Hi, Welcome to the Pulseway community. No, you will not be able to log key strokes nor get a live webcam stream with Pulseway. Chris

Hi, You can get the file/folder size of a file with powershell (check this link: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff730945.aspx), if the condition matches then you can send a notification with this plugin: http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/962-notification-bridge and then create a scheduled task that will run the script every minute or so. Hi Martin, Apparently the 'Get-RemoteAccessHealth' is only available for Windows Server 2012 or higher so this is not a very feasible solution, we did note it on a todo and it will be considered for a future release. Chris

Hi, We've released the Linux agent update which resolves the redundant syslog messages. Can you test and confirm that the issue is resolved? Chris

Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. What we usually do is put the phone on Priority notifications only (Operating System feature) to only be notified on phone calls outside office hours, this way you don't get disturbed by the notifications when you don't want to. Also you could turn off PUSH notifications from the mobile app at night as well. Chris

Hi, At this moment no Intel RAID card supports SNMP (https://communities.intel.com/message/157739) however you can try to monitor disk write failures in the Windows Event Log by creating a filter for the disk,Disk sources. Chris

Hi Jason, Welcome to the Pulseway community. The "Use Enterprise Server" option on the windows agent is a setting that instructs the windows agent to connect to your Pulseway Enterprise Server rather than the public cloud servers. There is only one agent and it comes with the agent configuration utility which has support for locking the configuration with a password to prevent unauthorized changes to the configuration (see page 84 of the user manual). At this moment it's not possible to instruct Pulseway to only send email notifications for certain notification priorities however this is a planned feature and it will be introduced in a future release. Hi Koze, Welcome to the Pulseway community. May I ask what are you trying to do? If you need instructions on how to download, install and configure the Linux agent on a Debian based operating system click here: https://www.pulseway.com/setup and select the Debian tab. Chris

Hi Simon, Glad it works now. Thanks for pointing out what the problem was, this helps other users too. Chris

Hi Simon, If you have a SaaS Enterprise server then the server is already up to date however if you host your own enterprise server it should automatically check for updates every 36 hours. Restart the Pulseway Server Update service and check the C:\Logs folder for update status updates. Chris

If you've cloned the linux machine you need to remove the following file on the cloned system and restart the Pulseway service however this is not the source of the problem: /var/pulseway/pulseway.id The get host by name failed error means that your DNS server is not resolve the server DNS record. Do you use a local DNS server that doesn't forward queries to the root servers? Chris
-
Hi Alessandro, It seems that the agent cannot resolve the server's DNS record. Have you set by any chance the Custom Server setting under the Account tag? Chris
