Hi all, Wonderful app. Can't believe I only discovered this a couple of weeks ago. I'm using it with a computer at home and it's been really cool to be able to monitor (and administer) the computer remotely so easily. Quick question: I'm monitoring a Windows Server 2012 computer and looking at CPU usage (using the iOS PC Monitor app). The CPU usage reported in the app seems consistently twice as high as what I see in the Task Manager and Resource Monitor inside of Windows itself. From the March 10th update: PC Monitor Windows Agent and Android app updated to version 3.7 - XenServer module - SSL Certificates - Web Sites monitoring What does "SSL Certificates" refer to? My dream would be a warning say 30 days before an SSL is due to expire. Now that would be nice. I suspect it's not that, but if it was.... how do I set it?

I was just wondering how other people deal with the second Tuesday of the month. I am currently monitoring almost 200 Windows systems with "Send notification when critical or important updates are available" enabled. This means every second Tuesday I get about 200 notifications! Overall, I like receiving these notifications, but it can be a little overwhelming when Microsoft releases updates! Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Can I add notifications for monitored ports, as in when they don't respond? I can't see it (wondering if I'm going crazy).

Hi there, Please stop me if I am wrong, but does your licensing mean I have to buy 5 licenses for ~$50 if I want to go pro for my home 2008 R2 server? I'd love to monitor all my services on my server, but can't justify the money when I can't use the full license. Surely charging $15 for one license would be more sensible? Thanks.

I downloaded, and created an account to test your software. So far I think it is great but when I tried to test the remote connection potion of the software I was unable to connect. Is this only available to paying customers, or am I experiencing a problem? Also what are your payment options, do you charge monthly or for the whole year?

Currently we are using your paid service and are monitoring at least 20 servers (from memory). An employee of ours has left and the new employee with his new phone needs notifications sent to his phone. He is running PCmonitor on the phone obviously. Can't for the life of me remember where to set email notifications and their delivery address(es)

Pretty much what the topic says - I would figure (hope?) this would never be the case, but worth asking. I assume that setting the monitoring service to "auto update" itself would never cause a reboot of the host computer, correct?

For the "history" graphs show for things like: - CPU Usage - Memory Usage - Performance Counters What exactly is the time scale for these? It seems like having this available on the graphs themselves would be rather handy.

A customer switched to a new IT company and I no longer have access to the server yet the PC monitor app is on it and I am concerned they will try to use an application to try and decode the asterisks that you see for the password in the app. Is there any way to remotely uninstall the app or delete the user account info used?

Hi. As the title says really; I would like to monitor my GPU temps along with the rest of my hardware. Everything is fine except no GPU is shown in the app. I have an XFX R9 270. It used to work on my old 4870x2. Compatibility issues maybe? Still an excellent app though, can't really fault it! Thanks /J Y P

Is there a way to automatically clear alerts when the condition no longer exists on next poll. For example is a service is not started then gets started, can the alert automatically clear from the device?

Hi All, I can see pulseway can do a ping but this appears to be a continuous thing. I'd like to do a ping every X minutes or hours and then alert if latency is greater than X ms. Is there a way to do this? Cheers,

I have been administrating my company's pulseway account for 4 years. I am starting to get request from upper manegment that they want to be able to look threw the webcam feature at remote locations. I have 4 different groups setup with local and remote users servers EXT.. Is there a way I can give access to a user certain options and certain groups to access. I only want him to see the remote group and not servers and local users. Including owners, CIO, CEO and CFO local information. But I don't want to give them my administrator information.

Hello everybody I'm currently evaluating Pulseway and it's remote desktop client. We want to monitor several devices and some of them are going to have portrait screen orientation. Unfortunately the remote desktop client seems like it can't handle portrait settings (see attached image). We're running on full HD resolution and it looks broken with both smart resizing switched on or off. Are you aware of this? Any fixes available? Thank you

I have been running the software in a hosted environment with a company called OVH out of canada. For $22 a month I get a Windows 2012 virtual 2 core, 4GB ram and 50GB HD, 100mbit and 5 TB of transfer. So far the solution has worked flawlessly. Much better than amazon. I have full IP KVM console access and actuall support people I can talk to. I now have moved all my hosted solutions to OVH.

Hello, What tools are available for me to monitor my 200+ Windows 7 clients to see if Windows 7 backup completed successfully and drive has remaining space? I'm assuming pulseway monitors drive space and alerts me if it's low but I wasn't sure about easy way to find out if backup has been done last night and possible notification. Thanks, Serge

Say i have made a group with computers i would like total survaillance on, ie a computer that is not function properly. when i am done using this this computer, i move this computer out of the group making the group empty. then i would like to move a new computer to this group, will this group remember its settings? that ive setup last time a computer have been in the group. Hi The pulseway service is using 5-10% CPU on our systems, is that really necessary? I mean, thats a lot for a monitoring service.. (16 core xeon, 32GB mem,SSD)
