Hey Pulseway,

 

Any news on the ability to Self brand the agent software, control panel, Portal and any reports or alerts coming out of Pulseway?

We already have support for rebranding the Pulseway Web Application for the Pulseway Enterprise Server solution. Rebranding support for reports is also present in our todo list among with agent rebranding so this is something we're definitely going to implement in the future.

This would be a great. The local PW app needs a little re-branding. Clients understand that we are using an agent to monitor their machines but would rather see a familiar name rather than PW. 

 

Any timeline on this happening?

What's the status on being able to brand the agent? We are an IT MSP and would love to deploy Pulseway and utilize it for all of our clients. The only thing keeping us from pulling the trigger is not being able to deploy the agent with our company branding (icon/name). You should already understand the importance of being able to brand the agent as a trusted MSP for our for clients so I won't get into that, but hopefully you feel the loss of business in this niche is substantial enough to make the feature available sooner than later. Your missing out on a HUGE piece of pie by not being a viable option for the MSP/reseller market that do the majority of IT support without this functionality. I'm actually quite shocked you didn't target and address this from the get go as it would do wonders for you and fits your product/service model to a T.

That's why I've mentioned that it's only going to be available on the WebApp, reports (well mobile apps too (iOS and Android) but we won't change the app name or the icon/splash screen however we will display your logo on the settings page).

We will consider extending this to the agents in the future too.

We would like to offer our clients a white label monitoring solution.

Of course the pluseway app is not white label. But we have now a URL company.pulseway.com for example.

It would be nice if we could add multiple for multiple clients.

Can this be done? Maybe not trough the web app but by contacting support so they can add the alias?

Also the url for the endpoint server in the pulseway clients needs to be unique for the client then.

Am I missing something?  The last post prior to Kavaa was last year.  Which release are we on now?

Am I correct to assume that most of the users are not Enterprise?  Add to that those of us grandfathered into the prior setups and it gets even more confusing.  With that said, I too want to be able to White Label.

Product branding is only available for the Team / MSP plans (previously called Enterprise). Check out this blog post.

Allowing non enterprise users to brand the Pulseway dashboard would be fantastic, we unfortunately don't have the need for enterprise at this time.

We are on the MSP model. And the website says White Labeling the only thing missing in that is the URL scheme;)

Just to confirm, you'd like to have multiple .pulseway.com subdomains (company1.pulseway.com / company2.pulseway.com)?

Not really in that way.

More like Domain Pointers / CNAMES

So no seperate instances of Pulseway MSP.

But like:

ictwebsolution.pulseway.com < Main MSP URL

Customer 1 with Group X under the main account, customer has Access but the customer wants his own name to connect to.

For example: monitoring.companynameX.com > points to > ictwebsolution.pulseway.com as an alias.

So the customer does not know anything of ictwebsolution.pulseway.com only his own URL.

So that its even more Whitelabel than only a Logo and changes in Emails.

Depends on how it's setup and managed  depends on the setup, its possible for sure.

The only way to make this work is to have a SAN/UCC SSL certificate that covers your ictwebsolution.pulseway.com domain name and the monitoring.companynameX.com. With HTTPS there is really no other way.
