Cloud you make it possible to add multipule accounts to the app. I work for multiple companys they all have there own pulseway subscription. Now i can only manage one at the time and need to logon and off everytime. Cloud you make it possible to add multiple accounts to it? So that we can switch to the account that is needed at that time?

Can the next update to Dashboard please modify the Data --> All Notifications screen to have :- a) allow multi select of the list items allow shortcut keys to the buttons like most Windows dialogs (eg. Alt-A for Delete All Notifications, Alt-V for View Selected Notification, Alt-S for Delete Selected Notification, etc) Thanks.

Hello, i love your product. I am using a supermicro Board with lsi saß 2308 Controller ans an additional hba with an lsi 3008 Controller. Sadly pulseway is not able monitor the temperature, Heath ans smart Infos of this Controllers. Will this be a Future Feature? Thx Cuco

Hi, upon first-time configuration on new server I spend a lot of time to configure MONITORED SERVICES, one by one, having another window with SERVICES.MSC open and comparing services one by one, if it is running and whether to check it or not. I'd suggest better approach here: Improvement 1 would be to have a button under SERVICES tab, saying "Select all running services". Improvement 2 would be to have "Service status" shown under SERVICES tab Improvement 3 would be some sort of "Collective intelligence", where you'd have a button to "Select most common services", where info in background would be sorted on Pulseway servers, like, computer OS --> W…

When I receive an account lockout notification, it would be nice to know what the calling computer is (i.e., where the lockout is originating from) without having to dig into Event Viewer and try to remember the Event ID associated with the lockout. For the record, it's Windows Event ID 4740. The last line in this event contains the information I am after: Caller Computer Name: BAD_COMPUTER_NAME_HERE This would help track down the source of the account lockout much quicker than simply seeing which account is locked out. I don't know why, but i have very low notification sound. It would be nice, if i could change it to my own .mp3 or whatever else file i have on. Thanks, good luck! P.S It think the native android notification sound is not suitable for this things. For a critical errors i'd like to have possibilty to set my own mp3 file with a siren or some loud noise.

Not sure if someone has asked for this before or not, didn't see anything with a quick search. I'd like to be able to see the currently connected RRAS clients. Username, IP assigned, duration connected, etc. What's the possibility of having this as an available server module in upcoming releases? Are there any plugins for this? Thanks

Hi, After servers are rebooted PC Monitor always tells us that a handful of services is not started. Most of them has the start up type "Automatic (delayed)", but other services just uses a longer time before starting up. Could it be possible for PC Monitor to wait a few minutes before reporting failed services after a reboot? Then we could avoid a lot of ghost alerts. Br, Martin.

Could we please have a monitori of the Windows shadow copies. (Are the copies are successfully created? Do we have at least xx available restore points?)

Hi, We are very often in the situation backup our database with simple scripts to files on the local disk. E.g. Mysqldump or SQL server express edition. It would be create if we could monitor these exports with a plugin. I am thinking about something like: - is the file written/changed in the last xx hours (24 hours) - is the file larger then xx MBs The same monitoring would be useful for some daily database export to CSV files. You should add a "select all" button to pages on the manager such as services and performance counters. It gets really annoying to select all of them.

Hello, I have an 8 bay hard drive enclosure (Mediasonic H82-SU3S2 ProBox) connected via usb 3, in pc monitor when i view hardware temp it only shows the temperature for my single internal hard disk and none from the enclosure. Would it be possible to add this feature to monitor the temperatures and SMART status of these drives. I have tested other hard drive monitoring applications and they were able to get these readings so it should be possible. Really love your products. Thanks

Are there any plans to monitor mobile devices any the future? I understand that this is actually a difficult task, especially for iOS (very limited capabilities). However certain features like request support,screen capture, chat, alerts, or monitoring processes would be useful on all platforms especially once integrated into the dashboard. Hardware information can also be sourced as well, remote control is obviously out of the question in some regards.

I love the Active Directory service, but don't forget about the local user administration some servers have only the local database and we love to provide remote change of local users and passwords. In other words, we want to have the power to change local passwords and reseter users in windows servers without active directory

Are there any plans to add features to the Mac client? The Windows version does a lot more.

hi there was wondering whether there is a way to change the way that the maintenance schedule works? basically, its a great idea, and does help, but say we have the maintenance schedule on during the night, but still want to see the notifications during this time at a later time, can this be implemented so that they are stored somewhere? thanks...gary

Hi, I'm trying to integrate "Support Request" into our environment, the thing is the users may not easily identify the taskbar icon and on some environments may not be able to explicitly access it. What i would like to do is allow them to open the "Support Request" feature via a custom button installed in their environment. I'm thinking something as easy as "pcmontask.exe --support-request" which would launch the "Support Request" window.

Had an issue come up today and would be great to be able to monitor it. Customer DNS went down. IP for name servers was still up but was unable to resolve A records or mx records. Being able to monitor this would be great to alert if DNS resolution was failing for a customers domain.

hi there i have a couple of requests that im not sure whether they have been asked before, by myself or anyone else. is there a way that we can prioritize notifications to mobile devices so that only the critical or elevated notifications come through to mobile devices rather than all notifications?? also, is there a way that when a check on disk space is done, the same check can be done after a certain period of time, and if the disk space has changed from the previous notification that the notification can be changed to accommodate the new value? any updates on future releases or help for the above would be grateful. thanks in advance. Hello, it should be possible to add an dynDNS Host beside of the external IP. Many german providers have dynamic external IPs that change every 24 hours. The App only knows the latest external IP. If a PC is offline for e.g. 3 days, starting with Wake on Lan is not possible. I hope you understand my problem? Regards, Thomas

I would need to changes the configuration by individual commuters basis after an standard agent installation is done, but the machines are very distance from each other, I would like to changes the configuration of the agents remotely from my iPad or web.

The web interface is not compatible with trackpad gestures on Macs..., I love the iOS app on the ipads I just would like to have the same app for OSX.

I might have missed this one, but it would be great to be able to restrict where the notifications are sent. Example: We have 4 servers, two in Norrköping and two in Stockholm. I would like to be able to send the notifications from the servers in Stockholm to the guy in Stockholm and not to me as well.
