Hello Everyone! I signed up for a trial of the enterprise version, but I had a few quick questions moving forward. First of all, I'm pretty sure I signed up for the trial of the enterprise version so that I had access to the fullest of features as that is what I would want to sign up for, but I see several options within the interface about an enterprise server. Does this apply to me, or is it just a matter of having access to all of the extra features Pulseway enterprise. About the agent install, it looks like the only thing I can find that as an agent, actually installs the complete Pulseway management interface on a system. In managing my …

I've been monitoring a few test systems during my evaluation. How can I remove these systems from being monitored? If I uninstall the Manager app, I can't manage my other systems anymore. Or in other words, how do I stop monitoring a machine?

Since upgrading to Windows 10 a local account that I did not create has been appearing on my laptop. I delete the account but it reappears after a couple of hours. Could this be a function of Pulseway monitoring?

Hello. I'm just trying out the product, which looks quite good. I'm receiving alerts quite late. For example, I shutdown my laptop the other night and it took more than 30 minutes for the alert to arrive, which isn't much use. I'm still in the trial mode and I'm hoping that's why these alerts aren't arriving much sooner.

Hello. I'm just trying out the product, which looks quite good. I have a few questions. Is it possible to set a timeframe for when you don't accept alerts, for example, Not to receive alerts in the middle of the night? Is it possible to manually trigger a check of a monitored system? How often are monitored systems checked? Is it possible to change a monitored system's settings without having to log into the system, for example, is it possible to change the settings of a monitored system from the pulseway.com dashboard? Thanks for any help.

Today i installed Pulseway on a new server, but noticed the checkbox/option for Remote Desktop was missing (on the System>General tab). I then logged onto a previous system Pulseway was installed on and noticed that the checkbox/option has dissapeared from that system too. Has the remote desktop option been moved, or is their a way to manually install it?

Hi, Long time user just for my home systems and just built a new gaming rig and installed Pulseway and as per the title am unable to set a notification for any hardware monitoring on the CPU, which is an I7 6700k ? I've installed Pulseway and rebooted but no joy? Running on Windows 8.1 Pro adn when viewing the new device in Pulseway monitoring it show the CPU usage (%) and the BIOS version etc. but unable to add the notifications? I know both the Motherboard (MSI Z170 M7) and CPU (Intel i7 6700k Skylake) are very new, so is it just an update of Pulseway needed or am I missing something ?

Hello, I've been using Pulseway (PC Monitor) for years and love the app. I just went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I find Pulseway is not allowing me to remote start. Also, after a startup, it doesn't notify me that it's up and running. If I go into my app on my phone, it shows it's up and running. If I send a test notification from the PC, it notifies my phone. I have the power setting set for Turn on fast startup is OFF. I also tried the delayed start and that caused it to not start the service at all. Everything worked perfectly in Windows 7. I also ran the compatibility auto checker and it set it for Windows 8. The app allows me to shut down the PC with no…

I recently upgraded my system from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro and the service for PW ("PC Monitor" to be specific) no longer starts on its own. I have a backup of starting the service manually if it is not running each time I log in or every morning if system is already logged in. Another issue with Windows 10 is the UAC for starting services which is another issue all together. Why is the service no longer able to start on its own. I can go into the services.msc and start it manually.

The service ran fine until a couple of months ago, but I did not notice that it had stopped working until recently. I thought the issue may have been related to the name changing from PC Monitor to Pulseway so I first tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the installer failed stating that a step that could not be completed. I then searched for and removed files and registry entries relating to PC Monitor, PCMonitor, Pulseway, and MMSoft and was able to reinstall the application. After entering my account details, I am able to validate my account but the service still will not start. Here are the lines in trace.log: 7/21/2015, 17:22:35.10…

In my server I have NICs, one of them is connecting via LAN to internet the second one is routing all traffic via VPN router (with VPN available only at specific time intervals) and should be used for specific apps only. Pulseway client seems to use the second one, so every time VPN goes down I get system off-line notification, which is clearly not the case. Is there any way to force client to use only specific NIC or IP?

Hi I'm experiencing a problem after installation of the agent on some Windows Server 2008 R2 servers. After installation and configuration of the agent, when the service starts, it'll begin hogging all available resources on the CPU until the service/process i restarted. After this, the agent appears to run normally for at time, but then after an couple of hours it'll begin to use all available CPU again. The agent is configured to monitor processor, RAM and storage (General health), and then we have 2 performance counters for more advanced processor and RAM monitoring I also installed the same agent, with the same configuration on an Windows Server 2003 …

Pulseway forums members, I have a problem trying to install (re-install) Pulseway on a clients' Windows 8.1 Pro machine. When I initially removed this computer from a AD Domain everything seemed smooth. I forgot to uninstall Pulseway from my domain admin account before removing the machine from the domain. Now no matter what I do I can't seem to get Pulseway installed. Initially I tried to uninstall it, which failed, so I scoured the forums and figured out how to stop the service and wipe the Registry of it's presence. There is nothing in the registry at all related to MMSOFT or PC Monitor. Now when I try to instal it fresh it stops with an error saying: "…

Hello, very nice tool ! I have only one problem. In my system is a HDD which is unused. So I told windows in powersetting to bring it to standby after 5 min. In Pulseway Agent I deaktivated the features "Hard Disks" and "Hardware Details", furthermore, there is no space check on this HDD or another notification. But pulseway always wakes this HDD. In ProcessMonitor with pulsewayservice running I get many wmiprvse.exe accesses to that disk. If I stop the services no more processes are accessing this disk. I there a way to tell pulseway to exclude this hdd ?

Hello, New user here still very much in my trial period. I currently use a Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2 as my primary Domain Controller and have Eset Remote Administrator version 6.1.365.0 installed and running. I've installed the Pulseway Manager 4.7.3 on the server without difficulty and am able to connect to this with my mobile device - an iPhone 4. When I attempt to setup the Server module for Eset within the Pulseway Manager on the server I am unable to connect to my Eset Remote Administrator server. Is there documentation somewhere on how to set this up and what the prerequistes are? I've browsed the manual which basically tells me what I can do once I…
