Pulseway iOS 9.12 not able

If I select "I don't have an instance name", then the fields for username and password do not appear like in older iOS versions.

The only option is to 'Save' and that produces an Error: Invalid Username

It sounds like the newer iOS version changed the way the app handles connections when you select “I don’t have an instance name.” In older versions, the username and password fields would appear so you could manually enter credentials, but now they’re hidden, forcing a save attempt that fails with “Invalid Username.” This is likely a UI/flow change or bug in the latest version. A workaround is to create or select an actual instance name first, which should make the login fields appear, or check if the app has an update or beta version where this behavior is fixed.
