an option in the dashboard for Teamviewer and VNC would be nice, just like the RDP connection now but two more options. vnc option could simple launch you vnc application (RealVNC, UltraVNC, TightVNC, etc...) with the IP field filled in. TeamViewer option would need to have some integration with your teamviewer account so it knows that system is accessible. same for Android would be nice as well...

Could you add information about hardware BIOS versions and dates for each computer. Therefore we can also monitor any updates required for all hardware

I've found that my PC Monitor configuration changes tend to be retroactive. When something goes wrong with a machine, I think, "Sure wish I had a Notification set up for that." And that's when I do it. Currently, PC Monitor gives us a tool but it's up to us to make it useful. So we all have to reinvent the wheel. For example, in the Windows world, we all want to know when System/EventLog/6008 occurs (unexpected shutdown) but we might not think of creating a Notification until it happens. I have a lot of file servers. In the rare case that I would need to reboot one remotely, it would be great if I could view what files are open and by who (through computer management/shared folders/open files) that way, I could do it all from my phone.

Typically, in a Remote Desktop hosting environment, we want to keep the per-user memory footprint as small as possible. 8 MB doesn't seem like much on a typical desktop or server, but on an RDSH, every byte counts, because RDSH capacity is generally determined by RAM. My understanding from another thread, here, is that PCMONTASK was added for the screen view feature, and that's all it's used for. Even at 8MB, this one task increases the memory footprint of an RDPINIT session here by about 50%, and is far larger than any of the other per-user "overhead" tasks we run here. I discoverd this app when browsing my ipod and loved it from the moment it booted up! however, I am not using this as a server monitor app. I use this to monitor temps, and processor/ RAM Spikes along with various other uses while Gaming. The First thing that would be nice is the ability to monitor your graphics card (Card's) temp, GDDR and GPU utilization, and fan. The second would be, I noticed that in hardware details, it gives me three mainboard temps. however they have no discription of what componnent is being monitord therefor i have no way of pinpointing a problem if there ever is one. Notification when external ip address change.

Hi Again I hope this is a small ask, but when running the dashboard in "full screen mode" (I now have a big screen nailup on the wall running all day long) the clock is obscured. It would be great to have a ticker type clock so that you can mentally note the time that things are happening eg server went off line at such and such a time. Many thanks Conrad

The touch interface on the phone apps is great, however when using the web application on a multi-touch computer it is very difficult to scroll both through the computers and on the computer details screen. Would it be possible to have this scroll like the mobile platform apps? If not, maybe a little bit wider scroll bar would help. I just think it would be nice to be able to use this on touch-enabled computers. Thanks for your consideration.

Not sure if anyone might find this helpful but 2 way chat may be helpful from within the app... Another feature which would be nice is keyboard/mouse in use. I have this feature with logmein and it is great as you might hesitate rebooting or performing a task which may affect the user currently logged in like applying windows updates...

I have been wondering if it is possible to create a golden image against a Group. This will allow the same settings to be rolled out to all computers in that group. Just an idea.

Would it be possible to put load all event logs from chosen servers into one area on PC Monitor? I have set up the event log notification after following the thread in another post (thanks Paul).

Linux Commands such as Yum update (As compared to Windows Update). eg. yum update * or yum update all Linux version should have its own set of update options, and Options to restart services such as httpd (command - service httpd restart) mysql (command - service mysqld restart / service mysql restart) cpanel (command - service cpanel restart) . Another to update antivirus command: freshclam (to update Clam AV) options to Update or run scripts on the linux server to get information. These are not only easy for your team, they would require very little coding.

We have got a few requests/ideas that could be quite usefull: Is it possible that an associated account can get owner rights with a extra option or someting, so that account can edit the computer settings in the Dashboard app We would like te see which account had installed new applications on a computer, now you can only see the installed application name, version and publisher. On a fri night we run maintnenace on our customer computers whilst they are shut, i.e Running Disk Defrag, Remove Temp Files, Run Windows Updates etc. Run Spybot Search and Destroy. Would it be possible to have an option to push these commands to all computers, not to a roup, but to every PC in our subscription. We have around lots groups of customers and would take ages to go to each group and run these tasks. It would be good if we could have access to a global TERMINAL, then we could run DEFRAG C:\ on it would push the command to all PCS. Any chance of seeing this before Xmas?

Hi First time here, but day one user of mobilePcmonitor (BTW: thanks for this wonderfull tool) Since I've upgraded my servers and my desktop to Windows2012 server and Windows8 I enjoy the use of StoragePool. But at this time Mobile Monitor doesn't support this feature. Indeed, with StoragePool you can set a fin provisionned StorageSpace (virtual Drive) which can be much bigger than the actual space available on the drive. For example I can set a 50TB storagespace with only a set of two 2TB drive. The StorageSpace is see by the Agent as a normal drive so you'll see a 50TB with 1 or 2TB used. It would be really useful to have a network Interface notification if the status changes from Up to Down or vice versa. In particular I have a couple of clients who use Microsoft RRAS VPN demand dial interfaces and although I can view these in PC Monitor and see the status and network usage graph, being able to be notified if they are down would be great.

Hello, As I am a big fan of home made backup scripts, my servers have a lot of scheduled tasks running at different hours, however I have some windows where no backup is running. During this time I can perform maintenance tasks like windows updates, restarts. I would like to have ,if possible, the Start time displayed on each Scheduled Task and a sorting feature similar to the Process page that can allow me to sort by Name or Start Date. Any feedback on this idea? Paul

I want to be able to monitor events 4725 in the security event log. The event notifies me when a user account is disabled. The problem is I have one account which auto disables itself and I continue to get notifications about that account. I would like to be able to exclude certain keywords from the event filter so that any event that has a specific keyword is excluded. Ex: All events with ID 4725 Except events with the following keyword: sbsmgracct Possible?

Hi, on Android PCM it would be quite nice if you would implement a click-on notofication (critical or elevated) and it would go to the monitored feature, which is related to this notification. For example, I get notofication that service named "Windows blah blah service" is stopped, then I go back, scroll down to services, find that service...huh, I must remember name of the service, right? So It would be nice to just click-on that notification and the particular service page would pop up. What do you say?
