  1. Hi, we seem to randomly lose the ability to remote onto machines. This is both from the desktop and web client of PW. Where should i be lookong to get a log a troubleshoot this issue? I get a failed to Establish the session."

  2. Hey, PW does not work while it asks for renewal of the subscription, the subscription is auto renewal and auto pay - I got an invoice indicting it is payed. I had difficulties opening a ticket, I got it going via email - I still do not have a ticket number and I can not find where I can manage this ticket - please help. It is two weeks now with PW down !

  3. I know how to rename the agent name (not computer name) from the computer itself, but how do I do it without physically accessing that machine (using web app)? Thanks.

    Hi Everyone Update on Pulseway PSA. We experienced an outage yesterday that impacted our PSA customers, our dev team has investigated the issue and it was due to the infrastructure failure. There was a problem with the AWS host running our instance, and we have had to restore from and AMI backup. We now have fixed the issue and we are fully back up and running. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused and if anyone needs anything else please let me know. Stefan

    I started 3pp on a server, I get an error message "Error during patching process 3PP patching failed: Log file 'C:\Program Files\Pulseway\Patch\scan_results\scan_YJ4VO4.json' not found." I don't have this folder on the server what could be the problem

  12. I've been asked if it's possible to enable the option for receiving other Microsoft products in Windows Update. I looked at Pulseway's OS patch configuration and don't see an option for this. If I were to enable this option via registry/GPO, when Pulseway does OS updates would it also fetch the updates that this registry key/GPO would enable, or does it ignore those updates entirely?

    Setup resending notifications until cleared. Like resend notification for storage usage every 10 min for example until its within limits. Or when something is down, resend the notification. We do this with other tools in Pushover. It will keep sending alerts that go trough the silent settings of your device. So you know when there is a serious issue you need to look at it. Since one gets many notifications in a day things can be missed. Full disks or stopped servers/services. Should be to set repeated messages for example.

  15. Hi there, we have few settings applied to our machines through policies but notifications for services in stopped state never arrive. We checked the settings and the policy is apparently correctly applied to machines; the settings are: Monitored services are defined at agent level and we see them through Pulseway section accordingly. What we are missing are the notifications in case of more then 5 mins those services are stopped. What are we missing? Thanks for help.

    Hey guys Hope some one can help - About 5 weeks ago my push notifications for when my PCs starts up stopped working - I get them for when they shut down - I have tried the usual un-installing the software, re-registering, validating - I find it strange that both the computers stopped at the same time with the notifications for start up I have sent a few sent emails to support but not getting any replies back for some reason - I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I may be overlooking something

  17. I am looking to use a probe to install the pulse way manager on a device. The device is found on the network by the probe, however the Remote Computer Administrator Credentials will not allow me to leave anything blank. The device i am looking to install the manager on does not have a password set for the administrator account. I can enter the account name, however it will not let me submit the deployment while the password field is empty. Is there something I should enter into the password field that will still work even though the target device does not have a password?

    Hello, I need to delete a customer, they have 300+ devices and when i tried to delete the organization under Configuration > Organizations > and the customer it says its not empty, i cant delete them one by one, it will take to much time. is there a better way?

    Hello everyone i have little problem when i want to use patch management. I have my app msi file, but when it install on device files goes to ( to be honest idk why. Probably pulseway services runs under system so it tries to install itself ) C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Programs\MyTestApp I want to change the installation directory or try hacky way to install my msi under Program files. Any suggestion? I'm new at pulseway i would like to hear best way to install msi. Also idk how install arguments works. How should I leave the arguments? .

  25. I have about 20 clients who remote in using Pulseway Remote Control. I have three computers I use to remote in to my clients. So far , 4 computers can no longer remote in. I've followed every guide I can find. I have remove and reinstalled the Remote Control software. I have disabled firewalls and switched WiFi providers. Windows 10 and 11 are the same. I have ensured TLS 1.2 is active. I have made the appropriate registry entries. And now I'm at risk of losing my business. I'm in serious trouble, and I have tried everything I can think of. Please let there be someone out there who found the solution or can guide me in the right direction.
