    Could you add information about hardware BIOS versions and dates for each computer. Therefore we can also monitor any updates required for all hardware

    I have a small annoying problem ever since i have installed the client software of PC monitor on 2 servers which Backup Exec installed. The backup job are no longer 100% sucessful it comes up with "VSS Snapshot warning. File c:\windows\temp\tmpf86e.tmp is not present on the snapshot"

      Hi, this looks like a Windows Installer issue. is the c:\windows\temp\tmpf86e.tmp file even exist on the disk?
