Does anyone know if there are load limits to generating workflows. We are triggering scheduled workflows every 30 minutes, for all ~80 servers. (Yes I know that is fairly small numbers compared to most of you). Has anyone had issues with workflows hitting a performance/load limit. We may want to increase the frequency of the workflow, and definitely increase the server count. Each workflow is fairly simple, updates custom fields, tags, and runs simple powershell scripts. Hi, I've setup the SQL Server server module, using a specific user login (who I know has permissions, as tested and used when checking the query later). I've then setup a notification using it, based on a query. However when that runs I get told that "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" can't access the database. This doesn't surprise me, but I don't understand why it's trying to connect as that, and not the user I set up. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi I'm using Pulseway since it was called PC-Monitor. It is always working very well. Last week my daughter got a new Notebook, I installed Pulseway, but it will not be shown at my "Monitored Systems" I use the same settings as on the other 2 Computers! What is wrong? regards R. Mueller

Hi, I had a look at my Pulseway monitor this morning and found a security event log warning saying 'Cryptographic Operation'. It says the provider is a Microsoft Software Key Storage Provider with an unknown algorithm. There are around 4/5 of the errors at this minute. Could this be something I did on my computer or would it be somewhere outside of my computer? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hi there, This might be a bit of a long shot - but I have an end client who's interested in deploying custom Teams issues with Pulseway (as there aren't many users in-office for obvious reasons). I've attempted to deploy this by pushing a batch script, to copy the backgrounds from a shared location. The backgrounds folder in question is located in the user's roaming appdata (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads). For this reason I wasn't able to use %username% correctly in my batch script, as the script is being run by some Pulseway service, rather than as the local user account. Hej, I have installed the pulseway agent in my Raspberry Pi rel 4. However I can only sent commands via terminal and I want to see the remote screen connected with GUI. How can I achieve that. I could only find information on how to setup the agent but nothing about a remote desktop connection to a raspberry pi.

Good night all, I want to sign up for the trial of pulseway, but i am not seeing my country in the drop down for country listing. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, which is in the caribbean. Is there anyway around this ? if i choose another country from the list, will there be a billing issue when i try to use my CC to pay for the service ?

Dear Pulseway Support, In the Windows policy we have enabled a couple of events (e.g. To detect if someone has unlocked Windows - EventID 4801). However, now we would like to forward it through Pulseway, but it doesn't seem to be triggered at all while they are being displayed in the Security Windows log... The following has been configured in Pulseway (Event Log Filter): Event Log: Security Level: Information, Audit Success Event IDs: 4801 Notification Priority: Critical And on top of that, would it be possible to forward this notification via an email? i have bios setting on and port forwarded udp 9 to the address and have ethernet setting to wake from lan on but still cant wake pc. i even tried wake me on lan program so im not sure what ive missed to get this to work.

a simple question. to manage our systems we use group policies for notifying us about general things (high cpu, windows update etc etc.) Does Pulseway prioritize the agent group policy or the settings made on the local agent of the system? for example: we have a customer with a couple systems with high CPU usage, we dont want to receive an notification for this, so i disabled it in the group policy but i still get a warning that computer X uses more then an X amount of cpu for a certain duration, i checked the agent settings localy and i see that it was still checked there that when the system has high cpu usage to send us a notification.

Hi, Years ago when I first setup Pulseway there was an issue highlighted on the forums with servers and hard disk monitoring. It was advised at the time that you should disable this feature otherwise the HDD will get hammered with requests. I cant remember the actual reason in the forum post, but wondered if there we still known issues with having this enabled on production servers?

Is it possible to exclude all the redirected printers that show up in a terminal server when looking at the printers? This can create a huge list of printers that one must look at.

After we stop Pulseway service either via Services-Stop or with PowerShell, a minute a two later the service starts running again. Why does it start again and how can we avoid that?

I have 1 Debian computer for which Wake Up works. I have 1 Windows computer for which Wake Up works. Now I have build one new Windows computer on which Wake up Command Failed, while sending a magic package in a differtent way the computer wakes up. I have pulseway set to send me a notification for critical updates. Normally windows defender definition updates would not fall under this. Over the past couple days I have started to get notifications for when these are released, which is many times a day. Is this a bug that these are now considered critical? If not a bug and is something new and intentional is there any way to exclude these?

I can add endpoints, but if I try to reduce the number I get an error: You are currently using x endpoints, you need to remove an endpoint before you can decrease the order quantity I am over licenced by 2 endpoints, so would like this changed to reduce my bill. I emailed my rep as I wanted to do this last month but did not hear back.

I am a new Pulseway user and looking to change the number of notifications that I am receiving. Where do I go to change the notification levels? Example .... I am getting Normal Priority alerts and do not need them to come throgh. Thank you

Is there a way to be alerted to GPU hardware changes? We have had a few clients who have Nvidia 3080s and other high end cards stolen and replaced with onboard video or lower end cards. We would like to be notified for these hardware changes via an alert. I know Pulseway is able to set up custom alerts, I just don't know what we need to do to make this happen. From what I read on Google, Windows tracks this in the System log?
