  1. I see that configuring policies / monitoring is done through the agent. What happens if you want to change the default workstation policy, how do you apply this to everyone? How can you upload files to pulseway? For example if I want to push out an installation currently I would push it up to our current RMM, and then push down to all machines and run script accordingly. Windows updates and third party patching - Kinda confused on how this works Are there any plans to change monitoring policies from the web interface instead of the agent? That's what I have so far. I'll post more as I go along.
  2. Hi, I have have some requests from management and staff using the dashboard at our company. Please could some of these be addressed or looked at? We would like to apply/replace the pulseway logo with our company logo, but we have no need for enterprise at this time (this may change in the future). Being able to drag an image to the dashboard installation folder as a simple start would be good, or "select an image" option in the settings - As a bonus, changing the colours of background and text would be fantastic. Custom sizing of text within the dashboard would help, as playing around with dpi within windows causes things to go onto two pages. (Changing clock size would be bonus cookies) Order by severity, I think I may have requested this before,(not yet addressed) this makes total sense to be able to order the list by what severity EG: critical first. Split groups on to separate pages, this is a nicety if you have multiple machines on multiple sites, this would allow better use of screen space especially on 65"+ TV's The coloured icons could use a flashing feature to catch your eye, EG: a critical alert would make it flash red and blue/black, this is instead of a steady amber or red. Had to edit this one in: Pulseway Manager needs to give us an option to mark an offline server as critical, a simply notification will not email our zendesk for example. Last but not least: can we get a changelog pop up when updates arrive, think this would be beneficial to show customers that there is continued development in progress. - I am aware that you run a blog for this kind of thing.   3. We get notifications of systems going off line and they generate a ticket in the Pulseway PSA ticketing system. But if that system comes back on-line and shows a normal status, it does not automatically complete or close the ticket out. Right now we have to manually go in to each ticket and close these tickets. Is there a way that the system can automatically close these tickets when their status changes to normal?
  4. I have been evaluating the product and I really like it however it does not integrate with my accounting software Xero. This would be a nice feature for a lot of people.

Hi Pulseway was setup by someone who has now left and I have installed the client upon multiple computers and servers which all appear within Pulseway manager / Manage systems and in the pulseway dashboard but none appear within the mobile app nor within the webapp. I have obviously missed something, but what? Answers on a postcard to the usual address...
  7. Hi Again, Could we have an option to order by severity in both the windows 10 app and the dashboard. We have the dashboard up on a big screen in our office, it would be good to see critical and elevated first, then everything else. (i know you can make it display only critical, but this is no good) In summary, we just need an order by option. Kind Regards, Tim

  9. Hi, It's my first time posting here, so hopefully I got the format correctly. When you have all your monitored system grouped, and you are able to do a mass windows update, It would be good to be able to run a terminal command on all the monitored systems at once. This would be extremely handy when doing mass rollouts or simply needing to run commands on all systems quickly. Thank you, Tim

  11. Hi within pulseway manager if I click on validate account it shows an error - there was no listening endpoint at... this was working fine until recently , any idea what may be causing this?
  12. Is it possible to retrieve the current notification via som API/OData/Webservice. And is it posible to to delete a noticifation this way Well, the mobile apps can do it, so I guess teh webservice exists - but is it public available? Altso it would be cool if the notification archive of Enterprise server were availabe as OData so it could be used in PowerBI. Br, Martin.
  13. If you have recently updated your Pulseway iOS app to the 4.8 and get the "Unknown connection error" message when opening the app you will need to update your server SSL certificate to SHA-2. Please refer to this post for instructions:
  14. If you are using an SHA-1 certificate for your Enterprise server, you will need to update it to SHA-2. You can use https://shaaaaaaaaaaaaa.com to check if your server is still using SHA-1 and for instructions on how to update to SHA-2.
