    Hi guys. I just upgraded to a Tmobile HTC One and can't get the app to work. After I configure my account and hit Back to go to my PC list, I always get a force close. If I enter the wrong login info it just tells me it's wrong but doesn't crash. I've cleared the app data and also tried reinstalling to no avail. Any ideas?

  2. Hi, I have not been able to login to to the Android app for the last 7-10 days. It's the same password that I use to login to my dashboard and the Web Interface. In the last 3 days I don't even get the app popup for approval on my phone for the Web Login. I use to get it even if I was not logged into the Android App. I think this is the first time I've had to login to the Android app since I first installed in, years ago. I have not changed my phone, the domain I use on the Android app is the same domain in my Dashboard & Web logins. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Craig

App Version: 5.4.3 (Build 80328) - Google Pixle 2 phone (Android 9) 1st time user and really like the product, however, I noticed that the 2FA options in the Android app don't appear to be working. If I set 'Use Pin' it will ask me to choose a PIN but never asks for the PIN when I start the app up. Same with 'Use fingerprint' ...except never asks me to verify my fingerprint. Is this a known issue?

    Hi, I tried to install Pulseway on a Zenfone 2 but it is said that the phone is not supported. Is there any update or any other way I can install it? Thanks

  8. I use the Android app to manage my network 90% of the time. (The other 10% is through the webapp) I would like to propose a feature request that would help me out tremendously. I would like the ability to expand notifications on the lock screen or the notification bar and mark them as read or delete them. Currently I have to go into the application to do this. I would say 99% of the notifications I get are ones that I have seen dozens of times before and so I know what they are referring to. It would save me so much time to either mark them as read or delete them from the notification itself. The attachment below is a mockup as to what it would look …

    Hi, Not really a problem any more so much as a curiosity. I have a generic tablet which ran the app fine on kitkat. I installed a customised lollipop rom and google play says "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I downloaded it via 'amazon underground' and pulseway installed and fired up perfectly. It seemed possible that my country ID was restricting the download, but it lets me get bbc iplayer so i've discounted that. As the device is the same, and no other apps seem incompatible, I'm not sure what else to look for. pulseway on amazon is 4.6.5 rather than 4.8 and I doubt I will have 'amazon underground' running as a service so updating will be manual.   10. A small number of users who have upgraded to Android 2.3.x have stopped receiving push notifications and experiencing force closes related to notifications. We are aware of this and we are investigating. We hope to solve it in the next release. Please bear with us and keep reporting the force closes to Android Market.

    Hello! I'm having an issue with Pulseway App on mobile, I haven't used the app for about 2-3 days and now when I tried to open my computer remotely I discovered that the App is asking me for upgrade so I obviously I went to Play Store and tried to search it in my apps menu to update, but I couldn't find it, so I tried to search it using the search bar in market and realized that I can't see it anymore, my phone is Samsung Note 1 (GT-N7000) with Android version 4.1.2, did it got removed from Play Store or my phone isn't compatible with it anymore?     Once you click on a computer the main info sections (particularly the Ping round trip time) is stuck in "Loading..." and does not display ping info,once you enter it you can see the ping graf,going back no change and still it shows "Loading..."   14. When i load the app on my phone, it my phone appeared online until i shut my computer down from my phone Once i turned on my PC from my phone my PC appears as offline on my phone Any help? -----I managed to fix this by uninstalling the software and reinstalling it----
