Hi i can receive alerts if had a power interruption in my house ( PC) my Pc is connected to a APC ups controlled by windows

I have two PCs in the house, both running Windows 7 Pro x64 and both with static IP addresses on the same network. One sends a push notification every time when it wakes up from a suspended state. The other never does but consistantly sends me notifications on everything else. I've noticed that the PC in question takes a second or two before I can access the internet after waking up. I feel this is the issue but can't figure out what setting on there might be out of wack to cause this. I had WOL working prior to installing PC Monitor and I'm thinking I must have monkeyed with one of the settings at that point. Any thoughts on what might be going on here? Thanks

does anyone know of a way to change the way android receives notifications? like for example a backup notification is of low priority and doesnt need to be shown on the phone, whereas the dhcp service on the server being off is a high priority and it would need to be sent to the phone. we get around 40/50 notifications a night just for low priority and would like to narrow this down to just the high priority ones

Hi, i'd like to restart closed and not responding processes. Is there any way to do it? Now i can just monitor it and send notifications when processes are closed or not responding.

We run a series of game servers and pc monitor is great to notify when an application crashes. However when it crashes users are disconnected and are unable to reconnect. Typically I'll update the twitter account to let them know of the status, but it would be great to have the system do it automatically. Possibly with a time stamp? If anyone knows of a way to do it, I'd greatly appreciate it.

does anyone know whether the status notifications can be changed to send as elevated rather than just normal? say if the public ip of a site changes (not ideal for a server, but what can you do while in contract and BT charge you to change to static) pc monitor does send a notification, but its not elevated so i dont see it unless i go into the server on the dashboard, could do with it grabbing my attention as things need to be changed asap. thanks gary

Hi I'm using Pulseway since it was called PC-Monitor. It is always working very well. Last week my daughter got a new Notebook, I installed Pulseway, but it will not be shown at my "Monitored Systems" I use the same settings as on the other 2 Computers! What is wrong? regards R. Mueller

Cause source of my project is: To sell IT outsourcing for home users And Pulsway fits perfectly for my purposes. So it will be helpfully to use Puslway on iPad or something else. I'm using Pulseway to monitor about 10 servers in my domain. Most of these run in a VMWare environment. Last night and this morning I received notifications that servers were offline. The first notifications involved 2 virtual servers running on the same physical host. The third and fourth notifications were for 2 other virtual servers, both of which were running on different physical hosts than the first 2 VM's. My first thought was that there was a network hiccup that caused the Pulseway agent to lose contact on these servers. However, here's the problem with that assumption. I see the system supports Zendesk. Is there a way to add support for Freshdesk.com to send support tickets from clients? Or is they a way to add an email address to forward support requests to instead of using my account email address I used when I setup my Pulseway account?

Hi, I've setup the SQL Server server module, using a specific user login (who I know has permissions, as tested and used when checking the query later). I've then setup a notification using it, based on a query. However when that runs I get told that "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" can't access the database. This doesn't surprise me, but I don't understand why it's trying to connect as that, and not the user I set up. Any ideas? Thanks

I am setting up the Ping Notification feature and need some insight into how it works. My understanding is that it pings the selected device every 5 seconds. Is this a consistent 5 seconds for as long as i have the device added to the ping feature? I don't know that i need it to ping every 5 seconds (can this be changed) 300ms for 1 minute, i dont understand this... how often is it checking the device? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

When a specific service goes down, i am getting the appropriate notifications; however, when it comes back on-line i am not getting any notifications. I would like to know when the server goes down but also when it comes back up... any ideas?

I see that configuring policies / monitoring is done through the agent. What happens if you want to change the default workstation policy, how do you apply this to everyone? How can you upload files to pulseway? For example if I want to push out an installation currently I would push it up to our current RMM, and then push down to all machines and run script accordingly. Windows updates and third party patching - Kinda confused on how this works Are there any plans to change monitoring policies from the web interface instead of the agent? That's what I have so far. I'll post more as I go along.

OK, for the past couple of days I keep getting alerts on 3 endpoints about Windows Defender needing to have an update installed, even though WebRoot is installed and Windows Defender was disabled. After going through the processes, I noticed that Windows Defender was and was not disabled. Heres what I found when looking at the Startup under Task Manager. There are two (2) Windows Defender installed and one was disabled, the other not. After research, it appears that going from 1709 to 1803 installs the second Windows Defender with so far no way to remove it. So I just manually disabled it and also di…

We used to be able to see how long a system has been offline, what version of Pulseway was installed, etc. Those are gone now...Is this permanent?

Is it possible to exclude all the redirected printers that show up in a terminal server when looking at the printers? This can create a huge list of printers that one must look at.

We have a very low server count and manually perform patches via the pulseway mobile app when necessary. We also have another app that scans each system on our domain for patches/software that is primarily used only to deploy to workstations. Currently our servers show we are missing KB4537819 and KB4538158 via Windows Update (no WSUS). The other app is set to ignore preview updates, so in turn shows we are missing updates KB4519108 and KB4530745. Is there anyway to get these patches to show up in the general windows update scan so we can deploy them via the pulseway app?

Hi there and sorry if this has been brought up before but I can't seem to find any answer. So I'm really just wanting to be able to see what "Applications" are being used on remote PC's I can see "Processes" but there are usually SO many! Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to show "Applications" open and how would I do that?
