Server software installation and configuration

  1. Hello to all, I have actually contacted the support several times in order to have a migration procedure of our pulseway server. Unfortunately I have no feedback since... So I come to ask you. To be a little clearer on our need and our situation I will make you a small report of the current situation. So we currently have a machine on AWS that runs with our pulseway server on it, the database is on the same machine. Our requirement is as follows: We want to migrate the server to another AWS machine but we want the SQL database to be stored elsewhere on an AWS service to have a notion of DRP.

  3. Our SSL certificate recently expired and I had our certificates renewed. I imported the certificates into IIS and verified they were imported both in IIS and in the Windows Server 08 certificate manager. However, I browse to our pcmonitor web portal, there is no site running. Also, while trying to connect using the PCmonitor manager and clicking the "validate account" button, the following error message appears: Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

i extend my enterprise servers capabilities by own applications and i use the pc monitor logon (username/passwort) to authenticate. i had to notice that my notification router (the app) cannot be used anymore since the passwords are salted before stored into the database. has the salting started with an update of the enterprise server? i didn't install/change something. i need to know the salting algorithm to make that working again, i have to be able to calculate the salted-hash outside the enterprise server in my own application.

Hi, Hopefully a very easy answer to this one. Just getting started on Pulseway and loving it so far. However, when I try to access StorageCraft ShadowProtect on my mobile app, it comes up with an error :- Agent Version: 0 Value cannot be null Parameter name: type Any hints on how to resolve this one? PC Monitor Enterprise Server supports unlimited accounts allowing you to split the areas of responsibility within your team by allowing multiple monitoring accounts and the ability to "share" the monitored computers and notifications between the team members. To enable this feature start PC Monitor app on the monitored computer and press the "Change Account Details" from the Accounts tab. From the "Associated Accounts" tab you can share any computers with other accounts as read only or full access with or without notifications. You can add multiple entries for the same account sharing a subset of computers as read only and another subset with full access.

Starting this morning we received the following error: Web Service Error The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. Nothing is currently able to connect to the Pulseway server. It is hard to diagnose as I'm not able to find any log files for Pulseway anywhere to help narrow down what may be causing this. Any ideas on what may be going or where I can find some log files?

Trying to get my browser to login on this port, i get an error (HTTP Request Error Status Code: 0) when i have to enter user and pass, it is working locally, but not externally. We have in our own business office 10 servers. In total with our customers we have about 50 servers. We would like to install the Enterprise server in our own business office. But what if the Enterprise server is offline? (server down or line down). We can host the server in another datacentre but it could always go offline for what reason it is.
