Hi. It it possible to download some of your extra components durring unattended setup, or afterwards by command line etc.? Specificly we are talking about: System --> Remote Desktop --> Enable Remote Desktop --> Yes to download Monitor and Manage SQL Server --> Monitor and Manage SQL Server --> Yes to download Br, Martin.

Is it possible to split-up alerting in such a way, that PulsewayUser1 receives alerts for Server Group A,C,D and PulsewayUser2 receives alerts for Server Group B,E,G and so on (until used the 5 Pulseway accounts) ? ie.: User2 should NOT receive the alerts comming from other but his/her own servergroups Regards, Martin

Hey, I'm having trouble getting my pc to wake up using my phone. Suspend/hibernate work just fine. I've disabled fast startup, opened the ports on the modem and in the firewall settings, went into bios and enabled wake on lan, in the network adapter settings, made it so that device can wake the pc and enabled magic packets. Not sure what else I need to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

With iPad Pro controlling Win 7 Pro PC I have no problems with connecting on my LAN. I am also able to connect over an external internet connection (WAN) If my PC is switched ON it is always available to the iPad Pro on the WAN. I can then Suspend or Shut Down the PC. However I then only have a time window of about 5 minutes for Wake Up to work. If I leave it any longer than 5 mins Wake Up will not work. Has anyone any suggestions for this problem ?

Hey guys, Almost at the end of my trial period and liking almost everything I see so far, with two nitpicks. One is the lack of file transfer, but I'm told that's "on the roadmap." The other is "unattended installation." To me "unattended" means someone just has to run an executable and it works. For example, I'm coming from Meraki Systems Manager. They produce an installer that is account specific, so I just need the person at the remote machine to download and run that file, hit next next next, and then the agent checks in with home base. just installed in Msft Lumia 550 and installed pulseway mgr into PC. Created the account, I see the PC in monitoring sys and the smrtp in monitored devices. I can receive notifications from PC to smrtp but not vice-versa. Something is missing in my configuration? How can I have notifications from smrtp to PC? Please help, if possible

Hi All, I'm trying to configure Pulseway on a virtual Server 2008 R2 box however when trying to set hardware alerts for things like HDD useage the field just appears blank. When I then go to try and setup a hardware monitor that list also appears blank. Obviously the server itself picks up the hardware or it wouldn't work. I know that it works in a virtual environment as I'm using it to monitor another virtualised server with no issues, including disk space. Has anyone else experienced this or got any fixes to try? Hi, I setup PC Monitor a while back and it's been running fine. However one thing that's been bugging me for a while is that I still keep getting alerts for something I turned off weeks ago. I set a monitor on Free memory, below 2%.... As these machines run SQL server, it quite often munches all available and I can live with that. so have turned that monitoring off. But despite reboots, restarts etc. I still get the alerts. Any ideas on how I can turn them off? Thanks Phil

Having problems getting WoL on my media server pc working. Before Windows 10 i was on windows 7 and all i had to do was turn on WoL Magic Packet and it works. Now, I enable it and cant get it to wake up. Plus, if I shut down remotely via the iOS app the PC shuts off and a couple seconds later powers itself back up. The PC stays off if I shutdown directly from the windows start menu. The only thing thats changed other than the OS is now im stuck with the generic drivers Windows 10 installs for my Intel LAN. I no longer have any drivers or configuration applications as they appear to have stopped releasing them for this adapter.

So following the directions it's pretty odd. Installed the Agent/Desktop Manager on a test server and this is what I'm getting... Cannot validate, though the service starts anyway (I though in the directions it said machines wont populate unless the service is started and the service won't start unless validation is complete. All I'm getting is a constant username/password error. Even after password resets. Current passwords on 2 different accounts allow me to login into everything else, Dashboard etc...Go figure... So yeah, no idea what the deal is here.... Regards, Joe W

Hello, I've been using Pulseway (PC Monitor) for years and love the app. I just went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I find Pulseway is not allowing me to remote start. Also, after a startup, it doesn't notify me that it's up and running. If I go into my app on my phone, it shows it's up and running. If I send a test notification from the PC, it notifies my phone. I have the power setting set for Turn on fast startup is OFF. I also tried the delayed start and that caused it to not start the service at all. Everything worked perfectly in Windows 7. Hi, I'm having trouble configuring alerts for Windows Server Backup. I have enabled and configured PowerShell User Impersonation, but when I try to 'Validate Requirements and Settings' in the Windows Server Backup section under Server Modules, it returns with error 'ExecuteChecks timed out after 15 seconds'. The system is Windows Server 2012 R2 datacentre edition configured as a workgroup machine (not on a domain). Thanks in advance! :-)

Hello, On my new computer I can only see the temperatures of the hard-disks. I cannot find anything in the configuration to activate the rest of the sensors. Am I overlooking something? Using the free 4 computer setup. Had a problem with one machine - Windows 7. Got it back up running and installed Pulseway but cannot see the machine in the Manage Systems section on the machine or any remote client such as Android. Uninstalled Pulseway Verified dot net to be correct and reinstalled Striped registry of all PC Monitor and Pulseway entries Installed Pulseway again but still will not show in any Managed Systems Any help - suggestions?

I recently upgraded my system from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro and the service for PW ("PC Monitor" to be specific) no longer starts on its own. I have a backup of starting the service manually if it is not running each time I log in or every morning if system is already logged in. Another issue with Windows 10 is the UAC for starting services which is another issue all together. Why is the service no longer able to start on its own. I can go into the services.msc and start it manually.

I was wondering if there was a way to monitor the Intel Raid Card of a server for when a RAID configuration is degraded or if a hard drive fails?

Hello everyone, I have over 15 servers with Intel motherboards. I noticed that the servers with a super-micro board seem to report more information under hardware. The only thing I get for Intel is the CPU temps. The super-micro board reports the motherboard model, Fan speeds, hard drive temperatures ect. one board that wont work is: Intel S1200BTL and one that does work is: Mainboard - Supermicro X9SCL/X9SCM

First of all, I'm pretty sure I signed up for the trial of the enterprise version so that I had access to the fullest of features as that is what I would want to sign up for, but I see several options within the interface about an enterprise server. Does this apply to me, or is it just a matter of having access to all of the extra features Pulseway enterprise. I've been monitoring a few test systems during my evaluation. How can I remove these systems from being monitored? If I uninstall the Manager app, I can't manage my other systems anymore. Or in other words, how do I stop monitoring a machine?

We are using an own pulseway enterprise system. 1st: I want to Deploy Agents on Multiple Windows systems, but when i follow the instructions in de topic of MSI with /qn config=UNC Then the configutration is not loading in de agent and i'm not getting any error. 2nd: When i put the configration file manually in the agent then the Enable Remote Desktop button isn't turned on anymore. So i need to install that manually. While in de configrution file it say <RemoteDesktop>true</RemoteDesktop>

Since upgrading to Windows 10 a local account that I did not create has been appearing on my laptop. I delete the account but it reappears after a couple of hours. Could this be a function of Pulseway monitoring?

Today i installed Pulseway on a new server, but noticed the checkbox/option for Remote Desktop was missing (on the System>General tab). I then logged onto a previous system Pulseway was installed on and noticed that the checkbox/option has dissapeared from that system too. Has the remote desktop option been moved, or is their a way to manually install it?

Hello. I'm just trying out the product, which looks quite good. I'm receiving alerts quite late. For example, I shutdown my laptop the other night and it took more than 30 minutes for the alert to arrive, which isn't much use. I'm still in the trial mode and I'm hoping that's why these alerts aren't arriving much sooner.

Is it possible to set a timeframe for when you don't accept alerts, for example, Not to receive alerts in the middle of the night? Is it possible to manually trigger a check of a monitored system? How often are monitored systems checked? Is it possible to change a monitored system's settings without having to log into the system, for example, is it possible to change the settings of a monitored system from the pulseway.com dashboard? Installed the 64 bit version on windows 2008R2 never been installed before and I got http://puu.sh/k3r0P/7e0486f299.png Error 1001. The specified service already exists I also got it on another system had to remove a bunch of stuff in regedit rebooted and reinstalled but getting this again on another system. Is this a known issue and is there a easy work around? EDIT: I found the answer should have searched sorry first post. You can delete this.
