Hi! I'am wondering why i have to configure monitoring of a ESX host via a Windows machine, Seems not lika a good solution because if the Windows machine goes down PC monitor cannot monitor the ESX host and also im stuck with just that machine monitors my hosts. Is there another way to solve this?

I was wondering does Pulseway have Remote Desktop ability? I have this program installed on 5 machines, and need to sometime connect [similar to LogMeIn] Thanks

After starting the pulseway service. It drops out after aprox 20 seconds. I can restart the service but with the same result! Any Help?

I have a few questions about self hosting and also supported processors. 1. When I self host, what's the minimum number of licenses I can license? E.G. 5 licenses. 5 x $1.14/month x 12 months = $68.40 / year, possible? 2. What happens to your self hosted licenses after 1 year if you don't renew? E.G. Hi all, I send Pulseway email alerts to a email alert aggregate (PushBullet) and I was wondering if there is any way of getting rid of the promotional stuff at the bottom of the email? We primarily use the email notifications. I'd like to get rid of everything under the: "*Did you know" Let me know?

Hi Folks, Does anyone know how to obtain a valid subscription in order to use the Pulseway Dashboard? I have version 4.6.2 installed but I get a scrolling message along the bottom of the screen saying that it needs a valid subscription. Thanks in advance. JPC

Hi all, Have to say, Pulseway is a fantastic product and it exactly the type of tool we need to monitor the health of PCs based nationally. I do have one small issue though. If a PC is on and a user logged in, I'm able to connect remotely. If a login is required, the remote session stalls then fails. Is this fixable in the client configuration?

Hi, Not sure if I am raising this question on the right forum so please let me know if I'm in the wrong place. Basically we host systems and application for a number of clients but we would like to allow some of the 3rd party administrators to see the status of their hosted server, either via the web app, mobile app, or email. However at the moment it seems to be a fairly all or nothing thing. Is there any way the I can provide a client with a sub-account or something that would then receive/see information on a limited number of servers and not be able to reboot them, etc? Hello, I love this app and monitoring software. I am just confused about the "reports" section of the app. I would like to utilize this feature or at the very least understand how it works. I have been all over this forum and have not found much if any info on this. Can someone tell what reports are possible and how to set them up?

Been using pulseway for a a few years now and I like but But im trying to stream line a feature as my staff has grown ect We use repairshopr to manage tickets and work flow and they have a very nice leads system. Basically email comes into leads yours notified you convert it to a ticket ect. I am trying to find away to get ONLY the request support notification to email so that this will generate a lead. But i do not want disable all other notifications to do this. Any recommendations?

I have been using Pulseway for a long time on my servers and VMs. I am implementing a Mobile Workforce using Windows 8 Tablets for my Technicians and I'd like to track them using Pulseway. The tablets are Wifi only, so when they are truly offline because they aren't connected to a wireless network, then the offline indication would be correct; however, when the screen falls asleep the device apparently puts the Wireless Adapter into a low-power state that closes the connection to the Pulseway servers, and they are shown as offline. I've installed Pulseway onto 3 machines of mine. 1 Windows machine, 2 Linux machines. I'm able to start a remote session to the Windows machine, but cannot to either of the Linux machines. Is there something in the config.xml file that I missed? Thanks!

In the Android app, when I go to "Screens" - "View available screens". After it quickly goes through the "loading screens" it pops up with just 1 screen as "Active" even though the computer has dual screens and both are being used. The second screen is set with the extend my display option in Windows 8.1 Pro and on the computer it is working fine as an extended desktop. How do I get it so I can get screen images of the second screen through the app? Do I have to change something in the Pulseway Manager app? We are using PW to monitor our customers desktop and server parks. In our SLA we offer a clean-up of the system : "Delete Temporary Internet Files, Coockies, etc..." Is there a way to script this in PW?

I have an agent that shows offline. The server is connected to the internet and I have other servers on the same network showing up in Pulseway. When I try to Validate the account i get: There was no endpoint listening at (my server URL) that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. Hello , trying to get my pulseway to send notification correctly from my dell system administrator. Dell writes correctly to the system event log.. But I can't seem to get the notifications to forward. I Want ANYTHING from the Server Administrator to be sent, as a test, then I'll cut back to warning or error. Do you see anything wrong? with the setup? I am NOT getting messages

Hello, I just installed pulseway. I love everything about it! I was just wondering if there is anyway to keylog with it? And of course view the logged keys via my phone, I haven't been able to find this in the program so I was wondering if its even available? Also , I see it has a webcam snap shot, is there a live webcam option as well? Thanks
