Martin_T reacted to dpbklyn in What is "Duplicate Alarm" section in PSA
When you add the functionality for duplicate alarm, it would be great if we could escalate the ticket based on the number of time a particular alarm is struck. Maybe this would be better functionality in the RMM. "Only open a ticket if X happens 5 times in YY period."

This would be a super handy system to have rather than having to delete the notifications to get further updates, i.e. successful backup notifications.

Martin_T got a reaction from dpbklyn in PSA: Bulk Edit Hardware Assets
One thing that I would really like to see is the ability to bulk edit Hardware Assets, it might be okay to edit a couple dozen manually but when you have hundreds, or thousands of them sat in your system, I doubt very much that anyone will have the patience to edit each of them individually.
Cheers,
Martin

Martin_T reacted to Chris in What is "Duplicate Alarm" section in PSA
Hi Matt,
The Duplicate Alarms counter is increased if the same Alarm is repeating during the day from RMM for the same system. However this functionality is not supported by Pulseway at this time, however we are planning to ad it into the future release.

Hi,
If this helps, we are not using this library 'libssh' in our solution.

Hi Martin,
We are planning to update the Linux and MAC agents to the version 6.0 by the end of the October. Also, this version of the Linux agent will support libSSL version 1.1.
Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this.

Martin_T reacted to Matt Wilson in Reply Separator in email templates bug
Hey guys,
I use Notes in PSA tickets to communicate with end users thus keeping all communication in PSA and out of email/Outlook. My email templates use the reply separator field. However, when the end user replies, I still get the text header information that Outlook inserts above the reply separator. Other email parsing platforms I've used before don't have this issue. I think its because the parser can understand Outlook's reply separator/original message divider. Can you guys address this?
Here is an example of what I see in my replies:

Martin_T reacted to Chris in PSA: Ignore Bounce Messages
Hi Martin,
Have you tried to configure keywords for the emails which you want to block? You can do this from the Admin tab -> Service Desk -> Email Parser -> select it and then configure 'Keywords'.

This is going to be added in today's release. You'll be able to display your own logo and support contact information in the User Chat, Request Support and About windows of the User Agent. Remote Desktop session list rebranding is coming up next week.

Martin_T got a reaction from NovaComputers in Monitoring Agent | Automatically Select Hard Drives
Hi guys,
One thing which I think would be super useful is the automatic selection of hard drives within the machine so rather than having to select a drive then set thresholds, we can skip the additional step of having to select the drives. Don't want to monitor a drive? Don't select a threshold.

Martin_T got a reaction from Colm Whelan in Multi-year contract billing
I too had this issue, turns out, I was just using the wrong Billing Period type. (https://forum.pulseway.com/topic/1992-possible-bug-annual-renewals/)
It should be Billing Period = Contract Length. Big thanks to @Marius for this one.

Martin_T reacted to Marius in Possible Bug - Annual Renewals
Hi Martin,
An update on this: It's not a bug, this is how the yearly works. If you want to bill starting the Contract Start Date and not the Financial Fiscal Years, you will have to use Billing Period = Contract Length.
Hope this helps!
