I have disabled all, but notification still comes, and not one but 2. From diffrent Emai Template, I try to dissable it to diagnsoe why I got 3 email every time.

Hello, I'm not able to uninstall Pulseway(i can't see it listened) and also i can't install it, i receive a 1001 error. Thanks in advance.

I don't get any notifications . I have push notifications on, on my iphone. Push notifications are enabled , email notifications are enabled too. On my PC in account details i have marked the email and push notifications. I have tried a few notifications like harddisk, firewall and removal hard disk to test it out. Still no push notifications or any email notifications either. What is going wrong?! By the way: The test notification works fine.

Hi There I unfortunately deleted a Device out of the Dashboard. I reinstalled the Agent on the Device and restartet the Device. The Account validating on the Agent seems to be ok but the Device doesn't appear in Dashboard nor online ( https://my.pulseway.com/).Already tried to reinstall and delete the Pulseway folder, restarting agent --> No effect. I simply tried the system as I saw it getting advertised on LinusTechTips, but after installing it I saw that it doesn't have the features I needed so I uninstalled it. Problem was after uninstalling it I kept getting system errors upon PC restarts and now some of my games simply stopped working, and to top it all off I noticed that my antivirus solutions had been turned off (malwarebytes and bitdefender). Is this program a virus advertising itself as a remote viewing solution?

Hello everybody A monitored server was offline in Dashboard all the time. Tried to reinstall --> no change. Delete device from dashboard and reinstalled again. Device is activated and even connected to, (Test notifications and validating account is working to.) But it still doesn't appears in Dashboard or mobile app and so we aren't able to perform any action on this device. I forgot my password and I am trying to reset it but I keep getting the message "invalid password reset code". I'm sure that I'm using the correct code (I get the code via email after clicking "forgot my credentials" and entering my email). Don't know what else to do to recover my account.

I am trying to create some scopes for my servers and it keeps coming up with a random error that I've attached a screenshot of to this topic. I have the software installed on my iPod and it was working fine yesterday. Today when connecting to the PC, I get this error. I have re-newed my password on the desktop and had the password reset and created a new password... still the same error on the iPod, however I can login from my phone with no problems. The funny this is that I get the notifications on the iPod, but I can't login to see the servers.

hello its like over a months after your last updates that i dont receive more push notifcations.you stopped to sent push notifications when a pc is up or down, applications uninstalled/installed etc... can you explain why?, thanks iphone 5 ios 6.1.2 pcmonitor 3.8

I have updated my iphone to ios 8.3 and since doing that am unable to wake up devices, I can shut devices down okay, I can wake up the same devices on an Android device fine. I have also uninstalled the iphone client software and reinstalled it and it still does not work. Is this a known issue?

PC Monitor app version: 3.9 build 77A2 iOS Version: 6.1.2 (10B146) iOS client - Character escaping in Terminal mode makes redirection and argument quoting impossible It looks like non-alphanumeric characters are being escaped before being executed on the destination server. Attempting to use characters like " or > results in broken commands and error message about "quot" or "gt" not being recognized commands. This prevents me from using IO redirection or replacing text with sed. Thankfully the web client does not have this problem. Still, this is a pretty serve limitation for mobile system administration. I dont get it it seems more frequent untested updates Pulseway releases things getting worse and out of hand! As of October 16 I stopped receiving Notifications in iOS notification Pulseway App !! I relly on them 99.9% of all my time during a day! It is really important to me to receive them as i used to on my iOs app!. I work in a field a lot and they save and notify me about problems when i am on the go.! I created a support ticket and 2 weeks go unanswered ! i no longer receive Notifications ! Action: monitoring website from host configuration Expected result: website is reported as up in Pulseway panel. Actual result: website is always reported as down in Pulseway panel. I have a monitored website configured on one of my hosts. Pulseway reports it as down, yet I can confirm that it is accessible from several different computers and networks. If I delete the Pulseway notification about the website, the notification comes back immediately. This site is accessible via IPv6 only. There is only a AAAA record for the host in the DNS. I presume that might be the cause of the problem, as this problem did not occur until I removed the A record for the host. …

Hi, I found since last version, that when I shutdown any of the PC's I have, I receive the message "The computer "PCNAME" in group "X" is up and running" (the exact message that I received when I turn them on). Any idea how can I solve it? Thanks in advance,

Does anyone else have this problem? Despite doing the update in every possible way, pulseway keeps showing us the notification and sending us the alert. The problem occurs exclusively on servers with Windows 2019 installed. Thanks for your help in advance.

Today all of my Linux servers were reported offline by Pulseway. I checked and the agents were all crashed. Hey guys, I'm having this problem since a few hours ago. (5 to be precise). The dashboard and the mobile app notified me that one of the servers is offline. Went to check on it and it was fully operational, even though PcMonitor was saying otherwise. I tried restarting the daemon but no change. 3 of the server cores are at 100%. Here is a screenshot from my webmin running processes. if I run /etc/init.d/pcmonitor stop , the daemon is still running and the dashboard receives a "server shutting down" notification. So I am running Ubuntu Linux 14.04 x64 on a dedicated headless server. Sometimes everything works fine (80% of reboots and some service restarts). I've noticed lately that when I have a remote session live on a machine, my local keyboard input is not being accepted in items such as Notepad, Chrome, Outlook, etc. This seems fairly system wide and I'm not always able to replicate the problem. This is likely something to do with the keyboard forwarding method, but I can't isolate this myself. Also, this does occur on several different machines - not one workstation in particular. As soon as I close the remote session, the keyboard functions normally in my local Windows 10 environments. Good luck with this one - it seems very transient.

We have mpm installed on bunch of servers we connect to and maintain remotely via terminal services. Recently they have been going mad if you disconnect the ts session sending hundreds of log on/logg off notifications. Is this normal? Thanks James

Hello guys. I am a Mac user administrator and have been trying to use Pulseway platform and for the most of time web interface works ok. I have Mac computers (Desktop and laptops ) deployed in my company and Support and Development team is a joke at Pulseway. I had a really bed experience since we started using the platform since February. I Opened 3 Tickets regarding this issue and since February was not fixed and resolved. i have pulseway installed on many macs and since the latest release my end users are reporting a popup from pulseway requiring an update to be installed. Why is this not silently instealled like on windows pcs?
