You can add a schedule for maintenance mode for the hours you know you are home. This way you will not receive any notification from the system until the maintenance mode ends.

What do you get if you try to browse to https://ws5.pulseway.com/Server.svc ?

I believe that this setting is controllable only if have an enterprise server.

Basically you are asking for a full report containing all data from all reports or for a way to select the contents of the report?

I had this problem too on a machine once but it was only for a few minutes, then everything worked well. Can you retry to see if the problem is still there? Also try to enable service diagnostics to see if the PC Monitor Service is experiencing the same connection errors. To enable Diagnostic Logging in the Manager -> Settings -> Diagnostics and then click on the Enable Diagnostic Logging. Wait until the service crashes then have a look in the logging file called trace.log inside PC Monitor's installation directory. If you find anything unusual please post here the log (after you remove any personal information).

PC Monitor is constantly updating their compatibility of supported sensors so remember to check every release to see if your GPU gets supported.

I think PC Monitor is protected from password mask revealers and the saved password in registry is encrypted so I don't think your account security is at risk. Also it would not be a bad idea to enable two step authentication on your account and to create a device access policy.

+1 for this. I would like to see this too in PC Monitor without having to add a performance counter.

The only possible way I can come up is by connecting with a remote desktop or a similar application to a windows instance with the dashboard app installed. Or maybe run a virtual machine inside that linux box with a minimalist windows xp just for the dashboard.

As far as I remember all offline notifications I receive come up as Critical Notifications.

You can add notes for monitored systems using all mobile clients however the duration of the maintenance mode is being reported anywhere.

On android you don't have app badges that indicated notification count. To clear the notification count make sure you acknowledge each notification (just open it) and the notification count will decrease.

You need to forward UDP 9 in your router: Refer to www.portforward.com

The problem was not the operating system but some monitored values did not exist in the registry and apparently the plugin didn't like that.

You need to forward your WoL port in your router so that the Wake command can reach your offline computer.

Sadly dell uses proprietary API to manage it's sensors and doesn't expose just like all other brands to the standard sensor library. I've seen similar issues with some proliant servers from HP too.

Hello Matthew, GroupPolicy settings are only applied at service runtime and are not reflected in the PC Monitor Manager on the target machine. This is also covered in the user manual: http://www.pulseway.com/manual

As far as I'm concerned I like to keep my notifications to a minimum and I only monitor a handful of event ids on my machines.
