Let me explain better When viewing a screen Hitting the menu key there is two options Refresh and save screen Hitting the save screen option I get a message "savedin gallery" I get confirmation but nothing in gallery folder HELP

when viewing a screen from someone i cant save it. hitting menu save completes and says saved to gallery but nothting happens
