Hello ,

Session Control allows you to view active sessions on Windows server machines and their associated files. No commands are currently implemented but I have in plan on adding a few like (Close sessions, List Shares, Delete Share).

Please take your time and read the 'readme.txt' file as it explains everything you need to know about installing, using the plugin.

My release is open-source bound by no license. That being said you can freely modify, distribute, claim as your work, sell and / or include in your copyrighted material as long as it doesn't breach Pulseway's license or terms and conditions.

You can monitor up to 3 computers for free and this is not on a time trial basis. When you sign up we also activate a 14 days server modules (Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, VMware and IIS) trial, once that expires you can still use the app. If you want to get a subscription, the subscriptions start from a minimum of 5 computers and the 3 free you had will be converted into full subscription computers.

Yes just go to PC Monitor Manager -> Notifications tab -> Status tab -> and check Send a notification when an application was installed.

Yes if go in PC Monitor Manager and select the Notification tab -> Status. The second to last entry is "Installed Software" Here you can select if you want a message if an application is installed or uninstalled.

35€ / year is a very good price even for a home user. After all you use a free mobile application on unlimited clients, web user interface, notifications, server modules all which pass trough Mobile PC Monitor's servers, I can't even think it's profitable to sell subscriptions so cheap with the prices these days. I am using it for personal and professional use and I consider the prices to be acceptable.

Also if your new here why not check out some cool plugins that are released here, they are free of charge and useful.

Due to the community requests (Thread Link) I created a plugin for Vembu's backup solution.

Vembu and StoreGrid are registered trademarks by Vembu Inc. and are not owned by me.

Main purpose of the plugin: Monitoring and Basic Actions over Store Grid Server.

Features:
View lists of resellers, customers, clients, backups, alarms and events.
View detailed informations for resellers, customers, clients, backups, alarms and events.
Configurable notifications for alarms and events by severity.

Supported Commands:
Activate / disable resellers, customers, clients and backups.
Delete resellers, customer and clients (Recursive delete for resellers and customers is configurable).
Disable web access for resellers, customers and clients. (Note. Because enable web access / update web access password requires a new password to be inputed these commands are not enabled until PC Monitor supports input boxes in the API).
Upgrade trial client to paid client.
Acknowledge and anotate alarms with a hardcoded text (The text will be configurable in the future versions).
Clear alarms (all or a single one) with a hardcoded text (The text will be configurable in the future versions).

Alarm commands got disabled since StoreGrid does expose the API calls for them but there is no functionality implemented at this moment.

No client version because of their limited API, if the will update their client API I will implement a plugin for the client too.

There is a chance that some data will be displayed as-received from StoreGrid API because of the lack of documentation. You can improve the display of data by providing me examples of all possible cases for that particular item. For example:

Backup Status:

- 1: Enabled
- 0: Disabled
- 2: Unknown

Just a thought. Maybe you could try to enable the debug log to see if there is any usefull information, thinking about maybe a monitoring prerequisite is not available for PCM at starting point, and it is waiting for it.

I just want to share that I am soon going to release my first plugin on Pulseway forum.

The plugin is all about PowerShell, that's why I have decided to call it "PowerOfTheShell"

This plugin is for all those of you that want to run PowerShell script while you are on the go and get the results immediately from with in Pulseway directly on your device.
I use Powershell and C# almost every day in my line of work, so it was just very clear to me that I just had to write a plugin, that I could use with this great software.


Main features are:
The menu of PowerOfTheShell including subpages with script commands is easy to configure through a simple layout found in a config XML file. Run any PowerShell script version 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and have the result(s) shown in Pulseway. Supports WINRM scripts, Execute remote commands on several machines/servers and have the results in one place. Last retrieved results including date and time, is always available while Pulseway is running. Select max results to be shown. Good if your script returns a lot of results and you want to control the amount visible. Information about script status Idle/running. Configure plugin impersonation settings from within Pulseway Manager. Support for Nested pages. Support for Pulseway API 3.0 Input Controls. Support for "partial" input control ( run scripts with or without all input values assigned ) Support for setting the log level in the plug-in configuration form. Hope this can be interesting to some. The possibilities is endless if you can script it

Thanks for dropping by. This plugin is obsolete since PC Monitor has integrated support for third party security products and windows firewall monitoring. Please use PC Monitor's security center features since it's better than mine.

The limit was 5, but reducing it to 3 I feel is perfectly acceptable. Having more than 3 machines at home is unusual for personal use, but then again - I guess we're gadget geeks eh?

I do however think that PC monitor is well worth every penny and I have been most impressed with it so far, and there is more on the roadmap to come which I am excited about. I'm sure over the coming years you won't regret a subscription.

With this API you can monitor any .NET app/service cloud instance, publish details, send commands and receive notifications.
The API requires an API Key, please email us with your username and we will generate a key for you.

After the installation of .net framework 4 you can install PC Monitor
msiexec /i PCMonitor_x64.msi

after that, you can start
c:\Program Files\PC Monitor>PCMonitorManager.exe
and configure it as you will and start the service.

I would like to present my first plugin for the community. It's main purpose is to allow IT Administrators to deploy a User Support client on their computer in order to receive notifications when someone requires technical support. Main features are:
Send notifications to all devices connected to the PC Monitor account with a text long as 4000 characters.
Organise support requests by departments and priority all dinamically loaded from a xml file.
Easy to deploy in Active Directory using Group Policy Objects.
Easy to configure through registry to support multiple connections on the same PC Monitor service.
Uses modern and secure tehnologies for communication (WCF).
Easy to customize all strings using xml files.
