Hi, I installed pulseway in my linux, configured everything and installed also in my iPhone / iPad. Everything works great except WOL, I'm using local network so I don't need to forward ports in my router, and with the same hardware I can WOL using another programs for iOS, but I want to use Pulseway for everything. It's strange, I don't get it, need your help. Thanks

Hi, I installed pulseway to my arch linux machine, the registration went fine. The machine is visible under "Account -> Manage Systems" and also "Sites" menu. However it is not visible under "Systems -> Systems" and also keeps sending me notification "There was an error retrieving the notification." I have tried to go through logs etc. however I cant find the problem. Can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem. I am unable to register a machine after installing the package on the newest version of ubuntu. I get the following error: Would you like to register or unregister the system? [1] Register System [2] Exit Enter selection: 1 Please enter a username: MAIN Please enter the password: Use custom server? [y|n] n An error encountered while processing the request. I have followed all your instructions on your sites but I still seem to be struggling with regards to getting this to install properly I follow the instructions on how to remove and install via manual upgrade I get the below message when I try and kill the process after removing via dkpg When I re-install it installs to /etc/pcmonitor but the only files in there are config.xml and config.xml.sample Is there something I am missing?

I have installed the latest Pulseway agent onto a newly installed Ubuntu server and after a couple of issues getting the server registered i was able to do so, this was due to it not having a config.xml file after intallation I renamed the config.xml.sample and added my details and this now shows in my dashboard. Now that the server is showing in the dashboard it keeps dropping on and offline. The server has a stable internet connection and a windows 10 machine on the same network is not having an issue with dropouts. Any ideas as to what could be causing the issue are welcome.

Hello there, I was in the process of configuring my Pulseway agent on a VPS running Ubuntu Server 20.04 and I ran in this interesting bug. Hey all, Recently installed Pulseway on various machines to get our monitoring up and running. Everything has worked out so far with the exception of Linux services. I saw some past posts about them not working at one point, but a follow up thread seemed to indicate they should be expected to work now. In order to upgrade to the latest version of Pulseway, I'm following the removal instructions for the old version as per this thread: http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/1079-linux-agent-manual-upgrade/ after running the command "dpkg --remove pcmonitor" It outputs "dpkg: warning: there's no installed package matching pcmonitor" Am I missing something? Its been ages since I've install this into my Ubuntu 12.04 server so I'm not sure how I actually installed it. There doesn't seem to be any entry relating to "pcmonitor" under synaptec either. I have set it up and it works. But it keeps going offline. The fact that it works temporarily indicates its not an issue with my router settings. I do have a proxy set up on Unraid but that is through a docker container which only applies to certain programs. I have tried disabling it and is still has the same issue. No VPN set up. I have installed Pulseway on my unraid server and it has ben working great. I can monitor everything and shutdown/restart the machine. However, wake on lan is not working at all. I have enabled it in the BIOS and in the OS. I can wake the machine using my router, but not with the Pulseway app. In the config.xml file I have WoWAN set to true and the port to 9 (also tried 50000) and it still doesn't work. Is there something I am missing? P.S. I also have a Windows machine that has WOW working perfectly. Thank you for your help.

I've been noticing some issues with pcmonitor either failing to start or crashing on my router. Linux i686 2.6.32-5-untangle-686 I'm not sure exactly what is causing this, all the windows clients are great. For some reason the process will either just die or sometimes it won't start with the computer. Untangle NG is a firewall distro that is based on debian.

When I try to run the upgrade I get??? rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.6-1 is needed by pulseway-4.5.4-2.x86_64 Can anyone point me to 4.4.6-1 download or point me in the right direction? Thanks!

It was in the previous version and it is something quite useful to me, if it is still there can you give me the command to re add it into my config file please?

Hi, We are running a Linux based VCenter appliance. Do we need to install a Linux version of the agent on this appliance for it to show up as a separate entity under the server groups. Currently we have to access the VCenter from a server module from a different server. Many thanks.

Hello all, Running Ubuntu Server 18.04. Installed Pulseway service, went through the pulseway-registration, and it completed fine. Started the Pulseway service. Server will not appear in my Pulseway account. I saw a thread stickied that this is currently broken. Is there any manual work around that anyone knows of to get this Ubuntu machine reporting in my Pulseway account? Thank you so much for your time.
