A few weeks ago, one of my servers ran out of storage and Pulseway never sent me a notification. I found that the low storage notification is no longer working for any of my servers. Below are a few examples, as of today. The top 2 are Windows 2019 Server and the bottom one Windows 2016. In all 3 cases, my iOS app should have a notification for these low storage conditions, but there is nothing. In addition, the notification for when the computer is started is also not working. Once a month, I reboot all servers and Pulseway now only notifies when the computer is shutting down not when it started.

I have disabled all, but notification still comes, and not one but 2. From diffrent Emai Template, I try to dissable it to diagnsoe why I got 3 email every time.

Tested on Windows devices any agent version, when we try to see the screen of a PC, we only get part of the display when the scaling is not set to 100%. Usually, it's 125% or 150% on laptop screens. The full screen is displayed if the resolution scale is set to 100%. This screenshot should show the full screen regardless of the scaling setting

Using V9.5.1 and trying to delete an offline Device. Comes up something failed contact Customer Support. Obviously no obvious way of contacting customer support.

After removing Sophos from a Windows 11 Pro laptop and adding Windows Defender as a replacement, the Security tab under a device shows both security solutions as being active: I checked both the "Program Files" and "Program Files (X86)" folder and removed a single, empty Sophos folder, just to be sure. There are no processes active on the laptop for Sophos. It seems like it just shows the 'ghost' of Sophos.

Since the upgrade to 9.7 i am unable to change profiles and save the changes i have made. When i press the save button, i get the following dialog screen: The same happens when i try to duplicate a profile, change it and press the create button. Same dialog screen is shown. If i go through the process of selecting a folder, creating a new folder called 'test' and selecting create, it proceeds as expected. it saves the profile, but does NOT create a separate profile folder called 'test'. When selecting the End User Accounts page, the page previously showed me a single test account to set up our support portal. When i load the page now, i get the following error: The same error occurs when creating a new account.

I dont get it it seems more frequent untested updates Pulseway releases things getting worse and out of hand! As of October 16 I stopped receiving Notifications in iOS notification Pulseway App !! I relly on them 99.9% of all my time during a day! It is really important to me to receive them as i used to on my iOs app!. I work in a field a lot and they save and notify me about problems when i am on the go.! I created a support ticket and 2 weeks go unanswered ! i no longer receive Notifications ! Hi Is there a way to set up an alert when the custom title stops working or starts to error? We use a tile that connects to an external web host to install our AV/EDR, but it has started saying "Failed to Download" and didn't give an error other than in Title list Ux. Regards

I have pulseway 9.9 running on 100+ solar-powered Raspberry Pi B+ (Raspbian Buster). They have been running smoothly for over a year, however within the last month on approx. 30 of them, CPU utilisation has increased from 5%-10% to 95%-100%. Stopping pulseway stops the issue and starting again resumes it. How to go about diagnosing problem?

Hi I think there's a bug in PC monitor for Linux which means that it cannot wake other machines up using Wake On Lan. Any requests it processes fail with an error in pcmonitor.log: 03/11/2011 12:56:20.000424 - ERROR - Invalid mac received. Do you know if it's possible to get this working? As soon as i put the computer to sleep from the host computer or another device it wakes up. i know it has something to do with the ethernet WOL feature but i have to have it enabled to wake it up remotely. Thanks for the help

When this happens check that the username and password are correct (and if applicable the dedicated server is also correct).

Hello. First i want to say thanks for such a wonderful software. But i have encountered a problem. I get no notifications when hard drives get under 2 % free space like i used to. The hard drives are not shown under hardware any longer. I have tried to restart the service. What to do? See attached file.

I don't get any notifications . I have push notifications on, on my iphone. Push notifications are enabled , email notifications are enabled too. On my PC in account details i have marked the email and push notifications. I have tried a few notifications like harddisk, firewall and removal hard disk to test it out. Still no push notifications or any email notifications either. What is going wrong?! By the way: The test notification works fine.

Hey forum, It's me again (how could two weeks go by without me asking any questions...). The problem I'm facing is every once in a while I open a remote desktop connection and when ordering the command "Ctrl+alt+del" it doesn't respond. Clicking the accessibility doesn't do anything either. Usually I can Pulseway RDP into another server in the network and from there MS RDP into the server I'm trying to reach but that is obviously not the way. For the moment it's not too much of a problem, but one of these days I'm going to run into a network with only one monitored device and no MS RDP available and by then I'm in trouble... Hello, today I was installing the pulseway on my homeserver. Honewer, the cpu load gives wrong cpu load information, this display only 1% alltime. Hello, I have 2 Mac computers with 2 and 3 monitors, respectively. One of them has 2 identical monitors and when you ask to see screen for monitor 1 or monitor 2 (they are both shown as Dell E2210), I get the same image. The other one as 2 identical displays (shown as Philco) and a Panasonic Display. When I ask to seek the Panasonic screen, it displays correctly, but the images either Philco screen is identical. there is a permission issue in Patch Management I have granted a user defined group the ability to modify policies Checked the box Patch and View Policy and Edit Policy are checked. The user can go in and under actions can click on edit and modify the policies, they can also create new policies, but upon hitting save gets a popup message saying Error You do not have permission to edit global policies. The only users that can seem to save any policies have to be in the administrators group. I have to assume this is a bug. We are using the Pulseway hosted dedicated server product, not on site.

If we install the agent manually (or via GPO) and go and do a discovery and deploy later, The probe will show ALL systems on the network as Discovered, including those that have the agent on them already and will allow me to push the agent again. If we deploy to those systems we get duplicate machines showing up and have to go clear them out. Is this by design? It would be good if the probe could detect if the machine has the agent on it already and not show it or at lest show it has the agent on it already.

I have setup a Workflow for window services that have been stopped, to send pulseway notifications, email and to start the necessary service's again however I only receive a pulseway notification which states the service's that are stopped and the following statement of : The automation workflow could not be executed for this system as it's not up to date or it's not supported. (Please note all of the servers are currently up to date and patched) Servers : 2012 R2 , 2016(SQL Server)

Action: monitoring website from host configuration Expected result: website is reported as up in Pulseway panel. Actual result: website is always reported as down in Pulseway panel. I have a monitored website configured on one of my hosts. Pulseway reports it as down, yet I can confirm that it is accessible from several different computers and networks. If I delete the Pulseway notification about the website, the notification comes back immediately. This site is accessible via IPv6 only. There is only a AAAA record for the host in the DNS. I presume that might be the cause of the problem, as this problem did not occur until I removed the A record for the host. …
