Requesting support for libvirt integration on linux for checking status of libvirt managed vms, with ability to start, stop, restart etc. Libvirt supports most of the popular linux hypervisors including the very popular xen and kvm/qemu https://libvirt.org/drivers.html

Any way to have mapped drives listed (add/edit/remove)? Net use from the terminal doesn't work.

Hi there! I often find myself running scripts on our machines in a way that demands follow up/verification, so I thought it would be a good thing to be able to add scripts to a queue in Pulseway to have them run at a later point in time when a system becomes available online. Currently I tend to keep a document with all the machines listed, so I can mark them one by one in order to know which ones are done, and which ones remain. This is kinda tedious because our machines (especially laptops) tend to be offline for longer periods of time, and I have to follow up on a daily basis until the script ran successfully on all of them. I know about autom…

I would like to see IPv6 address information for each system alongside their IPv4 information. IPv6 is the future of the Internet. Many end users are now only receiving IPv6 allocations, as the IPv4 address space is running out. pulsewayd already uses IPv6 for some of its connections. All of these reasons point to the importance of IPv6 support.

We use the Pulseway Dashboard to monitor notifications with the option 'Show only systems with elevated or critical alerts' enabled. This works really well for picking up almost every notification except for 'Send a notification when the public IP has changed' which turns out to be a really useful notification for when an internet services has failed over or failed back. Currently I'm unable to set a notification priority on Windows Pulseway Manager 8.0 or Pulseway for ARM 5.1.2 It seems unusual that this is the only notification in the Notifications tab that you're unable to set a Priority for, is this currently being worked on?

Hi there! I think the workflows introduced in Pulseway 8.0 are powerful but not necessarily intuitive and easy to use.. My main concern is that you are only able to have one instance of a certain trigger enabled at once. For example "Service Stopped". I get the idea that you want to collect everything in one schematic, but it becomes problematic because you can't create branches directly under the trigger. Instead you have to add something like a condition first, and then create branches depending on the outcome, and then add multiple scenarios depending on what needs to be accomplished. In my case, I'd like to create a workflow where Service X is…

Although the current SNMP functionality is good, some devices don't provide any useful information to SNMP read requests. Many devices send a lot of useful information as SNMP traps and often clearly define the alert level when a trap is sent. Additionally, relying on read requests means that MIBs have to be used to configure each device which is time consuming and if an OID is missed, an important alert can be missed. It would be great to see Pulseway agents able to receive SNMP traps with the ability to then filter as required for notifications.

After coming from another competitor, one of the major things we are missing is a site wide software list with the ability to list systems with software and remove it from multiple systems. Ideally, initially it would show all software, but would allow you to filter software by name. At that point you would be able to click in and see installed systems with installed version.

It would be nice to be able to add negative keywords to scopes (i.e. Does not have tag). We currently use a script to automatically update the system name to include the username, but there are some systems that we want to keep a static name so they are easier to identify. Currently we have to separate these into their own groups in order to keep them statically named.

Treating user groups more like AD user groups would allow more granularity of access and less duplication of security roles.

As part of our contracts, we often support users on their mobile phones\tablets. We have worked with a few remote solutions that offered support of these devices. Ideally we would have screen control, but even screen viewing would be useful.

When users submit a ticket, it would be useful to be able to take action based of that ticket item. This would allow simple scripts to be run based on user request input if it matches criteria.

Hi I have a feature request - the ability to save [selectable] alerts. Specifically, I would like to save alerts that warn of a removable disk being inserted or ejected, but the ability to choose which alerts you want to save would be good. Thanks!

Instead of MB for ram usage there could be a setting in the Pulseway app to show GB instead of MB. When you have so much ram it’s a little tricky to try to convert MB to GB. https://imgur.com/a/nTrBkAG

The ability to just pull your phone out and run a Ansible playbook would be amazing. Maybe even get run status or just the output of whatever playbook was run. This would add a crazy amount of flexibility to Pulseway.

Perhaps I'm missing the feature or the request, but can we have Pulseway tell us how long a system has been offline? At some point it stops counting the days and it just says "offline". Would be great for culling systems that get missed in the turnover.

We use Puleway Webapp (RMM) and PSA. I have to setup to different logins (PSA is on SAML) for access. Is there any plans to allow us to link and integrate these two logins?

Not that I am opposed to blue, but it would be nice feature to change the theme colors on the webapp. This may also help those that need a more high contrast display as well.

I like automation and workflows but it has one big drawback. It can only run PW scrips or linux bash scripts. we cannot fire off any pulseway RMM internal functions. for example. Lets say when a computer checks in i want to launch a 3rd party Patch Management policy. Right now i can only do this on a timer or manually or set the policy for if missed, i can not make this part of a workflow. another thing i can't seem to do is have a workflow repeat. For example. i have a workflow that says when a computer registers it checkes and installs updates. Oviously for windows this needs to be done more than 1 time. I cannot find a way to have it check and then reche…

Currently the interface allows us to run a script which is great, but it would be more useful to have an interactive interface that allowed us to operate as if we were on the system.

Some competitors (datto) offer the ability for users to access scripts/software installs directly from their tray icon. This feature would greatly decrease overhead for things like software installs and common tasks.

TL;DR: Align timezones across reporting and web interface. Request: When raised during our trial to engineering, the feedback is that browser displays local time, and reports are generated using UTC. The misalignment is visible in my example shown where a report shows a system was back online at 05:32:07, but it actually and factually came back online at 06:32:07. Suggest either including "UTC" in the report, or allowing time zones to be configured globally or per site. Also noticed, that the "Generated at 04 Sep 2020 01:20" footer on the report is 6 hours behind GMT (report generated 07:20am GMT), so this could also do with being aligned acco…
