting for Mac OS. From the best of my knowledge I can't find this feature anywhere within pulseway (crazy I know), and I can't find any scripts within the forum. Can anyone help me out on this one? I'll update if I find anything myself. -Sam

Remote Login for Windows Remotely login into monitored systems through the Pulseway ecosystem without disclosing credentials to people in front of the computer. This feature can be enabled from endpoint policies or locally on each system. Allow End-Users to Disable Remote Control Within an endpoint policy, once you enable the system tray icon for end-users, you can now also enable the option to locally disable remote control on each system from within the system tray context menu. Remote Control Performance Metrics We have added a mechanism in Remote Control to capture and measure various performance statistics to help you understand the performance of a session, and to help us continue to improve performance of the product. Much of the work is done behind the scenes, but you'll find a new menu setting in Remote Control called “Show Session Health” which, if enabled, displays a visual indication of session RTT (Round Trip Time). In addition, we have also added a menu setting called “Send Report” which allows you to provide us quickly and easily with feedback of your session, which will automatically include the performance statistics. UI Update As part of our ongoing effort to modernize and standardize the UI, the Patch Management History page has been redesigned. General Improvements Custom Fields CSV Report Template now renders custom field values as columns rather than having each value on a separate row Fixed an issue with the mobile app not rendering certain modal dialogs on iPads running iOS 12 Fixed an issue where the exported CSV document would contain data in an incorrect format

BitDefender: In-product trial set-up, purchasing and provisioning now available We have made it easier to quickly get the EDR protection you need by making it possible to trial, purchase and provision Bitdefender AV, including EDR, from within the Pulseway RMM. Users can set up a free trial from the AntiVirus section of the WebApp, then purchase directly from the billing section. The new license can than be provisioned directly from the WebApp as well. Remote Control for macOS Performance Enhancements We have launched an improved Remote Control engine for macOS that delivers speed and performance enhancements. The latest release also introduces support for monitor selection.

Some of the Mac computers in my Pulseway WebApp are showing older version then they currently have. For example a computer with the latest version 11.3.1 is showing as 10.16.0 Agent Vers ion is 8.4.1

Hello, I have 2 Mac computers with 2 and 3 monitors, respectively. One of them has 2 identical monitors and when you ask to see screen for monitor 1 or monitor 2 (they are both shown as Dell E2210), I get the same image. The other one as 2 identical displays (shown as Philco) and a Panasonic Display. When I ask to seek the Panasonic screen, it displays correctly, but the images either Philco screen is identical. Hope this helps. -

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a feature request or if there may be a solution already. Here's the specifics: A customer is using Filemaker Server and it relies on the httpd service which is Apache to connect the web form feed via PHP. It stops occasionally and it would be most helpful to get an alert when it does just like with Windows services. I looked at monitoring an Application in the Pulseway preferences but did not see one that I should select. The Filemaker consultant indicated that Filemaker installs it's own version of Apache and the restart command is: sudo /Library/Filemaker\ Server/HTTPServer/bin/httpdctl graceful which differs from the standard sudo apachectl -k start So this is either a feature request or help to know how the existing version of Pulseway for Mac and provide this monitoring. Thanks.
