    Hi, I use the app for my smartphone, the app for my tablet, the app for my Windows 10 computer and the WebApp. I don't use the dashboard, because I see no sence in it, and it only works on a computer. If I want to change the configuration of an Agent, I need to connect via RemoteSupport or I have to use this dashboard app. I think it would be better to have everything in the apps.     Hi, I know I can do everything myself, but it would be great, if at least the biggest hardware players (e.g. HP, DELL, INTEL... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Market_share_of_personal_computer_vendors) would be supported out of the box. Thanks, Christian.

    Hi Would it be posssible for you to add some more views in the dashboard application. it's great to see it on a big TV in the office but would be usefully if we can change: - to a list view (like windows explorer allows to change the views of files in a folder) - then would enable us see more customers on one screen rather than waiting for them to come around after the rotation - change font size - make the green / red circles smaller ( a column list view would be good) - remove items from view like - hiding os version. - adding items on the view like - logged in user - option to remove the scrolling banner at the bottom. …

  5. Hi, in the moment everything is in english. We use the Pulseway MSP edition, and out customers are not all very familiar with the english language. For this it would be great to have at least this part of your software translated into different languages. Thanks, Christian.

    Any idea when the Remote Desktop comes for Mac? So that we can control the Windows Systems via Pulseway Etc.? Remote Desktop can now only be controlled via Windows.

  7. I looked at another MST product last week that had the option to set up the time zone when setting up a client. I live in Thailand but my clients are mostly in the US. I'm getting notifications with my time zone, but not theirs. I need a way for the system to differentiate the times of various clients. In the agent, I can set the time or times that I want the computers to be in maintenance mode. But when the time zone changes, there is no modify it according to the time zone itself.

  8. I rebooted EVERYONE in my dashboard yesterday to the great surprise of everyone in my dashboard who was not at lunch. I created some scripts which I though did not contain a shutdown command but there was one in one of the scripts. When creating a task, I can add a script, but I cannot see what is in the script without backing out and editing the script again. I can think of two things: 1. I would like to be able to peek inside a script before adding it to a task. 2. I would like to color code scripts. If I choose red for scripts with a shutdown command, then I can easily see danger including said script.

  9. Would be awesome if we can change the Pulseway Settings form the WebApp / Mobile App. So that you don't need to login to the client and change things. Would also be great to have this so that we don't need to work with config files for advanced settings, this could than be done trough the WebApp / Mobile App

    Hi, It would be great having full access to a linux machine (where promox is installed), the same way windows machines have remote management. Maybe you can offer a temporary connection with user, password and port, in order to connect through ssh using that machine as a tunnel. The web terminal is a good thing, but it is limited and it can't run programs like nano or vim. Thanks. Great service guys. I really love pulseway

    Hi, The idea behind Pulseway was to enable an engineer to provide support from his mobile devices, i.e. get him away from his desk. Pulseway is missing some much needed features: Lets say I want to run a script on all of the computers in a Group. On my mobile I can send messages to a group, restart all the computers to a group etc. BUT you cannot run scripts. You have to go onto a computer, create a scope, then create a task, etc.... It would be good when your on your mobile to be able to click into your group, then see scripts etc. Thanks Phil

  13. I want to use two-factor authentication. I will not, until such time the timeout feature is controlled by me. I'm not sure how much time elapses between open the page and the timeout, but I can tell you it is too short. I want control of it, to the point of turning it off completely.

  14. As my tasks grow, I have no idea which ones are scheduled to run without editing each one. Imagine if there were 100 of them.

    It would be really good if when you use the chat feature, it would send a notification when they respond. Saves hanging around the chat window or having to pop back in to check if they have replied. The ability to add custom responses in the chat window (i.e Have you reboot your PC? etc), saves a lot of typing for the standard things we save in IT support.

    Please add support for the more recent Azure Resource Manager deployment model for virtual machines. Currently only the classic model is supported, so virtual machines on my Azure subscription are not visible.

  20. Hi, can it be posible, that if a notification is sent that you can also fire a custom SQL insert on a local or remote sql server ? and also use some vars from that notification.. Kind regards

    Would love the ability to view details of a computer that is currently offline, for example, last LAN IP address, last event logs, applications, computer Make & Model, serial number, etc. This would help in troubleshooting any PC problems for PCs are are offline.

Can the next update to Dashboard please modify the Data --> All Notifications screen to have :- a) allow multi select of the list items allow shortcut keys to the buttons like most Windows dialogs (eg. Alt-A for Delete All Notifications, Alt-V for View Selected Notification, Alt-S for Delete Selected Notification, etc) Thanks.

  23. Hi all Chasing a feature where Pulseway generates an alert when no backup activity has been detected in X number of days (for both Windows Backup and ShadowProtect). The current is system is fine when a backup attempt is made and fails but we're seeing scenarios were the backup service has stalled days prior and does not make any further backup attempts hence no further failure alerts. Would like to see an an option to define the number of days of backup inactivity for the alert and also generate a report for all computers that shows the last backup date and it's status(e.g. successful, failed, disabled, inactive) and highlights the ones that X number of days …
