Reporting - See CPU + Machine - why is this so hard?
StefanMcl_Pulseway replied to AlexC's topic in General
Hi @AlexC Thanks for reaching out! In Pulseway we have a built in template for this, just head to Reporting > Templates > Assets Overview. Here you can generate the report in PDF or a CSV format, schedule the report and directly send it to a desired email address. I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please let me know. Thanks, Stefan -

Error when trying to change Patch Management Policy on Workstation
StefanMcl_Pulseway replied to Josh M's topic in Windows
Hi @Josh M Thanks for reaching out. This means that another patch policy is already applied for the group the system is in.... To confirm, go to Configuration -> Organizations -> Expand the Organization then the site and lastly the agent group. This agent group will have a different patch policy applied. Edit and change the patch policy from here -> save. I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please let me know -
Windows 10 to 11 Upgrade Prevention or Notifications
StefanMcl_Pulseway replied to JChiz4761's topic in Windows
Hi @JChiz4761 Thanks for reaching out. As you've mentioned we don't currently have a way to stop the manual updates, However in Pulseway 9.3 we will be introducing Windows Update configuration, where you will be able to prevent end users for executing and configuring windows updates as well as the ability to be notified before downloading and installing updates. Pulseway 9.3 is going to be with us very soon. I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please let me know. Thanks, Stefan -

Windows 10 to 11 Upgrade Prevention or Notifications
StefanMcl_Pulseway replied to JChiz4761's topic in Windows
Hey @JChiz4761 Thanks for reaching out. So you could try firstly try 1. Creating a Global Rule in Pulseway that says if Name or Description contains 21H2, don't install. 21H2 is used by Windows 11. 2. Setting registry entries to tell Windows 10 not to update the Feature version past 21H1. This can also be done via GPO in a domain environment. BUT - I don't think this stops end users from clicking upgrade if they get a prompt or choose to be curious themselves. You can also send out communications to your customers explaining that they should not be pressing update to any Windows 11 prompts if they happen to see any. Similarly you can also create a rule for 22H2 -
Hi @brucesmith Apologies for the late reply. Would you be able to share a screenshot of the scope that you have created Thanks, Stefan Mcl

Our US hosting provider will be performing storage maintenance on Saturday June 3rd. During this time, you may experience intermittent, short-term service disruption. This will only impact those SaaS customers hosted in the US data center. We do apologize for this service disruption and any inconvenience this may cause. However, we have officially taken a decision to switch our hosting provider and are in the process of planning the migration which will take place in phases. If you would like to be included in the first tranche of migrations, please contact myself at stefan.mclaughlin@pulseway.com your account manager.
