Is it possible to add additional notification tones to the Android app? None of the ones the app comes with really grab my ear enough.

I started having problems receiving push notifications from Pulseway on my Android phone. Phone is Pixel 7 with Android 14, September 2024 patch. Pulseway is 9.4.1. I tried clearing the cache, no effect. Same with reinstallation of the app on my mobile. Revoked the device from the webbapp and authorized it again, nothing changed. All the notification options are enabled. The app is not being paused by Android. See attached screens - all the current settings are there. The events will appear in the notifications list, but will not generate a push notification.

Once you click on a computer the main info sections (particularly the Ping round trip time) is stuck in "Loading..." and does not display ping info,once you enter it you can see the ping graf,going back no change and still it shows "Loading..." Hi, can´t install PC-Monitor on my Sony Xperia Arc S (LT18i). Device is rooted and running under MIUI 2.5.4. Is there any solution available to fix that? BR

I recently got a new phone, which is a Pixel 2 XL and I've noticed I never receive push notifications for when an alert is thrown out in the app. I have had no issues with any other app throwing push notifications and have not modified any settings in how notifications are displayed on my device. I am on Android v 9.0 currently if that matters.

How can I get a notification if one of my monitored servers is down? Also, can I set alerts to only be allowed at certain times of the day?

After the last update the option to save the screen is gone. All I have is refresh? Where did save screen go?

Is there are a way I can receive alerts on my Android phone for the Critical Notifications category only when a server is offline, shutting down or uncontactable? Currently I receive Critical Notifications for Windows Updates, which I don't think are really worth being woken up during the night for.

Hi! I installed mobilepcmonitor on my galaxy nexus and then on my pc. I set up the account on my pc and then used the same on my phone. When I start the app on my phone it says "Socket is closed" almost immediately. Do you know what the problem may be?

I'm having an issue with Pulseway App on mobile, I haven't used the app for about 2-3 days and now when I tried to open my computer remotely I discovered that the App is asking me for upgrade so I obviously I went to Play Store and tried to search it in my apps menu to update, but I couldn't find it, so I tried to search it using the search bar in market and realized that I can't see it anymore, my phone is Samsung Note 1 (GT-N7000) with Android version 4.1.2, did it got removed from Play Store or my phone isn't compatible with it anymore? wakeup comand works just fine when i try through my home network, but when i try through 3g i get a mesage saying "wakeup command failed". Also when i try to wakeup my pc from another wifi network i get a mesage saying "wakeup command sent" bbut the pc does not wakeup. Anyone know why is this happening and what should i do to enable wakeup from other networks? It kinda defeats the whole purpose of having an app that can wake your pc up remotely if i cant wake it except when im at home. Thank you for any help that might come

I don't see any option to monitor services with the Android client. Why not? Everything is selected and enabled on the computer for which i am trying to monitor. I am running the trial. Is this not available with the trial?
