As an MSP, i have a small office where i have a huge TV Screen, where i can display important information.
I am an Apple minded MSP, which means for Pulseway: running a VM with Windows to display the Windows Store app Dashboard. Having a mac mini running fullscreen RDP session to said VM, and transmit its display using Airplay to an Apple TV hooked up to the tv to display the dashboard. Not an ideal setup but alas! It works. 
At the moment, the Dashboard is static. There’s really no costumizing what so ever. I would very much like to have the ability to costumize the dashboard, preferably using CSS. That way, your userbase can setup Dashboards the way that benefits them, whitelabeling things as they need. 
 
At the moment, i am not very good in using photoshop but i managed to present some example of what i mean. I have modified the background with my company background, changed “Pulseway” to “ALLEAS” and included its logo. Idealy, i would round the corners and use different colors for the computer sections. The light grey area would be more in line with my company color, and the black area would be the color of the notification (if any) making it easier to spot problems from across the office :-)

Are there any people in Europe (or more precicely, in the Netherlands) that use the full PSA solution to manage their business??
Unfortunately, this is internal information and we can not disclose it.
After a rather disapointing start with Pulseway RMM, due to some recent licensing changes, (i am at the moment starting up as an MSP/MSSP,but the minimum for Pulseway is 25 licenses, meaning i throw away half the licenses atm) i am looking at PSA as an option, but there’s no Dutch translations, (or maybe i can change the language used in the invoices myself??) My reseller seems to think i could only use PSA at the moment for ticketing, project management and perhaps time tracking..
Unfortunately, the Pulseweay PSA currently is only in one language - English, however, we will consider the possibility to add the support for multiple languages into the future. If you will send us the proposed templates in Duch, then we will recreate them and upload on your Pulseway PSA instance (this might take 1...2 month).

I have most of this working, but I have run into a small issue that I am working with Arcserve on. Once we get this issue resolved, I hope to have our RMM monitor all of our Arcserve RPS and UDP servers. ☺

BUMP: To clarify a bit further.  When tracking of installing and uninstalling application is set it creates a load of alerts for what are, for the most part, expected upgrades of applications such as Browsers, PDF Readers, Flashplayer, Java for example.  I do not need an alert for those but I do need history in case there is an issue and I need to see what changed recently.  However, what I do need an alert for are not so common changes.  So this request is the ability to exclude certain applications from the alert but log only.

Hi,  To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows:
1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled.
2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent.
The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications.  The later I do want a notification.
Last year an international version of Adobe caused a black screen when logging into the desktop and because of the alert when the client called I was able to resolve the issue right away.  The goal would be to get notifications on applications not in the exclude list and the ability to see all application changes in case one does cause and issue.

Was this implemented? And if so where can I locate it?

One thing that I would really like to see is the ability to bulk edit Hardware Assets, it might be okay to edit a couple dozen manually but when you have hundreds, or thousands of them sat in your system, I doubt very much that anyone will have the patience to edit each of them individually.

I'd be very grateful if the team could schedule downtime and inform users in advance.  I just came into work to start on a backlog and PSA is down.  No notification of any kind.  Disappointing.  I've given up my Sunday and now I can't work.

We didn't raise the anchor and set sail in a completely different direction completely losing all hope in supporting ESET Remote Administrator 6 or the upcoming 7. It's just that the popularity of other features like Patch Management (OS / 3rd party), better remote desktop (possibly mobile or webapp support) and more features for the existing integrations are much more requested than the ESET Remote Administrator during our last 2 surveys. We do want to integrate with as many security products as we can as the endpoint security is a very important aspect for everyday monitoring and we are taking this integration very seriously.

how can we trust you on any promised feature? Nearly every question for a new feature in this forum is on your ever growing roadmap. Pulseway can be a great product and when we decided to buy the enterprise version nearly one year ago, I thought that the GUI is really great and clean and that it is easy to add new features, etc. But what did you do in the last year? Yes, you have added the scripting (which is very nice). You also added an Antivirus solution (at extra cost). The promised patch management is not available, the promised support for ESET v6 will never be available, many other promised features are on your roadmap since years but nothing happens. The only supported backup solutions are ShadowProtect and Windows Server Backup. What about the big players on the market like Veeam?
We didn't upgrade our customers to ESET v6 because of the lack of support from Pulseway yet. Now I know that it will never be supported. This means, that we will have to switch to Pulseway Antivirus or use another monitoring solutions. If you read my post carefully, you know the answer.

Since it's not even on the Roadmap I guess that answers my question. I will have to find a third party solution for desktop support of my Mac users.

Could do with a One Time schedule. At the moment, you HAVE to choose a regular slot. I want to be able to schedule a task to run at 4am, and thats it.. Right now, I need to schedule it as a monthly task, and just remember to delete the task the next day.
