Hey and well ive read about quite alot and I am still clueless on how to set all this up The plan was to monitor my debian server from my main pc and in time my phone (but main pc to start) How do I even start all this? Ive installed it on my server (I think) But now. I can find no readme's or tuts anywhere. is there a read me for a noob like meanywhere to understand this abit better? Cheers Mike

I'm a user of PC Monitor and I had two accounts that were able to login the software. But I didn't used the software for a while. Today I tried to setup my new computer and it said Invaild user name and/or email address. The two username combinations are easy113/easy113@gmail.com and easy1013/easy113@me.com . I'd like to figure out how to send a notification when my VPN manager software disconnects. Is there anyway to set up a notification like this, for a program state change?

At first everything was just brilliant.. it worked very good but since i shut down my computer and afterwards started my application on my sg2 showed me that the computer is in offline mode ( although it run ?) i pressed to long on the field of my computer ( sg2 ) a new screen opened that read... Remove pc.... and I just klicked on remove.. than i created a new account but now it reads : No monitored computer. HOW can i solve this . your APP is AWESOMMEEE

Is it possible to set pc monitor to ignore certain updates or types of updates like 'recommended'? Reason being pretty much all machines that I do updates on list things like Bing, windows live etc and I have to uncheck them every time so they don't get installed. Thanks

First let me thank you guys for such a great product.. Just getting into now but I see great potential.! - Maybe something I am overlooking but I am not able to "wake up all computers" in a group from the website.. I am able to wake each individual computer in this group from the internal network, outside wan network perfectly, and iPhone app., Which rocks.! I am just not able to select the group from website and wake the whole group. Thanks again.!

I am new but so far very excited about the product I have read the online documentation a couple of times but cannot figure out what maintenance mode or service is supposed to do.

How do you view the users screen and camera if applicable? I have it enabled on the settings, but I can't find it anywhere on my iPhone 4S to view it. Thanks!

I really like PC Monitor, but I basically need it for one function: kill a process when it is creating havoc on my server. On the first server I set up PC Monitor it works perfectly fine. I go to the list of processes, I click on one, and it allows me to kill it. However, on the two subsequent servers I set up, I cannot click on the process; it won't bring up a popup menu. I have gone back and forth through all the settings. I have even exported the settings of the 'working' system to the two other systems, to no avail. I cannot figure out for the life of me what the difference is in setup between the first server and the other two, why one allows me to kill proc…

I am the Director of a medical company with about 50-55 end users and 10 servers (some virtual, some physical). Do I need to install PC Monitor on EVERYBODY's machine and SERVERS? Or Do you have a Server based software that I can install and will go out into the network and grab data? (If that makes sense) Ultimately, I would like to be able to pull up my iPad or iPhone and view everybody's machines and servers! Monitor the Domain Controller, Exchange, SQL, etc... Thanks!

Greetings, This question may be more appropriate in another place but I am sure someone here can answer my question. In additon to using this wonderful software to monitor my home computers I occasionally use it to stop a program from running by killing the process. I would love the ability to start a program remotely as well. I have messed with the Terminal command prompt option today and have sucessfully started the program I wanted remotely however it ran as "System" instead of "MyUserName" so it didn't really accomplish what I wanted. I have tried every combination of runas: type prompt I could locate via google with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to structur…

I have 3 computers listed on my account; but get the message 'your account is over quota'.  If I delete the message; it comes back shortly.  One of the three computers didn't seem to be reporting properly (it shows down); but the computer is in fact up and the PC Monitor service is running.  I revalidated my account successfully on the computer as well as on my iPad2 (ios5) and my iPhone4s (ios5).  I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the client on that computer; but still there is no change.  I continue to have and see 3 computers on my account; but one doesn't report right and I continue to get the over-quota message.

Hi All New here, just discovered PC Monitor after years of messing around using several different monitoring solutions to look after 25-30 servers. So far I'm dead impressed with this software and it's associated applications I have a couple of questions 1. When using the desktop monitor application the only way I can get the servers to return to green after a notification is to delete the notification, does the software store a history or log of all the error messages on a particular server, or can I get the server to return to green as soon as the message is read without deleting, this also applies in the Android app. 2.
