Hello everyone i have little problem when i want to use patch management. I have my app msi file, but when it install on device files goes to ( to be honest idk why. Probably pulseway services runs under system so it tries to install itself ) C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Programs\MyTestApp I want to change the installation directory or try hacky way to install my msi under Program files. Any suggestion? I'm new at pulseway i would like to hear best way to install msi. Also idk how install arguments works. How should I leave the arguments? .

I have about 20 clients who remote in using Pulseway Remote Control. I have three computers I use to remote in to my clients. So far , 4 computers can no longer remote in. I've followed every guide I can find. I have remove and reinstalled the Remote Control software. I have disabled firewalls and switched WiFi providers. Windows 10 and 11 are the same. I have ensured TLS 1.2 is active. I have made the appropriate registry entries. And now I'm at risk of losing my business. I'm in serious trouble, and I have tried everything I can think of. Please let there be someone out there who found the solution or can guide me in the right direction.

Is there any easy way to see which agents haven't communicated in 60 days? Need to clean up some computers that got replaced, etc. I didn't know if there was a report that could be generated or if there was already that functionality built into the web app. What is the best procedure to free up agent licenses and remove non-communicating agents?

See the attached screenshot. I have set up Executive Summaries for a few of our clients and most of them are coming through without issue when testing, however a couple of them are coming through as "Failed to retrieve the data". The reports template has been duplicated for each client, the only thing that is different is the Scope that was selected. Has anyone come across this before and found a solution for this? It would be good to know exactly what data it is failing to retrieve.

Regarding Patching 3rd Party Application: 1st, can a rule be applied a single server in a group of other servers? Example, I have 20 servers in a group and only 1 has a specific application installed, I'd like to choose "Install and keep up to date", but that option will Install and keep up to date the application on all 20, so can a rule be applied to only one of many? 2nd, when rules for 3rd Party Applications are applied, how is the patching schedule determined, I start my patching manually, so my question is, if I have an election for "VMware Tools" to install and keep up to date, does that happen automatically or only when I start the update? Hej, I have installed the pulseway agent in my Raspberry Pi rel 4. However I can only sent commands via terminal and I want to see the remote screen connected with GUI. How can I achieve that. I could only find information on how to setup the agent but nothing about a remote desktop connection to a raspberry pi.

Anyone out there figured out any work arounds for running Pulseway on FIPS enabled devices? I can get Pulseway to start/connect/function if I modify a couple Pulseway config files by adding a line to disable FIPS enforcement, but after 24 hours or so the changes to the Pulseway config files are removed. It seems like the Pusleway app has ran some type of internal update and set the config files back to default. Open for any ideas/suggestions. Thanks.

In NinjaRMM, you can set up your end users with a login to the portal and they then have the ability to click on an icon that launches Team Viewer and will remote them into any of the PCs that they have added to their list. Is there a way to do the same thing in Pulseway?

HI Everyone, On Saturday the 16th of September we will be upgrading servers that are used by our RD service globally. During this period, live RD sessions may disconnect. If this happens, you should be able to reconnect immediately as the traffic will be diverted to alternative servers. I'm coming from Kaseya - used to be able to just export everything you had in the system or even just run a simple report. Why is this so hard in Pulseway? All i want is an export of my desktops + all of their info in a spreadsheet. If that's impossible - Computer Name + CPU + RAM Installed. Please help.

I can add endpoints, but if I try to reduce the number I get an error: You are currently using x endpoints, you need to remove an endpoint before you can decrease the order quantity I am over licenced by 2 endpoints, so would like this changed to reduce my bill. I emailed my rep as I wanted to do this last month but did not hear back.

I'm able to login to Pulseway Remote Control. However, it shows some devices offline that aren't actually offline. For the ones that are still showing online, I'm unable to connect to them. When attempting to connect, it shows "starting remote control" but it never actually connects. I also occasionally get the warning that it is busy or no endpoint found at this address.

Our Pulseway instance has been incredibly slow to load, through Remote Control client and the Web UI. Actions take several seconds, sometimes up to a minute to perform. It has been happening intermittently over the past couple of weeks, but today is especially noticeable. Is anybody else experiencing this? I've tried two different ISPs and experiencing the same issue on both.

I have 3 Windows 2022 serveres where Pulseway reports Offline, but they are running. If I use "Validate Registration" i get "This System is registred." Reboot of Service do not change anything. The last time I had to reboot server, but one server is a SQL server and the other 2 is Echonomics and used to control produktion...

I need to pull a report for all assets that include system name and activity. Is this at all possible?
